This article concerns technology strategy and its linkage with overall strategy in multi-business diversified groups. In the last two decades, the alignment of technology strategy and business strategy has been one of the important issues in the field of strategy and technology management. The most majority of researchers are concentrated on single companies through which different frameworks, models & decision support tools have been developed and widely utilized by industries.Although multi-business and diversified groups-play an important role in global and national economics and need a comprehensive and overall plan to manage their diversified technological assets, there are few researches which discuss Corporate Level Technology Strategy (CLTS). The main aim of this study is to investigate the linkage of CLTS with corporate strategy in a diversified company. Having reviewed related fields of literature, based on a deductive approach and content analysis method, the concept of technology strategy at the corporate level has been clarified and the necessity of its linkage with corporate strategy has been pointed out. A new framework has been finally proposed to show how technology strategy and overall strategy is aligned at the corporate level, which can be served as a conceptual model in further researches.

This article is prepared on the basis of a study on 134 doctorate students studying in different disciplines in University of Tabriz. The goal of this research is to explore the socialization ability of students in different faculties from different points of view. Theoretical framework is based on socialization model of Weidman and his colleagues on doctorate students (John. C. Weidman. Elizabeth L. Stein, 2003) through which different variants such as the university atmosphere, scientific support of professors, encouraging students to participate in scientific programs, interactions among students and with professors has been estimated. This research is accomplished using measurement method and questionnaire and the data obtained are statistically analyzed using SPSS software. Also using variance analysis test it is proved that the scientific socialization process of doctorate students differs in different faculties and a meaningful relationship rules among faculties. Also1. test proves that a very significant correlation is recognized between two groups of students: students who interact with professors differ from those who don't from socialization dimensions. Pierson's correlation test also manifests that there is no relation between scientific assessments of students about themselves and scientific socialization. In this research, the atmosphere of the university proves to be the main variant in socialization of doctorate students and its regression equation is shown with a collection of different variables. Also another regression test proves the credibility of the model. The achievements of this paper are novel in the field of research about socialization of doctorate students in Iran. Also it is an attempt to better present different forms of socialization process among students with experimental findings. Also it can be helpful for those who are in charge of educational issues to bring about an environment more applicable with scientific norms.

Regarding to the importance and special position of information technology in the public organizations of Iran, manager attitudes and public organization needs to a structured model for management of information technology and sufficient recognition on outsourcing of each components, the objective of this research is to present an adaptive model for information technology management in public organizations of Iran. The research method is descriptive has an applied nature. Sample in this research have been selected from academic experts for model testing, and from public sector experts in order to applying the model in the real world. After analyzing academic experts' opinion, all components of the model and their outsourcing were confirmed. Designed model consist of five main components: Alignment, IT Investment, IT Risks, Value Delivery and IT Monitoring. Then the current status of information technology management in public sector was examined via a case study.

Important role of high technology firms in economic and social development of countries, on the one hand, and importance of strategy formulation and its relation with internal factors of organization for survival of these firms in current competitive environment, on the other hand, specify the necessity of conducting a research in this field. According to above, main objective of this research is exploring correlations between formulation of strategic planning and internal factors of organization in Iranian high technology firms. So this article tries to specify the correlation and its extent between internal factors of organization (including staff, type of planning, market research and foundations of strategy formulation) and strategic planning in these firms.The results elicited from questionnaires show that formulation of strategic planning in Iranian high technology firms correlates with owning marketing human resources, existence of specified strategies and having market research about future customers.Also the results show although the managers of these firms believe that strategic planning is important, this approach hasn't caused to an action plan for doing this planning. This subject should be analyzed more narrowly in future studies.Another result elicited from this study is that the managers who have employed personnel with marketing experience are more successful than others in formulating and doing strategic planning.Also it was revealed the firms owning strategic planning do not use the technologic improvement and market contingency simultaneously.Finally it can be said that this kind of firms because of dependency on advanced technologies have more sensitivities for specifying strategic destinations and paths dominant on the other pillars of organization. 

The way of designing, organizing and coordinating research activities in the policy making, planning, execution and evaluating stages holds a prominent situation leading to efficiency of national science, technology and innovation system. In accordance with a national law, master policy making and planning office of the president deputy of scientific and technological affairs, has evaluated science and technology policies notified to research institute affiliated with ministries and public organizations and has tried to take steps in the most fundamental layer of the subject regarding research policy making.To evaluate these institutes, self-assessment method have been selected and completed with site survey and semi structured interviews.In this article, first the theoretical basis has been explained and regarding notified science and technology policies, the method, process and assessment results have been reviewed, then some proposals have been presented for more qualified evaluation.

Health is a fundamental and basic right of Human being Since health is a great importance in the society, and also ever-increasing the development of health technologies as well as the related economical, social, political and moral problems applying these technologies, making decisions in this respect will be more sensitive and complication. However, presenting a comprehensive framework for evaluating of health technologies is of great importance. Therefore, in the research, it is tried the best to take steps, although less, to achieve this goal. By identifying the various aspects considered in evaluating of health technologies in viewpoints of different beneficiaries of health and medical system in Iran and investigating the significance of each of the mentioned aspects, it has been presented a formwork in this regard. It was initially studied the existing documents, then the basic six aspects for evaluation of health technologies as well as five beneficiary groups in the health and medical system of Iran were identified and worked out. After taking opinions of experts and analyzing the data, the significance of each of aspects respectly and viewpoints of each of beneficiary groups were determined as well. To survey the views of different players in the health and medical system of Iran about significant aspects for evaluating of health technologies, the relation between career of each of principal player and the priority of their options among the proposed six aspects were investigated which illustrated more relation between these two variations. In this framework, it is considered more aspects compared to similar researches as well as presented parameters for two decision-making groups of micro and macro levels of health system and also surveying the viewpoints of various players and beneficiaries about significant aspects in evaluating health technologies. Finally after determining the proposed framework, the method of Laparoscopy surgery by using Robolens robot and Laparoscopy without using robolens robot based on the presented framework was compared that the surgery using the mentioned technology were preferred.

The aim this research is identification of policy making challenges in the national innovation system of Iran through the Delphi method. According to findings of this research, 48 effective factors on Inefficiency and Ineffectiveness of policy making function are recognized. It should be mentioned that 30 items of these factors recognized challenges have been detected and mentioned by other researches and 18 of them, according to suggestions of expert panels, are recognized in this research for Iran. The challenges are presented through the three main categories and two different models (detailed Model and comprehensive model) for the national innovation system of Iran.
