Abstract

To achieve the best possible distribution of the population by the best distribution of economic activities and social - in the area of land known as the Town and Country Planning. Thus, in the case of infrastructure development principles based on location and land-use planning, especially defensive positioning is done correctly, it can naturally play an important role in its passive defense. The efficient use of land and natural potentials can be a great influence in reducing the risks associated with various threat shave. Preparation of defense is a complex process in which a wide range of factors and criteria should be scrutinized. One of the most important areas that need special consideration in land use planning is to look at the development of border areas are both defenses preparation should be in. they laid the letter, analytic method developed in this research is to answer the question of how best to develop the land into islands, three islands Dramaysh mean?
