Objective(s): The motto of “Neither East Nor West, But the Islamic Republic” was the principal and most strategic motto in the final decades of the second millennium and continues to be the main strategy of the third millennium. With each day passing by, the significance and the imperative role of this motto in the international arena becomes more and more apparent as it claims neither the civil pattern of the west (liberalism) nor the civil pattern of the east (Marxism) is capable of providing comprehensive, balanced and harmonized answers to the geometry of the true needs of man, society and history. According to this motto, the only school of thought capable of providing answers to the geometry of the true needs of man, society and history in a comprehensive, balanced and harmonized way is the religion of Islam and none other.However, the Islamic Republic within itself is facing various challenges to realize this strategic and crucial motto, which is intertwined with the future of Iran, the Islamic world and the humanity disenchanted with different isms (schools). One of these challenges is the lack of specialized and sub-specialized knowledge among the country’s officials about the most interdisciplinary and most strategic science of the time, namely social engineering.In realizing the motto of “Neither East Nor West, But the Islamic Republic”, we are like someone who has the needed construction materials and equipment and plans to build a skyscraper- one significantly taller than the present skyscrapers in the East and West- on the ruins of an old and dilapidated building (the -2500year-long system of oppressive monarchy). He is, however, unable to make the best use of the materials, equipment and opportunities available to him because he is not familiar with the latest and most advanced principles of construction science (an interdisciplinary science comprising architecture, structure, installations, etc).What is emphasized in this paper is the need for getting familiar with the most interdisciplinary science of the time, namely social engineering, and making use of this science along with the lofty and lustrous teachings of the holy Quran as the most vital and strategic materials for designing and building an allinclusive civil society capable of providing answers to the geometry of the true needs of man, society and history.It is hoped that by putting this science at the service of the Noble Quran, we can take a step towards overcoming the challenges the holy system of the Islamic Republic is facing, a step which can be a model for solving man’s problems and alleviating his pains.Methods: The method used for this research was descriptive-analytical.Conclusion: In order for engineering a Quranic society, two approaches can be adopted: - employing experts of social engineering and its sub-branches along with experts of Quranic sciences and Quran interpretation.- employing experts of social engineering and its sub-branches with Quranic concentration While in the first approach progress can be made towards reaching a Quranic society, there is fundamental problem: explaining the content of the expected Quranic society to experts of social engineering. It is like explaining a picture in your mind to a painter to paint. No mater how skilful the painter is and how carefully you explain, he can not bring what is in your mind on paper exactly.But in the second approach, the experts are more successful in engineering a Quranic society because they are directly familiar with the teachings of the Quran. That requires creation of a science titled social engineering with Quranic concentration.

Objectives (s): All communities and states do their best to achieve social justice and development.Through interpreting the 1404 Prospect Plan and the 5th Development Plan, this article aims to provide a framework and road map to obtain justice-oriented development in proportion to the Iranian society.Methods: This research was carried out through documentary studies performed in the libraries which will be in form of a logical recognition acquired out of upstream documents (1404 Prospect, 5th Development Plan, and development and justice literatures).Results: The results of this article have made possible a conceptual framework of balanced scorecard in order to arrive at a justice-oriented development and a recommended road map to catch up with national development.Conclusion: First, this article draws on the social justice and development topics. Afterwards, it designs a framework as inspired by the balanced scorecard bodywork to give rise to the Islamic Iran' s justice-oriented development in the five aspects of learning and growth, key processes, economicsocial development, sociopolitical development, and political-cultural development. It finally comes up with the recommended map road in proportion to Iranian-Islamic paradigm.

Objective(s): Judicial justice is an important branch of social justice the implementation of which has been regarded in Quranic teachings as one of the main objectives of the mission of prophets of God. Judicial justice .means upholding the law and respecting the rights of those being judged while judging them Obviously, any action which hinders implementation of justice is considered as offense against judicial justice.There are numerous verses in the Quran which emphasize implementation of judicial justice and clearly prohibit any actions that hamper it. In Iranian law, however, such offenses have been broadly defined and there is no .unified and cohesive policy about them This research examines the concept of offence against judicial justice, determines the examples of such offenses in view of the Quran and Iranian criminal law, and finally evaluates the approach of lawmakers with regards to such offenses Methods: A descriptive-analytic method has been used in this study through directly referring to sources in libraries and reliable websites as well as conducting interviews with professors of law and Fiqh (jurisprudence Conclusion: Judicial justice is an important branch of social justice means upholding the law and respecting the rights of those being judged while judging them. There are numerous verses in the Quran that emphasize the need for implementing judicial justice and prohibit any actions that hamper it. Accordingly, Iran’s criminal .law has predicted relatively strict punishments for those committing such offenses.

Objective(s): According to John Hick (1922), a prominent exponent of Religious Pluralism, truth and salvation are not unique to any particular religion and every religion can lead its followers to salvation.Religious, conceptual, and social factors play a vital role in shaping this theory. The present research with a descriptive -analytical method seeks to examine Hick’s view about religions and also study the view point of Quran about revelation and the issue of other religions.In view of this research, the foundations of religious pluralism are disputed. From the view point of Quran, legislative (Tashri'i) revelation is a special form of understanding which God has endowed on special people under particular conditions and its secret is not open to ordinary people but there are sings and evidence which can prove it. The Quran rejects religious pluralism and its approach to other religions has different facets. As for the truth, only Islam is the absolute truth and other religions are a mixture of the truth and untruth. With regards to salvation, those who do not follow Islam will be chastised. However, Muslims are supposed to treat followers of other divine religions as well as nonconfrontational disbelievers with respect and observe their rights.Methods: This research was carried out through descriptive-analytical method.Conclusion: Through learning about Hick’s cultural-intellectual background and examining the philosophical and theological bases of his theory, we can see that the theory of religious pluralism has its special background and is rejected scientifically (philosophically and theologically). Unlike in Hick’s ideas, there are no contradictions in Quranic teachings, so there is no need to revise them. Right from the beginning, the Quran has a cohesive approach to other religions. Muslims should respect and observe the rights of followers of other monotheistic faiths as well as disbelievers who are not confrontational. With respect to salvation, those who knowingly and defiantly refuse to follow Islam will be chastised. With regard to the truth, based on Quranic principles, other religions are a mixture of truth and untruth and it is only Islam which is the absolute truth.

Objective(s): From a single cell to a few-months old embryo we can witness an extremely precise and subtle process displaying an interesting phenomenon with stunning intricacies. The study of this phenomenon is called "embryology". Through the advancement of science, man has managed to uncover some of the mysteries of creation of embryo and understand some parts of the process. However, many aspects of creation of embryo are still mysterious and unknown to man. It can be asserted that embryo is a being with various mysteries and enigmas and that discovering the remarkable interrelationships between the limbs and systems in embryo can demonstrate the greatness of God’s creation. When one meticulously examines the complex and intricate phases of creation of embryo, which begins from a single and seemingly insignificant cell and following its phases of development turns into the feat of creation, he will definitely bow humbly before God's Throne of Grace and acknowledge the greatness of creation and the power of the Almighty.Methods: The method used for this research is descriptive-analytical.Conclusion:1 - The Quran has classified the stages of embryo's development with a unique and simple language in a way that it was understood at the time of revelation, and its accuracy can be verified now and in the future.2 - The Quran with special subtlety describes the complex system of creation, development and evolution of embryo in a way that can be defended by today’s science.3 - The Holy Book’s referring to sperm as the first stage of embryo’s creation is compatible with man’s findings in embryology today.

Objective(s): This is a research on the relationship between the Quran, Islam, and aesthetics. It aims to prove that the Holy Quran is a rich source for the theory of aesthetics. It explains that the Quran itself is aesthetic and investigates the objectivity or subjectivity of beauty as an example of aesthetical subjects in the Quran.This article then responds to the doubts about existence of an aesthetics system in Islam and investigates the relation of Quranic aesthetics to the science of aesthetics. In the end, this article points out the role of aesthetics in realizing the beauties of the Quran.Methods: The method used in this research has been comparative-analytical Conclusion:1 - Islam and the Quran have a particular system of aesthetics which can answer the needs of humanity in aesthetical areas and that the Quran is a rich source for the theory of aesthetics.2 - Islamic aesthetics is a developed one which takes the sense of beauty to the realm of intellect and Fitrat (nature)3 - The holy Quran is the most beautiful and highest of words and is unparalleled.

Objective(s): The present article is to design and present a model for the Islamic educational objectives and then determining general and intermediate objectives with an emphasis on behavioral ones in Islamic education.Methods: The method of research was conceptual, theoretically analyzes the content of religious texts by benefiting from deductive method. To do, all original religious texts and some of the Muslim scholar's texts were studied, and then the discovered subjects were scrutinized and categorized in different levels.Results: The result of the research was shown by a comprehensive model for Islamic education, presented by a triangle in four parts. The contents of some parts of the model are presented as an example. Direct relationship with all aspects of daily life and considering deep attitudes toward Islamic education are two main characterizations of the model.

Objective(s): Place and its status in Islamic art and architecture have always been discussed by Muslim philosophers and thinkers. The perception of place identity has affected the structuring of places and the ideal Islamic architecture paving the way for the recognition, analysis and evaluation.Thus, this paper examines the concept of place and specifics like character, identity and sense of place.It also compares them with Islamic architecture so as to reach a general mental picture of Islamic place and home.It can be said that Islam recognizes identity for all places and evaluates places in accordance with the extent of Divine manifestations and qualities. In this way, places will have different levels of Islamic identity.Methods: The method used for this research was descriptive-analytical.Results: The concept of accommodation in Islam encompasses its two aspects, namely material and spiritual. The material aspect of accommodation also contains its spiritual concept and building accommodation for Muslims in its broad sense is a ritual issue. In this paper, the ideal Islamic accommodation in different spheres has been described and the required criteria have been pointed out.
