Applying the Italian school of international relation (the theory of neo Gramscian, the current research studies the globalization and cultural function of the capital. Using the concept of hegemony and related conceptual elements such as supra national capitalist class, historical bloc, global civil society, the agents in conveyance of culture and internationalization of the government, this paper also clarifies the concept of soft war against the Islamic republic of Iran. The main question of this paper is on what grounds and principles have the bases and tools of the soft war against the Islamic republic of Iran founded? The main hypothesis is that the globalization of the capital with the use of and the impact on media and cultural tools to eradicate cultures noncompliant with liberal-democracy influences cultural foundations of Islamic republic of Iran in order to create new cycles of soft threats.

Shiites of the Islamic world theoretically enjoy a specific political viewpoint, however practically they support different governments in current conditions of the Islamic world. Although different factors may be at play, but the hypothesis of this article is that Shiite’s geographical and geopolitical status play an important role in their practical support of these different models. Therefore the main question of this article is which geopolitical factors have exerted influence on the political model supported by Shiites in different countries. To investigate this issue along with a theoretic discussion on how geopolitics influences the political thought, it has been tried to explain important factors influencing Shiites’ political thought leading to their support of different political models.

Shiite political jurisprudence with regard to internal capacities and current needs especially the experience of Islamic republic of Iran after the Islamic revolution, started to design and implement a comprehensive political social system. System making in political jurisprudence which is based on scripture and is completed with regard to the tangible developments in the world and the needs of the religious society is something which started by the victory of Islamic revolution but still needs to be completed and continued and made dynamic. This article tries to study the internal capacities of political jurisprudence, executed actions, necessities and future needs and how to create a political system. Having mentioned the distance jurisprudence has passed for system making, it offers an introduction to the theory of creating a system for the social political society based on political jurisprudence.

To analyze seminary currents’ stance from 1960s till the victory of Islamic revolution, a different theoretical framework can be put forward. Western writers often speak of three currents: “completely political”, “moderate” and “radical”. Some internal writers mention three currents; “conservative and nonpolitical”, “moderate” and “revolutionary”. According to most Shiite jurisprudents’ who consider the revolution against tyrant rulers permissible or even mandatory, “revolutionary” current by Imam Khomeini’s leadership and the “anti-shah” current with ayatollah Golpayegani and ayatollah Najafi’s guidance. However, the viewpoint which does not sanction the uprising during the age of twelve Imam’s occultation, is not supported by jurisprudential bases and is mostly influenced by a dominant viewpoint in Qom seminary which recommends refrainment from politics.

The expansion of Islamic awaking waves in the middle-east has managed to substantially influence the sources of soft power of global powers and the US and great regional powers such as Iran. This study tries to analyze the impacts of recent public-religiousuprisings on the change of soft power sources of Iran and the US. The findings of this study suggest that regarding the nature and purposes of recent uprisings in the middle-east, continuation of these developments will lead to an increase of Islamic republic of Iran’s sources of soft power and a decrease in soft power sources of the US.

This article tries to identify how some dissatisfactions leading to Islamic revolution in novels published after Islamic revolution, in the form of quantitative and deductive investigation, in the framework of social reflection theory. In conducting this research applying the content analysis technique following novels have been studied; “57 train”,”Esma’il”,”Season of Pigeon”, “Island of Itinerance”, and “Itinerant Camel-herd”. Sampling is systematic probability and analysis unit is paragraph.

This article studies the relation between religion as an independent variable and international relations as dependent variable in both theoretic and practical arenas. In this framework, new wave of tendency toward religion plays the role of dependent variable in international relations. Waves of tendency toward religion from practical viewpoint consider the current state in international relation as an unacceptable order and intend to change it. Although the criticisms of tendency toward religion aim at practical realities in international relations but international relations theory is influenced as a result. From theoretical viewpoint, tendency toward religion has questioned international relations theory which is under the dominance of modern schools - neo realism and neo liberalism-demands the introduction of religious epistemology and ontology into the study of international relations.

In clash between tradition and modernism Turkey is among the countries that accepted modernity with all its necessities for several reasons. Laism and secularism are its two most prominent characteristics. However we are witnessing the fall of secularism and rise of laism in this country which is a result of several different internal and external variables. This article is based on this hypothesis that Islamic revolution of Iran by reviving political Islam in Iran which is the most outstanding component of reviving civilizational identity has led to the revival of political Islam in Muslim countries. By changing the Turks’ identity source from west to Islam, Islamic revolution has managed to create a new spirit in Turkish society which led to a tendency toward Islam. The collective effect of this transformation has been the entering of Islamists into the political arena.

Discourse of Shiite political system is based on Imamat and monarchy not only has no place in this system but is also contrary to it. From distant past this question has always been around whether the cooperation and accompanying of some Shiite scholars and jurisprudents with monarchs translates to the endorsement of monarchy. In the new age a discourse called tradition versus modernity has been formed which believes in monarchy instead of accepting the current Shiite political system and believes that monarchy is the best form of government during twelfth Imam’s occultation. This viewpoint is contrary to the theory of WelayateFaqih-viewpoint of most Shiite scholars during twelfth Imam’s occultation. In fact traditionalists’ viewpoint about the political system can be considered contrary to jurisprudence-based Islam. Analysis, study and criticism of this viewpoint comprise the main approach of this article.

Having reviewed and evaluated the aggressive intentions security threats in United States’ behavior against the Islamic Republic of Iran, this article puts the greatest emphasis on aggressive intention especially “national security doctrine” and mentioning some of its characteristics so by categorizing different approaches toward national security clarify some of vague aspects of this concept. The hypothesis is that US threats are not only of military nature but also political, social (strategy of non-intensive war) and solutions are not military only.
