Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mental health and emotional intelligence of employees of Maskan Bank in Tehran; as well as investigation of relationship between employees mental health and their gender, job, position marriage situation, level of education and years of work. For this purpose, 384 persons from Tehran Maskan Bank were selectedby a systematic multi-clustral sampling. They completed 2 questionnaires: General Health Questionnaire and Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and Phi test. The data indicated that mental illness among the subject to was 10.9 percent and it was higher for females. Prevalence of cashier employees was higher that manager employees.Married Employees with low education and more years of work had a higher level of mental illness. Of course, none of these findings were significant. Furthermore, 12.8 percent of the subject had very low emotional intelligence; and 21.8 were in very high level of emotional intelligence. 38.5 percent of them were in middle level of emotional intelligence, 17.8 percent in high level, and 9.2 percent in low level. Results of this research indicated that gender, level of education, marriage situation, type of job and years of work have important effects on mental health of the employees. Also, most of the employees were in middle level of emotional intelligence.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study is The analysis of the effectiveness of career counseling based on Dawis work adjustment in decreasing the emotional exhaustion of Islamic Azad University Female employees. The research method was experimental and the the participants were all female employees of the University in academic year 1387. To do the research, 40 male employees gaining over 50 out of 100 works at Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) for emotional exhaustion were randomly selected and divided into two experimental and control groups. The experimental group participated in 8 group-counselling-sessions of 90 minutes based on Dawis work adjustment theory. The follow-up session was held one month later. To analay the data, the t-test of the independent groups as well as covariance analysis were utilized. The following result was achieved: Career counseling using Dawis work adjustment method decreas the effectiveness of emotional exhaustion of female employees at post-test and follow-up test.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research was evaluate the efficiency of the curriculum entrepreneurship in secondary school among the Thranian kar-danesh students and entrepreneurship teachers. One of the important goals in entrepreneurship education in schools is to persuade the students to work and participate in economic activities. This research involved 49 teachers and 403 students in 6 courses by using stratified sampling.In this study, we use a questionnaire that included 44 questions, 35 of them were to measure two elements of the content (information and skills). The rest of the questions (8 questions) were to measure the adaptation of teaching and evaluating with suggestive methods. The results of statistics analysis (T-test one sample test and ANOVA test) showed that the program was successful in creating and increasing entrepreneurship information and skills.

Abstract: 

This research was done to examine the effectiveness of perpering occupational program by group method on occupational identity diffusion of female students. The Research population were female students in Allameh Tababtabei University. Method of sampling was voluntary, 11 sobjects were placed in experiment group and another 11 in control group. Instrument of research was Dellas Occupational Identity Questionnaire. Design of research was quasi experiment using posttest and pretest.The Results showed that perpering occupational program with group method on occupational identity diffusion of female students was significant at %5 level of female readiness program with group method for occupational identity diffusion students decreesd marks of experiment group, and led to success in occupational identity.

Abstract: 

The goal of Present the study was to examine the relationship between the five main personality factors and job burnout among counselors. One hundred were selected by random cluster sampling from Subjects active in counseling centers in Tehran. Descriptive and correlational methods were used. Two questionnaire were used to Evaluate the variables; including the Maslach Burnout Inventory by Maslach and Jackson (1981), and the NEO- Five factors Inventory (NEO- FFI) developed by Costa & Mc Crae (1992). The results showed that there was a positive correlation between emotional exhaustion and neuroticism. There was a negative correlation between depersonalization and agreeableness. There was a positive correlation between depersonalization and neuroticism. There were negative correlation between lack of personal accomplishment, extraversion and agreeableness. There was a positive correlation between lack of personal accomplishment and neuroticism.

Abstract: 

The of this research was to study correlation of the organization-based self-esteem with organizational feedback and job satisfaction among Education employees. Research method was descriptive and correlational. the statistical population for this study includes all the education employees in Istahan. Out of the statistical population, 120 employees were randomly selected as the statistical sample.Measurement tools in research include organization-based self-esteem (Pierce, at el, 1989) and the Employee Commitment Scale (Allen & Meyer, 1990) and job description index (Smith, 1974).The SPSS13 saftware was used to analyed the data. The results of analysis showed that there is a significant correlation between organization-based self-esteem and organizational commitment (P<0.05), organization-based sefg-esteem and job satisfaction (P<0.05), and organization-based selfesteem and organizational commitment between the two groups of male & female employess (P<0.01), There is also a significant correlation between organization-based self-esteem and job satisfaction among male & female employees (P<0.05).

Abstract: 

In this article, The aim was to study correlation between careerpersonality types and adolescents gender considering birth order.The Design of this research was correlational and causal- comparative Three handred eigty male and female student adolescents from Tehran schools were tested by Holland Interest Inventory, Data's was analyzed using Friedman, Cruskall vallis and U man wittny.Significant the results indicated that there was a correlation between careerpersonality types and birth order. Of their Position among siblings in the family hadan influence on their interests and choices. Also there was a significant different between male and female adolescents in career-personality types.
