This study deals with spatial organization of urban settlements in information era. It is being argued that the formation of network cities is baesd on the gradual co-operation between cities. This is being supported by the presence of sustainable and rapid transportation and infrastructures. This study particulary pertains to the geographic pattern of inter-urban financial flows between 1384/6/3 till 1385/6/3. The historical structure of Isfahan represents various formal and informal activities that while at the first look seems to be contradictory and imbalanced, the passage of time has provided it with a suitable appearance. Today, social, economic and structural decay are the main causes of problems in the old Isfahan districts. Introduction Relevant programs of leisure time and tourism are considered as important economical, social and cultural phenomena. Nowadays tourism has been recognized as a cultural and economical activity in various communities. Some theorists believe that tourism is as a motive force for countries economic development. Regarding the importance of tourism, the major purpose of this research is to determine trust's position of foreign tourists to Iranians in development of tourism. In this research, the willingness of foreigner tourists to travell to Iran again? Is the objective index for measurement of tourism' s development.In order to achieve research's purposes, documentary methods including studying of background and theoretical principles of research and survey methods were used. The worldwide studies show that the vulnerability of different groups of people living in risk prone areas is different in parts of the world depending on the level of life and social and economic conditions. So vulnerability is not only the result of being prone to risk rather the result of social, economic and political processes and accident is the final situation resulting from these processes. Considering the vulnerability approaches and theories, people are not vulnerable only due to their proximity to risky areas, but also their social and economic conditions cause increase and decrease in their vulnerability. Poor and low income people in urban areas live in houses with materials of low durability against earthquake and weak or vulnerable areas such as informal settlement areas, rivers boundaries, power transmission lines and slope regions, that in case of natural disasters such as earthquake have very high vulnerability compared with other urban dwellers…

Informal settlement is the last shelter of urban poor for gaining a house. These settlements are faced with many challenges including: hygienic and ecological problems, population density, cultural and socio-economic poverty, low quality services and facilities, informal employment and illegal tenure. It is true that these settlements are deprived from legal tenure security (legal document of ownership) and all the time there is probability of their evacuation by municipal authorities, but there are illegal or extralegal factors which give their residents the hope and motivation to stay in these settlements. During past decades, generality of a given life style among residents in a neighbourhood caused common social goals and interests. But nowadays we are observing deep changes of life style accompanied by neighbourhoods' structural changes. With such fundamental differences between the present and the past, there are many neighbourhoods without any dissimilarity but their names. In neighbourhood texture, traditional characteristics such as social relations have been fading and even the names such as block and phase are used instead of neighbourhood.This research studies the effective meddlesome factors on identity sense in present era neighbourhoods. Which characteristics and factors lead to the distinction, identification and forming identity in a sectional texture? What is the necessity of the place identity? What kind of human needs can be met by place identity? And finally, what are the identity indices in successful sectional texture? These are four main questions of the current research. Today the tourism and its economy has become one of the original bases of world trade.In addition to the tourism which has an effective role in national development and diversity of economy, handicraft business can be considered as a complimentary to historical and tourism attraction. The objective of this study is to investigate the status of rural tourism and its role in handicraft business development, which has been done in southern Estarabad, Gorgan. The study used descriptive and field search analytical method ology. The data collection is done through literary and field study methods.
