Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to design an optimal model of human resource flexibility in Social Security Organization by fuzzy inference method. The present study was carried out in a composite (qualitative-quantitative) study. Accordingly, in the first part of the research, a Meta-synthesis Sandelowski and Barros (2007) methodology for human resource flexibility has been used. In this way, after identifying the categories, concepts and codes of the human resource brand, the initial conceptual model of the research was formed. In the second part of the research, in order to provide a desirable combination, the components of the model were optimized in such a way that the human resources flexibility could be optimized. The mathematical modeling (fuzzy expert system) was used. The statistical population of the research is in the mathematical modeling stage consisting of academic experts and managers of social security organization of 20 people. The results of the first part of the research show that the initial conceptual model of the research using the Far-Tabib method consists of six main dimensions, eight components and 21 codes (indexes). The results of the research show that if the employees of Social Security Organization, 11. 1 percent to the dimension of functional flexibility, 12. 3 percent to the dimension of communicational flexibility, 34. 6 percent to the dimension of Skillful flexibility, 31. 5 percent to the dimension of Behavioral flexibility, 3. 8 percent to dimension of Cognitive flexibility, 6. 4 percent to the dimension of moralist flexibility then their human resource flexibility is optimized by 60. 9%.

Abstract: 

The present research aims to develop an SEM of Teacher Professional Development (TPD) standards on the basis of Farhangian University (Teacher Traning College) teacher-students` Information Literacy (IL). The method in the current quantitative research is correlational through path analysis, which is based on structural equation modeling. To this end, Smart-PLS software and GOF Index were employed to develop an SEM and to determine goodness-of-fit, respectively. The sample comprised 1080 teacher-students of the total 1500 studying different courses in the branches of Farhangian University. All participants have passed mentoring(1, 2, 3, &4). The two questionnaires employed measure Information Literacy (IL) and Teacher Professional Development (TPD) based on the International Standard of Information Literacy for Teacher Education and New Jersey Teacher Professional Development, respectively. The results indicated an appropriate GOF (0. 488) for the proposed SEM and the confirmation of the proposed model. The resultant validated questionnaires can be employed to raise consciousness among teachers and to replicate the study by using other samples of teachers across the country. Two Information Literacy (IL) and Teacher Professional Development (TPD) Questionnaires were also obtained.

Abstract: 

The Purpose of this paper is to investigate the role of work characteristics (including task characteristics, knowledge characteristics and social characteristics) on the work performance of knowledge workers in knowledge-based organizations in Iran. also, the moderating effect of work involvement on the relationship between these variables was investigated. Methods: The method of this research is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of this research includes all the employees of the knowledge-based organizations of East Azarbayjan province. 215 knowledge workers were selected by convenience sampling method. A questionnaire including 65 questions distributed and 215 questionnaires were collected. To examine the hypotheses of the research, correlation and path analysis tests were used by SPSS and LISREL software. Results: The results of path analysis revealed that task and knowledge characteristics have a significant effect on task and contextual performance, but social characteristics affect only contextual performance and don’ t have a significant effect on task performance. Based on moderated Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), work involvement moderates the relationships between task characteristics and task performance, knowledge characteristics and task performance and also moderates the relationships between social characteristics and contextual performance. Findings of this research suggest that knowledge leaders in knowledge-based organizations have to redesign task characteristics and knowledge characteristics for better job performance and to improve the contextual performance, they have to consider the social characteristics of the job.

Abstract: 

This project has been done with the porpose of crating and standardizing the job satisfaction’ s questionnaire for the employees in the municipality of Sari with the item response theory, Fristly, 80 questions, by considering the ilterature of job satisfaction, were prepared for making the job satisfaction questionnaire. Secondly, the content validity of the questions was tested by 7 expert panels. Therefore, regarding the exerts’ opinions, some questions were removed so as to avoid repetitions and drawbacks. In the first implementation, 55 paper based questions were asked to the 80 employees and again the questionnaire was revised by removing some questions with low reliability. Finally, the 50 remained questions were asked from 300 municipal employees. After collecting the questionnaires, the reliability of the questionnaire was assessed using internal consistency (Cronbach’ s alpha coefficient) and removing 4 questions, a=0. 954 for males, a=0. 972 for females and a=0. 969 for all of the individuals. Futhermore, 5 different factors named, general satisfaction (a=0. 942), satisfaction with the manager (a=0. 924), satisfaction with the wage (a=0. 870), satisfaction with the colleagues (a=0. 902) and satisfaction with the working atmosphere (a=0. 800), were calculated using principal axis factoring. Moreover, the average performance tables have been estimated and the psychometric features were assessed using Multilog software. Regarding this software, all of the questionnaire’ s questions exhibit ideal features. Construct validity of the questionnaire were determined using the correlation between prepared questionnaire and 3 different job satisfaction questionnaires including Spector, Minnesota and job description Indication JDI and the numbers were calculated to be r=0. 767, r=0. 781 and r=0. 684 respectively. The presented numbers indicate the ideal construct validity of the questionnaire.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between Sense of Consistency and mindfulness with job satisfaction in midwives of Miandoab hospitals with the role of mediator of emotional intelligence. The present research is based on the purpose of the applied type and based on the data collection method, descriptive research is a correlation type. The statistical population of the study consisted of all midwives in Miandoab city in Imam Khomeini Hospital and Shahid Abbasi Hospital with 418 people. Using Cochran formula and simple random sampling method, 200 these individuals were selected as research samples. The questionnaires used in this study included emotional intelligence (Pterride and Farnham, 2000), sense of coherence (Antonowski, 1987), mindfulness (Baer et al., 2006) and job satisfaction (Lutans, 1969). In the present study, for the analysis of hypotheses and examine relationships between variables, the Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling approach is used. The results of the study showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the sense of coherence and job satisfaction (r = 0. 77, p <0. 01) Mindfulness and Job Satisfaction (r = 0. 624, p <0. 01) and emotional intelligence and job satisfaction (r = 0. 774, p <0. 01). There was a relationship between the sense of coherence and job satisfaction and Mindfulness with the role of mediator of emotional intelligence (p <0. 01).

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational creativity, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence with efficiency of employees of the Agriculture Jihad Organization of Golestan province. Methods: The research method is correlation. The statistical population of this research was all employees of Golestan Agricultural Jihad Organization. The sample size was determined using Cochran formula. 120 subjects were selected and samples were selected by simple random sampling method. Then, using four Randsip organizational creativity questionnaires, their emotional intelligence-Bar, Spiritual Intelligence King, and HR-Goldsmith's human resource productivity were tested. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, path analysis, structural equation modeling and Pearson correlation test using AMOS 21 and SPSS22 software. Results: The results showed that the model is fitted with the data of this research and predict the efficiency of spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence and organizational creativity of the staff directly. Also, there is a direct and significant correlation between the dimensions of spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence and organizational creativity among the staff (p <0. 01). the results show that 31 percent of productivity changes of Golestan Jihad Organization employees are explained by emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and organizational creativity. Conclusion: The results of this research show that attention to emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and organizational creativity of employees affect their productivity in the workplace.
