1-Introduction: Urban land-use expansion is a challenging issue in developing countries. Increases in population as well as the immigration from the villages to the cities are the two major factors for that phenomenon. Those factors have reduced the influence of efforts that try to limit the cities’ boundaries. Thus, spatial planners always look for the models that simulate the expansion of urban land-uses and enable them to prevent unbalanced expansions of cities and guide the developments to the desired areas.

1- Introduction: Most organizations and financial institutions are facing with spatial decision makings. Optimum decision making affects the institutes’ success, achievement to their objectives and attracting customers. Modern banking services have evolved by the development of modern technologies. The most sensible aspect of banking services evolution is based on using the modern technologies of ATMs. The rapid growth in application of these devices could have been caused by the increasing acceptance of them among customers (Foukerdi, 2005: 2).

1-Introduction: The primary spatial patterns and the main structures of cities are now changing, due to the present sprawl development patterns. These factors have deconstructed the unified structure of cities and have caused spatial segregation of different parts of these settlements, especially central and old fabrics and finally resulted in their socio- economic segregation. On the other hand, external urban expansion led to a complicated physical and spatial structure, which is impossible to perceive its morphology in its totality.

1-Introduction: It is very important to study and identify climatic limitations and threats and know attractions and potentialities of climatic specifications nationwide during different seasons in order to consider them in planning of national, provincial and urban levels.

1-Introduction: Metropolitan housing development as an important economic sector not only affects level of macroeconomic activities directly in all countries but also macroeconomic development stimulates housing prices broadly. First, individual supply and demand in housing market is derived from utility and profit maximization and risk-return optimization. Then, equilibrium price and quantity is derived from intersection point of aggregate demand and aggregate supply. Special characteristics of housing market such as non-tradability and location-dependence distinguish its structure from other markets.

1-Introduction: Uncontrolled development of large cities due to the increase in population and migration has led to a massive environmental destruction and pollution, and the latter has destroyed green spaces within the city and changed the land use. Therefore, the need for green space and connection with nature has an important role in human life. The best way to reduce the destructive effects of environmental hazards is the development of green space. Due to its wide range of functions, green area plays dominant roles in urban landscaping, air refreshing, reducing air contaminations and controlling uncontrolled construction development.

1- Introduction: The world has encountered an urban revolution in the past 200 years. In 1800, the cities were a small island in rural ocean, now in 2000; half of world populations were living in cities. It has been stated that it reaches to 65 percent in 2025, While they occupied just 2 percent of the earth, and upon UN forecast, 80 percent of next decade population growth take place in cities, 90 percent from this rate will occur in cities of developing countries. Urbanization is growing fast in our countries and upon 1385 year census results, over 68 percent are civic, while just 10 percent of country population were living in cities in last century. However, the opportunities, sources and facilities do not distributed appropriate to improve human requirements in cities.

1-Introduction: In today’s world tourism is one of the essential revenue generating industries that serves as a means for cultural exchange among nation as well. Rural-tourism is a branch of tourism that is limited to the rural environment with respect to the culture and traditional customs that include their hand-craft, behavior, hospitality, green-tours, farm-tours, hunting, their cooking manners etc. Any country that intends to attract tourists in this field should be equipped with the following two characteristics: the potential that is the natural resources and the ability to provide services and facilities for rural-tourism that is the accommodation.
