Abstract

This article seeks to answer the question: what is the relationship of a community of Citizens with a healthy Political System and to what extent does IR has been successed in giving an ideal model of this relation during its fourth decade of life? Regarding the hypothesis, it can be said that in the Political System originated from the heart of the revolution, active and motivated Citizens, in a healthy and joyful society, can play an active role in the establishment, development, consolidation and continuation of IR. The purpose of this article, therefore, is to understand the achievements of the IR in explaining and reproducing the healthy and vibrant relationship between the Citizenship and sovereignty as well as understanding the aspects of a healthy society and its relation to the Political System that regardless of such a comprehensive understanding be achieved.
