Abstract:

Background and Objective: Today’s environment in which children grow, is so dangerous and complicated that they are prevented from touching and being in situations where a lot of movements and perceptual information are available for them. They lose lots of experiences needed for the development of their motor abilities. Therefore the most emphasis on learning disabilities is on motor-perceptual processes and activities. This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of motor-perceptual skills training on cognitive function of third grade girl students with learning disorders.Method: This was a semi-experimental proposal with a control group. Thirty girl students from third grade with learning disorder and poor motor-perceptual skills were selected via convenience random sampling from elementary school of Ghayen and were randomly assigned to a control and an experimental group. The children were given the necessary training by a researcher for a month (12 sessions, 3 sessions a week). To access motor perceptual skills, Lincolen-Oseretsky motor proficiency test and to measure cognitive function, Wechsler’s subtests were applied. Results: Analyze of covariance showed that motor-perceptual skills training leads to cognitive function improvement in third grade girl students with learning disorders. Conclusion: By strengthening motor-perceptual and development skills, most of issues with unwanted impact on social communications which caused by misunderstanding of others behaviors, will be eliminated. Compatibility and success probability of people with learning disorders is more likely in difficult living conditions.

Samples random randomly collected through a questionnaire with reliability 9.0. A questionnaire of 95 items in two demographic characteristics (demographic characteristics) and the main questions (based on the objectives and hypotheses) was in the form of Likert. To the analysis of descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, Pearson test, regression coefficient) in spss software version 19 at a significance level (0.05>p) was used. Results: The findings suggest that between self-treatment in the community And cheap drugs without prescription drug sales and economic situation there is a significant positive correlation. Based on analysis of. Interpretation of regression results also showed that the significant variables, cheap drugs beta coefficient 0.520 economic situation beta coefficient 0.28. buy without a prescription beta coefficient 0.139 with had the greatest impact on self-treatment and self-medication.Conclusion: Those who are attempting to self-medicate. This will have a positive attitude towards The problem is caused by a lack of self-treatment side effects It is necessary to raise awareness planning is conducted.

The aim of this study is to describe the relationship between internet addiction and mental health in student of Azad University Sari in 2015.Method: This study is a descriptive study on 210 student of Islamic Azad University of Sari, That’s done by cluster sampling randomly, by the 2 Goldenberg mental health questionnaire (GHQ) and Young's Internet Addiction (IAT). The collected data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS 21. To analyze the data, the descriptive statistics (Mean, abundance–Middle- percent) and analytical methods including t-test and pearson correlation coefficient were used. Results: The results showed that the frequency of students who use the Internet in an addictively way, in comparison with the other students experienced more depression & anxiety & in social performance index score low. The proportion of women was higher than men as well as non-native student were more than native student of Islamic Azad University of Sari in Mazandaran province. Conclusion: Considering these results, to use the internet in an addictively effected the students' mental health including depression, physical tensions, social functions & anxiety. Abstract:

Background and Objective: Although with population growth and life expectancy increase in the country ageing trend has been increased, urgency of paying attention to life quality and memory problems of elderly has not been considered. Several factors are involved in the life quality of the elderly. The main objective of this study is to show the relationship between memory self-efficacy and life expectancy with life quality of Esfahan elderly.Method: In this correlational study 120 elderlies aged 60 to 70 years old was selected with convenience sampling from parks and mosques. The Leipad Quality of Life Questionnaire, the Memory Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (MSEQ), and the Snyder Hope Scale were conducted. Data was analyzed by pierson coefficient and multivariate regression. Results: The results of the data analysis on the relationship between the variables of life quality, memory self-efficacy and life expectancy memory showed that there is a significant positive relationship between these variables in the elderly (r=0.29, r=0.40 p<0.01). Regression analysis also showed that the memory self- efficacy and life expectancy, could explain 13% of the variance in life quality. Conclusion: If the elderly could use alternative ability of memory and acquiring memory self-efficacy can lead to more life quality.

Abstract:

Background and Objective: Coronary angiography is one of the most common diagnostic procedures in heart disease that similar to other invasive procedures, it is a stressful experience for the patients. This article aimed to determine the effect of premedication on anxiety and vital signs of the patients undergoing coronary angiography.Method: This is a single-blind clinical trial, that 102 patients were enrolled as the sample using convenience sampling through the random allocation (three 34-member groups). Data were collection tools include: demographic questionnaire, Self-Report Anxiety Scale, and Vital Signs Scale. In premedication group A (100 mg hydrocortisone and 4 mg intravenous chlorpheniramine premedication), In premedication group B (100 mg intravenous hydrocortisone and 5 mg intravenous diazepam), In premedication group C (100 mg hydrocortisone and 2 mg intravenous normal saline) were given. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software. Results: The results showed that in all three premedication, statistically significant difference was found in terms of anxiety before and during the angiography (p<0.05). Compare the pulse in three groups premedication, The only statistically significant difference was observed in groups A and B (P=0.001 and 0.04). Breathing into three groups premedication, the difference was not statistically significant (p>0.05). The comparison of systolic and diastolic blood pressure showed a statistically significant difference in all three groups (p<0.001).Conclusion: Some the research findings show the influence of diazepam and chlorpheniramine the variables under study, which is advisable if needed. It is also recommended, because of the cost and complications of the premedication before coronary angiography is unnecessary in some cases.

Abstract:

Background and Objective: This study aimed to compare the styles of attributional (Source, stability, controllability) with social adjustment and social phobia.Method: The research design of this study is in terms of methods, descriptive and correlational research. The population of the research is the students studying in institutions of higher learning in 2014-2015 in Mashhad, Razavi wisdom, of which, 194 scholars were selected randomly sampling way. Data were collected through Attributional Style Questionnaire (ASQ), Social Phobia (SPIN) and Adjustment Bell (BAI).Results: The results showed that good stability attributions, bad frequency and good stability with avoidance, fear and social phobia physiology at the level of (p<0.005) inverse relationship And good frequency attributions, good frequency and good frequency with avoidance and fear and social phobia physiology at the level of (p<0.001) negative relationship. Also in the scale of social adjustment, health and home with attributions of bad stability, a bad frequency and good stability at the level of (p<0.005) has a positive relationship and a good frequnecy attributions, bad personalization, good frequency and bad stability with social adjustment, emotional and health levels (p<0.001) correlated. Conclusion: These results indicate the importance of the cognitive components (attributional styles) on compatibility and social anxiety. Therefore, the use of cognitive and behavioral strategies and learning styles of attributional favorable to the people in order to increase positive cognitive interpretations in social situations with the aim of preventing and improving social anxiety is recommended.
