The present article scrutinizes an article, written by a Jewish, evaluating some part of shia Imamia beliefs on holy prophet's purity (Esmat) and the number of Infallible ImamsAccording to him, the first shia Imamia textbooks have undergone several changes passing through the time and no sign or trace of shia Imamia belief can be found in these textbooks now.Referring to a book written on first Imamia commentaries, by recoursing to two traditions adapted from Qhomi and Ayashi's commentaries - the first one is about Prophet's meraj and the later is on inferential meaning of Sab' Sanabol (the author calls them 2 strange / unusuall traditions ) - He draws prophet's purity and the number of Imams under question.In first tradition under the verse of 94 of Yonus chapter, it has been talked about God's revelation to holy Prophet in meraj night (revelations regarding Imam Ali' s place,...), according to this, the author linkes this to Prophet's jealousy to Imam Ali and Prophet's doubt in this revelation which lead to Prophet's lack of purity and chastity.In second tradition in which 7 offsprings of Imam Hussein has been mentioned as the meaning of "Model", the author claims this tradition is against whatever contemporary shia believe; this tradition limits the number of infallible Imams to 7 person and claims the 7th of them is Qa'im.

Ayatullah Mohammad Hadi Marefat in "Al-Tafsir Al-Asari Al-Jame' " book, to explain his approach in selecting commentry - bound - traditions, refers to 10 Hadith (traditions) from holy prophet and infallible Imams. The author gives full creat to the sayings of Sahabe and Tabein.The present article aims at reviewing the mentioned theory based on document and reasons point of view.

Muslims belive that the ethical concept of the Quran is meant for people of all time and place though it has been sent to Prophet in Arabic language and in particular milieu.To link these two aspects (Quran's claim regarding its universality and its Arabic - language and era-bound aspect), the author divides ethical values into two categories: descriptive and normative ethics.He also called the evaluative ethical words as ethical metalanguage.To clarify his ideas on this categorization, he explaines " Amal-Saleh" (Good deeds) according to these categorization and illustrates its everlasting nature.

The present article reviews some parts of the third chaptor of the book "Crisis and Consolidation in the Formative Period of Shi' ite Islam: Abu Jafar ibn Riba Al-Razi and His conribution to Imamite Shi' ite Thought" written by Sayyed Hussein Modarresi Tabataba' ee.The main arguments of this reviewing sessions are as follows: Reviewing over the type of inferential the author of the book made from the discussion over Absence of Imam Mahdi (p.b.u.h.), traditions of 12th caliphs and Imam, recoursing to parts of trivial events and generalizing them to "Majority shia society theory ".

The author, referring to the content of Ghazzali's book to give credit to "Ehya al-oloom al-Din", explains the conditions necessary for Hadith, montioned by Ghazzali in one of his books " Al-Mostasfa ".In second step, he reviewes some of the traditions (Hadith ) Ehya al-oloom and depict their shortcommings.Naderi quotes sayings of sunni tradition narrators (such as Ibn Jozi, Zein al-din Araghi, and Jala al-din Siyoti) about authenticity of Ghazzali's traditions and scrutinizes one of his basic principles (i.e. the necessity and obligatory aspect of having good idea to all sahaba and full - trust on them).

Ibn Ataefi Helli (death 786 A.H.) - 8th century scholar from Helle - Wrote quite a few number of books, most of them unpublished. one of his unpublished works is a summary of commentaries of Ali Ibn Ibrahim Qumi (shia scholar of 4th century A.H.); He added about 150 explanatory remarks to this summary.In this essay, 56 explanatory remarks of Ibn Ataeghi on the subject of conmentary-bound arguments and 17 explanatory remarks of him on fighhi-bound arguments of Qumi's commentary (based on 2 scribed versions of Ibn Ataeghi's book) has been included.
