Assessing the activities and effects of a political system after a broad and fundamental revolution, despite the long periods of war and the crises caused by long-term sanctions etc, is clearly not an easy task. After passing four decades from the establishment of the Islamic Republic of Iran, it is now the time for scholars, performing reasonable scientific and statistic researches, to assess educational and scientific achievements of Islamic Revolution fairly in order to make the most important aspects of the system`s efficiency clear. Therefore, the present research is an answer to the following question: how may the educational and scientific achievements of forty years of the Islamic Revolution in the regional and international levels be assessd located and have they been able to show their effectiveness? May the achievements show the system`s efficiency? The research findings show that the origional and international achievements of the Islamic Revolution have dramatically increased to such a degree that Iran has been known as one of the world's scientific centers. The method of the study is analytical, descriptive, statistical and library-based.

Improving the effectiveness of the Islamic Republic of Iran is one of the key issues in the fifth decade. The two great achievements of the Islamic Republic, namely "its states of being republic and Islamic", have made it distinctive of the Pahlavi regime. During the past four decades, we have witnessed the great achievements of these two components, but in order to exploit these two capacities more, it is necessary in the fifth decade to come up with some reflections on this. In this paper, the title "republicanism" has been discussed to answer this question, how can this capacity be used in the fifth decade of the revolution for more efficiency in the system? Using the high-level documents of the Islamic Republic and the prescriptive analytical method, it has been shown that in the future of the Islamic Republic, changes in the monitoring and participation of the people, both serving the people and strengthening the institutions of the people and government should be established.

In this study the impact of the Islamic revolution on freedom as an important achievement, and the changes and levels of independence in the growing process of the revolution. In a negative approach, the research proposes the hypothesis that the Islamic Revolution has opposed the Westphalian statebased independence and developed Islamic teaching-based independence based. The present study, with a descriptive and analytical approach, has proposed this idea in the field of political thought in three areas. Independence at the national level, with the exclusion of foreign intervention on the establishment and implementation of law within the boundaries of the geographical boundaries. In the field of the Umma, independence is based on the unity of the Islamic world and it seeks to pursue the aspirations of the Islamic Ummah. And in the global and civil horizons, independence challenges the domination of the system and seeks to realize the values of humanity based on innate nature.

This article seeks to answer the question: what is the relationship of a community of citizens with a healthy political system and to what extent does IR has been successed in giving an ideal model of this relation during its fourth decade of life? Regarding the hypothesis, it can be said that in the political system originated from the heart of the revolution, active and motivated citizens, in a healthy and joyful society, can play an active role in the establishment, development, consolidation and continuation of IR. The purpose of this article, therefore, is to understand the achievements of the IR in explaining and reproducing the healthy and vibrant relationship between the citizenship and sovereignty as well as understanding the aspects of a healthy society and its relation to the political system that regardless of such a comprehensive understanding be achieved.

After Explaining the why and the how for the appearance of a revolution, one of the most important and considerable issues of every revolution is about its future and outlook. Research on the future developments of revolutions is considered as one of the most widely used topics in the field of politics and theorization of revolutions. The present study, therefore, seeks to study the question: how will be the future of the Islamic Revolution of Iran with regard to the future transformations? It may be said that since the Islamic Revolution happened and continiued to its life as a civilized event, the findings of the research indicate that the prospect of the Islamic Revolution, after four decades of its life, has traced the realization of modern Islamic civilization, because for the sake of its being of a religious nature, civilizational capacities, popular insights, religious political personalities as leader, effective steps have been taken toward modern civilization according to the mental and objective construction and context of Islam and Iran and its future outlook has been appear.

Modern Islamic civilization is considered as one of the emerging issues in the Islamic atmosphere of the Islamic Revolution. Meanwhile, the study of the foundations of this civilization, as well as the process and elements involved in its formation, is the subject of this study as a key issue. Since every civilization has a clear rationality, the subsidiary issue of the study is to study this rationality from the political angle which has been pursued by combining two methods of ijtihad and grounded theory. In this research, modern Islamic civilization is a process, purposefully useing the civilization capital and relying on the capacities of the Islamic Revolution, in order to visualize Islamic teachings. Therefore, the political geography of Iran plays as centre and the Islamic world as a field in this civilization. On the other hand, political rationality based on the doctrine of Imamate, apart from its legitimacy-giving state, is the basis of the modern Islamic civilization by providing a privileged political order.

Ayatollah Khamenei has viewed the Islamic Revolution to be a fundamental change in values that is accompanied by a change in the hearts of individuals and political, economic and cultural structures. This fundamental change, heppenned with the presence of a mass of people and being of a continuous nature, passes a developing and transendenc-giving direction; the achievements of the revolution in such a process are examined and defined. Fundamental and universal change are two main causes for revolutions to happen. This paper seeks to examine the achievements of the Islamic Revolution in the ideas of Ayatollah Khamenei, whom the most experimental and field documentation in various dimensions are available for. According to the findings, the most important and first achievement of the revolution may be counted as political independence, freedom from dependence and the formation of the Islamic system. In the economic, cultural and scientific fields, the achievements are very wide and incomparable to the time of the rule of the tyranny.

The Islamic Revolution, as the greatest historical evolution of contemporary times, has caused America`s interests face many challenges. Understanding the tools and strategies used by the United States against the Islamic Republic of Iran helps us to better understand and confront the country. In this regard, using the theory of invasive realism, American strategies against the Islamic Republic have been dealt with. In fact, the main question of the research is that: how has the American strategies been used to curb the Islamic Republic over the past four decades? To answer this question, the theory of aggressive realism has been used to analyze the proposed strategies based on Mearsheimer's view as the main theorist of aggressive realism. As explained in the paper, we can refer to US utilization of the strategies of handing the liability to its regional followers, balancing, warfare, enticing and bullying, in order to control the power and influence of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The main purpose of this paper is to study the way(s) in which the America's hegemony confronted IR and declined during the 40 years of the Islamic Revolution. Accordingly, when analyzing the subject, Lacla and Mouffe's discourse analysis method is used. The hypothesis of the study may be mentioned as: while accepting the discoursive conflict of IR and USA, the United States intends to introduce IRI as an enemy falsely instead of its being an inernational challenge and a regional rival to Saudi Arabia respectively and make it free From from its content (ideals and goals). As explained in the paper, the dialogue of Political Islam being established as hegemony has affected the discourses of power, particularly that of liberal democracy, regionally and internationally. especially liberal democracy. In this regard, the discourse of the United States failed to achieve its goals at various levels, and the decline of its hegemony is inevitable.

In describing the Islamic Revolution, it is sufficient that Imam Khomeini (Rā ) referred to the Islamic Revolution with titles such as "miracle of the century" and "explosion of light". In the current situation, when various unfair crimes enter the country, the importance of explaining the achievements of the Islamic Revolution as a task is determined. Therefore, the present study aims to investigate the performance of the Islamic Revolution in the field of formal and general education system with a documentary and qualitative analysis. The findings indicate that the general education system in four decades of the Islamic Revolution has grown significantly in many indicators and, in some cases, it has been above the global average, including: gender equality in using education, the rate of the rural and women`s literacy, the literacy rates of villagers, the provision of educational facilities especially in deprived areas, student education coverage, teacher/student ratio, giving weight to the religious minority textbooks. And finally for realizing the transcendent goals of the revolution and the ideals of Imam Khomeini (RA). And again, the damages caused by the performance of the education system was also counted.
