Social jurisprudence is inherently state-oriented; i.e. proper execution of many Islamic laws relies upon a ruling system. On the other hand, objectives of Islamic jurisprudence have state-oriented characteristics as well. Therefore, implementation of these objectives is only possible through a religious ruling system such that without a pious and virtuous ruling system many of these laws are ignored or are executed improperly. In fact, there is an inseparable connection between Islamic jurisprudence / religion with the issue of a ruling system. This article tries to prove the necessity of a religious ruling system to implement jurisprudential objectives and its laws.

Article No.141 of Islamic Republic of Iran's constitution is a fundamental article that forbids government employees from having more than one official position. This article has religious, legal, intellectual, philosophical and historical foundations. Many reasons have been mentioned for this restriction such as avoidance of disruption of tasks, prevention of probable pressure to exercise influence, justice in employment and occupations, prevention of wasting beitulmal (Islamic country's budget), growth of talents and specialization. Paying attention to this article to improve the society is of special importance.

Two discourses of globalization and political Islam try to make their identity and configuration hegemonic which leads to special meanings for symbols in life. However, the areas of dispute are still unclear in Imam Khomeini's (PBUH) and Seyyed Qutb's viewpoint; therefore, we are faced with this question: what are the areas of dispute of two discourses of globalization and political Islam with an emphasis on Imam Khomeini's (PBUH) and Seyyed Qutb's opinions? It seems that these two discourses contradict each other in the type of ruling system, justice, participation, competition and the like. This article is aimed at depicting their incompatibility both in form and content through determining the areas of dispute.

This article aims to more deeply explore supreme leader's viewpoint about transition from western political sciences to Islamic political sciences as an effective step to make scientific program of the country operational. Therefore, using content analysis based on grand theories, the author tries to extract his viewpoints from speeches, documents and stances in the areas of science and technology etc. and explain conceptual model of transition from western political sciences to Islamic political sciences. Results obtained in issues such as conditions, grounds, large scale strategies as well as proper and necessary national measures for transition from western political sciences to Islamic political sciences will pave the way for thinkers, researchers and related officials.

In its constant opposition with Islamic revolution front and following failures in hard and semi-hard wars, arrogance front has concentrated its most important strategy in its attacks on cultural war and confrontation with Islamic revolution's foundations and bases such as its religious nature, orientation toward welayat, jihadi mentality, discourse of Islamic revolution etc. and using different tools, have made operational strategies its top priority to attack revolution's software, principles and foundations. Since a deep understanding of different aspects of cultural war by arrogance is the most prominent instance of insight and fundamental condition to save the fortifications of Islamic revolution. In this article, initially seven items of enemy's goals and points of cultural attack have been expressed and then operational strategies of arrogance front have been briefly provided.

Intellectual orientation in Iran during 1330s AH, like other parts of the world, was a kind of struggle with American Capitalism. Intellectual part of leftist movement in 1330s AH was influenced by global struggles in one way or another. However, factional movement had an eye to the over the borders and received its orders and pamphlets directly from Moscow. In 1350s AH, the "Tudeh Party" and Marxist movements attempted to create an eclectic version of Marxism mixed with Islam. They mobilized themselves in cabal houses and committed revolutionary assassinations and events such as what happened in Siahkal. However, the crisis of Esfand 14th and Banisadr's escape from Iran and developments regarding their disqualification in elections moved leftist groups to the streets. This article is aimed at studying developments of these groups as well as their similarity and differences in their intellectual orientation and behavior during these two decades.

Given supreme leader’s constant emphasize on goal setting for scientific and technological authority in the world as well as precious words by Imam Ali (‘a) that, with a strong expression, mentions the position of science and its role in building authority, the author tries to combine library research and field study to investigate the relation between scientific and technological authority and power with the provision of security. According to statistical hypothesis testing on questionnaire data, it was found that Islamic Republic of Iran’s achievement of scientific and technological authority in the world, as it has been detailed in this article, is influential in building power and provision of national security.

Inquiring what position does Islamic Republic of Iran's diplomacy have in the order of the Middle East and formation of a new regional model, this article answers that considering the regional importance of the middle east as the first strategic layer of Iran's diplomacy because of Islamic revolution's nature, Iran has potential capabilities in different aspects of soft power in this region. Following recent waves of Islamic awakening, the influence of Islamic revolution's soft power in the uprisings, movements and regional countries of Middle East confronted west's software orientation which is based on the expansion of liberal democratic values in this region.

In the frameworks of strategic management, the main condition to compile strategies to move from current state of affairs to desired state, is to have in hand the missions, the outlook and the list of key/strategic factors of internal environment (strengths, weaknesses) and external environment (opportunities, threats). This article is aimed at compiling the mission, the outlook and the list of key factors of Islamic revolution in the frameworks of SWOT strategic analysis which are obtained based on final goals, general policies and expectations of those who have interests in the Islamic revolution.

With his political and social attitudes towards Hajj, Imam Khomeini (PBUH) attracted Muslims' attention to its capacities in Islamic awakening.In his messages on the occasion of Hajj, he introduced struggle with colonialism and arrogance as the spirit of Islamic awakening and notified Muslims of the forgotten political and social functions in Islamic movement and giving dignity to Muslims. From Imam Khomeini's (PBUH) point of view, hajj is an environment to learn about and clarify Islam and issues of the Islamic world and voicing disgust at the pagans are in line with giving identity and consolidate the world of Islam against atheists and arrogance as Muslims' common enemy.
