Abstract: 

Innovation has attracted considerable interest in recent years in improving competitive advantage for both profit and nonprofit organizations. Service innovation offers the potential for substantially improving the performance, but performance gains are often obstructed by users’ unwillingness to accept and use available systems. This research aims to use the concept of Reasoned Action Theory to further examine consumer attitudes toward service innovation and its antecedents. By focus group discussion and literature review, a conceptual model with six postulated hypotheses is proposed. The Electronic Toll Collecting (Park meter) system is selected as the service innovation to test the model. A structured questionnaire is designed to collect field data. The structural equation model is used with LISREL VIII program to estimate the structural coefficients and to test the hypotheses. The findings represent hat perceived ease of use, perceived price fairness, risk averseness and satisfaction with existing service significantly influence consumer attitude, and influence consumer’s intention to adopt service innovation. The practical implication of the research is that, before introducing a service innovation, the service provider must seriously consider the possible difficulties of the usage.

Abstract: 

Personality-job fit is an important issue in human resources management literature and human resources planning. However, the issue has attracted less attention by itself in Iranian organizations. People have been employed in organizational jobs based on skill, experience, or education by no attention to their personality. Current study tries to study the effect of personality-job on employee’s performance and job satisfaction. The population under study is the employees of Islamic Azad University, Firoozkoh branch. Gerjsi and Morgan table is used to estimate the sample size. In addition, the samples are selected by random sampling plan. To collect data, a self-administrated questionnaire is designated. Personality-job fit and job satisfaction is measured by Holland’s questionnaire and Fildors’s questionnaire, respectively. Cronbach’ alpha is used to confirm reliability of questionnaire. To analyse the data, central parameters, binomial test, and Kruscal Wallis test are ulitized. The performance is also measured by a structured interview with supervisors. The results indicated that the perception of personality-job appropriateness has a significant impact on job satisfaction and as a result leads to higher level of performance.

Abstract: 

Todays, the only thing that can be trusted all over the world is lack of confidence. All organizations need to innovate to comply with the wavy environment and the innovation by itself has a vital role in moving toward the comparative advantage and supreme performance. Although many researches have already investigated the effect of innovation on the performance, it seems that, in future, lack of applicable studies about the effect of pivotal learning on innovation in general and on the innovation of small firms in particular will be faced with. Having investigated 82 small firms in Tehran to fill the gap existing in the research literature of the country, the present study has represented that organizations commitment to learning; open-mindedness and shared vision have significantly positive effect on the innovation of small firms. The results obtained from the regression analysis have also indicated the presence of a significantly positive relationship between innovation and profitability, sale and ROI in small firms.

Abstract: 

This paper aims to consider the relationship between social capital and social responsibility in Islamic Azad University – Firouzkouh branch. The population of research all faculty members, managers and experts employed in Islamic Azad University - Firouzkouh branch. The sample size includes 157 people determined by Jeris-morgan formula using the stratified random sampling method. Firstly, a questionnaire is distributed to 30 people and then total stability of questionnaire is tested by Cronbakh Alpha test and SPSS software. The results represent that the stability is over than 0.907. This research uses an applied, descriptive and correlational method. The conceptual model of this research is based on Nahapit - Gushal and Krishna-Sherader social capital theories and Denison social responsibility model. Based on the results of kolomogroph - Smearnov test, Friedman test and Spearman correlation coefficient, the Findings indicate that there is a significant relationship between social capital and social responsibility in Islamic Azad University - Firouzkouh branch. The positive correlation coefficient also confirms a direct and positive relationship between them.

Abstract: 

In this study, the impact of knowledge management components including knowledge acquisition, dissemination of information technology knowledge will be studied to identify and record the requirements in customer orientation. The role of organizational factors as well as customer orientation variables is analyzed as mediating moderating variables. The methodology of the research is practical by the nature and a descriptive survey in data collection. The data required will be collected through questionairies filled by the managers and employees working in public and private insurance companies in Tehran. to analyze the data collected, structural equations are used. The collected data are analyzed via LISREL software. The results suggest that knowledge management influence customers satisfaction through affecting organizational variables and customer orientation also plays as a moderator.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, the concept of sustainable development has found a global application and attracted many parts and basis of any community. Among many factors affecting sustainable developments, educational system is remarkably effective in many ways. The effectiveness of the system is also a function of various factors and components. The managers and their management are one of the components playing a significant role in all education systems. Therefore, by considering many female managers working in education system of the country, this paper is firstly to identify the factors increasing the productivity of the male and female managers and then use Kano model creatively to classify and compare the factors affecting the productivity of male and female managers. The results obtained by this study indicate 23 elements are identified as effective elements of productivity of male and female managers. For female managers, one factor is essential, 16 factors are one-dimensional and 3 factors are attractive. Also, in the case of male managers, 4 factors are one-dimensional and 13 factors essential but no attractive factor detected. The ranking of these elements is also presented at the end.

Abstract: 

Construction plans are regarded as the basis of the economy in the society. Any delays in the utilization of projects can cause to waste the investments and the loss of technical and economic justifications. In this paper, the barriers of on-time delivery in water projects will be scrutinized in Mazandaran Regional Water Company. So, the independent variables such as management obstacles, cultural, social, economic, financial, juridical, legal, technical, infrastructural factors, and dependable variable or human factors would be influential in the delays in construction projects. The research methodology is to provide a descriptive-survey study and the population includes 169 managers, experts, employers, and contractors working in various parts of water construction projects in Mazandaran Water Joint Stock Company selected by simple random sampling. The data is collected through a questionnaire in which the reliability coefficient calculated based on Cronbach's Alpha (α=87%). By using SPSS, descriptive and inferential statistics and Friedman's correlation coefficient, an intelligent analysis will be performed. The research findings represent that there are positive and meaningful relations between the average rates in the obstacles to management, total eight questions of economic and financial barriers, the lack of technical and infrastructural factors, environmental obstacles, juridical and legal problems and finally the barriers in human factors.

Abstract: 

Food industries as one of the most important industries in the country are an urgent need to supply raw materials at the macro and micro levels. So one of the main sections requiring serious study is supply chain management and suppliers issues in food industries. The purpose of this study is to identify the criteria to evaluate and rank the suppliers by using Fuzzy TOPSIS technique in Pabas Protein Food Industries. This research is an applied-descriptive and cross-sectional study conducted in winter 2015. The researchers have reviewed the previous studies to identify these criteria to assess the suppliers. At the end, Delphi technique is used to get and sum up the results. The saturation point has been reached after implementing the technique for 4 times. By identifying the evaluation criteria, Fuzzy TOPSIS technique is used to rank suppliers. The population contains Pabas protein Food Industries and 5 directors having sufficient information selected as sample size. The findings suggest 6 criteria considered as the most important criterion in ranking the suppliers including quality, timely delivery, price, risk, suppliers’ technology and support. Also, according to the results obtained by ranking the suppliers, it can be concluded that Karimi Meat and Poultry Distribution Company has the best position and Province meat and poultry cooperative the worst respectively.
