From a sociological perspective, Hijab is formed in the context of social relations in which the framework, women’s issues with cultural, social, political, economic and religious factors, spiritual, personality and behavior that is different from the paradigms and perspectives is worthy. The purpose of this study is social factors associated with the tendency of female students to wear veil. The statistical population of female students studying at the University make up the number in 1390 was equal to 13, 000. 560 of whom have a multi-stage cluster sampling method was selected to the questionnaire with reliability 0.74 responded. Results of multivariable regression analysis showed that the most important variable influencing the direction and tends to veil has been the attitudes to feminism variable.Other variables affecting the order of the driving factors of social, economic status, lifestyle and location. Analytical model explained only 33% of the factors affecting women’s tendency to veil. Additionally, women and feminism tends to be as two conflicting tendencies, as a moderate to strong in university student.

Policy making and policy measures is important in the social system occurs. Policy maker aimed to achieve cultural requirements of policy making system by interaction state and society. After the Islamic Revolution of Iran, the strengths and weaknesses of the different levels of the system politically - has been accompanied in the field of moral and sexual dignity and chastity, aside from the basic necessity of building systems - Iranian, coordination and harmony of the system was not relevant. That is in the realm of theoretical ideas and goals are expressed in practice, the relationship between logical and measurable programs are executed with the goals and policies have been developed .measures to improve processes, motivate and educate individuals and groups, and to monitor the development of information systems.

Based on Horizon perspective of twenty years: “Iran Is developed country with the first position in Economy, science & technology in the level of area, with Islamic Identity in world and constructive interaction & influence in the International relationship…”.In the most important document of national development of Iran, has been emphasized on strengthening of Iran- Islam culture & needs to enjoy of Information technology & good international communication as an index of national power. Specially, fast changing of Information technology in new ages caused to deep social- cultural influence in the today informative society in addition to knowledge & technology dimension of it. Emerge of new communication & information technology has provided possibility in appearing the area divergent identity & also it lead to world divergent in the field of culture & identity. In this way, universities has special position in achievement to the aims of development view because of having different role in fields of science, technology & culture in guidance & training of the most important human capital. Regard to this, we attempt to present the conceptual framework based on analytical study and some theories about cultural identity & information society and describe the tasks of universities about it.

The focus of this paper is to review the status of communications in today’s world and media specially and also its relationship with religion. Many scholars in the field of communications and information, examined their relation to the religion. This study is struggled to deliberate the most important of this idea. How the relation between media and culture and their role to formation the human responsibility and the relation between humans through media is the factors that this paper is investigated. As the globalization, in the interpretation of some scholars, particularly in the economic spheres, is the most important features of the today’s world that the media factor played significant role to expand this. In the today’s world, the religion affect and is affected from globalization, hence this paper investigated the relation between religion and media and the significanceness in the communication world.

The main question of the present article is, how can the culture of self-sacrifice and martyrdom (isar and shahadah) be promoted through elementary school curriculum? The current educational programs of schools are based on different theories, among which the developmental theories are of greater importance. According to these theories, subjective issues cannot be taught in the childhood. However, the main claim of the article is that value issues, although subjective, can be taught effectively in the elementary school years through a cultural approach. This claim is founded on the imaginative capacity of the children and the capacity of myths and stories to popularize concepts in the childhood. Therefore, attempt is made to present some evidences and methods for promoting self-sacrifice, through elementary school curriculum, based on a theoretical foundation. With regard to curriculum, self-sacrifice can be addressed from two aspects: as an achievement, and as a process. As an achievement, self-sacrifice is an event which is already actualized in the outside world, and can be expected to be actualized in the future. As a process, self-sacrifice has some preliminaries, stages and an achievement. This process is a way of life which is a combination of accessible knowledge and attainable knowledge. Such an action is called culture, with characteristics which are influenced by the school curriculum and education.

Political thought as a normative knowledge seeks a good society and the means for its realization. Accordingly, every intellectual paradigm introduces us a social and individual situation which is the best. This model, itself requires a dramatic change in the culture and flourishes it. In another words, there is a necessary relationship between the elements of political thought and the culture in every society. This relationship is twofold, so it is impossible to indicate whether which aspect is the first. So every paradigm feeds some special elements into the current culture of society, while there is it feedback. It is important that political thought goes in search of condition for cultural flourishing which is according whit the criteria of good society. This paper focuses on most important paradigm in political thought history and shows the trend in which indicates the relationships between political thought and culture. This trend looks at human beings as “citizen”, then “the individual”; and in the modern era, paradigms of “critical modern”, “postmodern”, and “communitarian” has a key role in prospering the realm of culture.
