The importance of Methodology Researches in the field of e-commerce is related to the science generation practices and to understand the logic of problem solving in this area. In every scientific discipline, this type of research is critical for the scientific community. The aim of this paper was to review articles that have been published in three Journals of Electronic Commerce from 2009 to 2013 using systematic mapping study. As a result of this study, 337 articles were extracted from a total of 422 articles to investigate different dimensions such as type, goal, scope and method of researches along with philosophical paradigm and unit of analysis, in qualitative and quantitative manner. The results showed that quantitative researches based on positivism paradigm with practical purposes on issues dealing with the development of new products and services and survey research methods in the society unit of analysis had the highest frequency. Finally, we also analyzed the relations between some results, using the Clementine software.

Nowadays, the application of effective and efficient decisions on complex issues require the use of decision support systems. This Paper provided a decision support system based on the genetic algorithm for production and transportation scheduling problem in a supply chain. It is assumed that there are number of orders that should be produced by suppliers and should be transported to the plant by a transportation fleet. The aim is to assign orders to the suppliers, specify the order of their production, allocate processed orders to the vehicles for transport and to arrange them in a way that minimizes the total delivery time. It has been shown that the complexity of the problem was related to Np-hard and there was no possibility of using accurate methods to solve the problem in a reasonable time. So, the genetic algorithm was used in this paper to solve the problem. By using this decision support system, a new approach to supply chain management was proposed. The analysis of the approach proposed in this study compared to the conventional approaches by the decision support system indicated the preference of our proposed approach.

In parallel to the increasing use of electronic cards, especially in the banking industry, the volume of transactions using these cards has grown rapidly. Moreover, the financial nature of these cards has led to the desirability of fraud in this area. The present study with Map Reduce approach and parallel processing, applied the Kohonen neural network model to detect abnormalities in bank card transactions. For this purpose, firstly it was proposed to classify all transactions into the fraudulent and legal which showed better performance compared with other methods. In the next step, we transformed the Kohonen model into the form of parallel task which demonstrated appropriate performance in terms of time, as expected to be well implemented in transactions with Big Data assumptions.

In today’s world, the global nature of business and advances in information and communication technology, forced organizations to use emerging technologies to maintain themselves competitive. In recent years, electronic business (e-learning) has been adopted by many organizations. Thereby companies can improve their operational efficiency, profitability and competitive position. This research tried by using burst detection algorithm in scientometrics, to examine all keywords, titles, premier authors, universities, countries as well as co-authors network in the field of e-business. Hence, all relevant articles in the Web of Science database - as a reference for this study- during 1980 to 2015 have been investigated. In this regard, 4697 articles extracted and burst detection algorithm was used to analyze.

The main purpose of this paper was to analyze open innovation dimensions based on IT development in knowledge-based firms using a combination of BSC, FANP and DEMATEL. Beginning with an overview of the related literature, criteria of open innovation were identified for knowledge-based firms, then, with the benefit of 15 experts, we considered 14 of those criteria. All selected criteria classified according to the four perspectives of the balanced scorecard (BSC) aspects framework. In the next step, criteria weights calculated using fuzzy analytic network process (FANP) technique. Finally, a super matrix developed to measure criteria interrelationships using DEMATEL technique. The results showed that customer criterion with a weight of 0.3, was the most important one influencing the open innovation in knowledge-based firms for the development of information technology. Learning criterion with 0.29, internal process criterion with 0.24 and financial criterion with a total weight of 0.17 were the next priorities.

Today, the global community is facing with a new challenge called digital divide which leads to inequality in access to and use of information and communication technology products and services among individuals and communities. The importance of Digital Dived is because of its political, economic, social and cultural impacts on the daily lives of individuals and a country's domestic and international situation. Thus, this applied article aimed to identify the effective factors in individuals' access to computers and Internet using the data obtained from 501 questionnaires distributed among citizens of Rafsanjan. Then, these factors were modeled using adaptive fuzzy neural networks. The results showed that digital literacy and skills, economic factor, and motivational access had the highest impacts on physical access to computers and the Internet rather than other factors. The comparison of the results with outcomes of structural equation modeling, indicated that both were compatible with each other

Making the right decision about doing activities in-house vs. outsourcing is one of the important management decisions. The considerable effect of this decision on organizational performance and responsiveness is supported by theoretical and empirical evidence. In this study, using the experts’ knowledge extraction and modeling, we have designed a logical framework for deciding about outsourcing in governing organizations and accordingly an expert system has been developed. As an applied research a descriptive approach and case study method have been used. Objectives, inevitable circumstances, requirements, background conditions and facilitators have been identified as the underlying components of the system. The system provides a recommendation for each activity and prioritizes them based on readiness for outsourcing. An implementation in IT department of a sample organization is provided and the results are analyzed. In the end, the proposed system for activities of IT Management was carried out in one of the organizations and consequently the obtained outputs and results were analyzed.

Despite the various models and frameworks on electronic good governance are introduced, the multiple dimensions model of electronic good governance in the field of e-Learning has not been reviewed this subject in a integrated, comprehensive, process-oriented and systematic model. In this article, in order to explain the process of electronic good governance, by a systematic review of the related literature and backgrounds, all factors were identified using meta-synthesis methodology. Then, based on grounded theory methodology and Strauss and Corbin paradigmatic approach, the open, axial and selective coding were conducted. In the following, by using survey method, we determined the importance and priority of all proposed factors. It was also indicated that this research was innovative in the fields of methodology, results and the proposed model which had not been considered in the previous researches. So that, the proposed model resolved the shortcomings of past researches and made it possible for the public sector, private and civil society organizations to consider the process of establishing electronic good governance in e-Learning sector in Iran as a dynamic process.

This study aimed to explore the impact of information and communication technology skills of managers on dimensions and indicators of learning organization in agricultural consulting firms in Isfahan province. The study population was consisted of all CEOs of these companies. Among them, 103 persons were selected by simple random sampling. A questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting data. The questionnaire was consisted of two main parts: “DLOQ Standard questionnaire of learning organization dimension and Atkins and Marsick (1998)” and “questions for measuring managers’ ICT skills”. Validity of questionnaire was confirmed by panel of experts and its Reliability was tested by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Descriptive data specific to the dimensions of organizational learning indicated that, totally the dimensions and indicators of a learning organization in the studied companies were at a moderate level and there was a positive and significant relationship between managers’ ICT skills and the level of learning organization dimensions. Structural equation modeling also showed good fitness of the conceptual model of research to investigate the relationship between ICT skills and dimensions of the learning organization.
