Abstract

 Background and Objective: This study aimed to compare the styles of attributional (Source, stability, controllability) with SOCIAL ADJUSTMENT and SOCIAL PHOBIA.Method: The research design of this study is in terms of methods, descriptive and correlational research. The population of the research is the students studying in institutions of higher learning in 2014-2015 in Mashhad, Razavi wisdom, of which, 194 scholars were selected randomly sampling way. Data were collected through Attributional Style Questionnaire (ASQ), SOCIAL PHOBIA (SPIN) and Adjustment Bell (BAI).Results: The results showed that good stability attributions, bad frequency and good stability with avoidance, fear and SOCIAL PHOBIA physiology at the level of (p<0.005) inverse relationship And good frequency attributions, good frequency and good frequency with avoidance and fear and SOCIAL PHOBIA physiology at the level of (p<0.001) negative relationship. Also in the scale of SOCIAL ADJUSTMENT, health and home with attributions of bad stability, a bad frequency and good stability at the level of (p<0.005) has a positive relationship and a good frequnecy attributions, bad personalization, good frequency and bad stability with SOCIAL ADJUSTMENT, emotional and health levels (p<0.001) correlated.Conclusion: These results indicate the importance of the cognitive components (ATTRIBUTIONAL STYLES) on compatibility and social anxiety. Therefore, the use of cognitive and behavioral strategies and learning styles of attributional favorable to the people in order to increase positive cognitive interpretations in social situations with the aim of preventing and improving social anxiety is recommended.
