Abstract: 

One of the most important factors of road accidents is unfavorable climate. factors such as temperature, snow and rainfall , relative humidity, fog, storm, freezing- weather, Etc, are highly influential on road accidents. In this study, by considering recent climate factors, we tried to study and analyze Rasht to Anzali road accident.At first , with regard to aerological figures, we analy sed climate parameters and then by using accident figures in the mentioned road, accidents due to climate factors were investingated. we concluded that in 1385, 1384, and 1381, we had the most accidents in this road when the weather was clear, cloudy, and raing in these years. respectively.In 1385, the accidents were due to unfavourable atmosphericconditions.there fore, there is a relationship between theseaccidents and climate factors. The mostaccidents in rainy days also happened beween hours 14: 00 to 18: 00 p.m. during the years from 1376 to 1385 This study shows that on the main road, pooshesh factory, khomam Ringway, chaparkhaneh, and TalebAbad to Anzali, we had the most accidents. We had a 17 percent increase in accidents after having the Rasht to Anzali road two – banded.This increase was due to the large number of vehicles.The most accidents during sunny and clear weather belonged to the single-band road.

Abstract: 

Historically, human life was adventured to the natural hazards that proceed by Geomorphology Activities such as earthquake, volcano and etc. but some of that events proceeded by climate process. That abundance and density of these phenomena depended to the Geographic Coordinate. Among of these phenomena we could mention to the storms, Droughts, floods and… in this case, drought is more important because Drought is mystery and natural Disaster that Caused effected to human projections.Numbers and damaging that caused by drought is more than other Climate hazards. In this paper, after study on the other methods and index, we will have a climate viewpoint on it and then by using precipitation of Khorasan Razavi province, will produce mapping of Drought with PN and Deciles index. Finally we will compare this two methods in evaluate Drought Density in that region.

Abstract: 

The possibility using rocks erodibility as a model in providing erosion types map was investigated in downstream of Latian dam. Rocks erodibility layer was crossed by digitized ground truth maps of surface, rill, gully erosions and erosion features and the accuracy, error and precision of this layer as a model in estimating each of erosion types was computed. Results showed that the rocks erodibility accuracy in providing surface, rill, gully erosions maps, and erosion features map was 59.1, 59.9, 71.9 and 42.9%, respectively. Rocks erodibility map can be used in providing gully erosion map with an error 28.1% and has a low accuracy in providing surface and rill erosion maps especially erosion features map, therefore, it couldn’t used in preparing erosion types maps as a working units map.

Abstract: 

The main aim of the paper is to determine the erosion hazard using Experimental Model (EPM) in Golestan province. To achieve the aim, the model uses four different effective parameters such as watershed erosion coefficient (Y), land use coefficient (Xa), coefficient of rock and soil susceptibility to erosion (Y) and average basin slope (I). According to their importance to erosion, first the variables were classified to different layers and then standardizing operations on the layers were applied in GIS environment. Finally, combined layers were input in EPM and erosion hazard zoning map was produced. The results of the research showed that 57% area of the province is in extreme severe, 14% in severe, 5% moderate, and 24% in very low and low classes. The southern and northeastern parts of the province due to stones with low resistance and high slope are more sensitive to erosion. The results of the research also showed that in the north-west section of the area, despite a high sensitivity of geological formation to erosion, the rate of erosion is considered to be low because of lands with low slop. This case specifies the important of slop in making erosion rather than geological formation in the region.

Abstract: 

Regarding to the great significance of the showers in the repelling of the surface water in cities and also other instances, throught this research first we tried to gather some statistical information about the amount of the showers which have been fallen across the three stations of Rasht, Kharjegil and Estoor for 15 years. These data were collected from the archives of the organization of water resources.Then we did statistical calculations on the data of the showers and at last we applied the Smada software to distribute different fittings and making some basic equations for estimating the amount of the shower on the basic of their time intervals.The result of this research shows that in the most cases the data through the Gumble distribution of the extreme of type I and in some trivial cases through the log Pearson distribution of type III have better fitting than other ones. Also estimated equations for the showers are logarithmic 2 and 3; meanwhile, the correlation coefficient between duration and intensity in all cases was estimated more than 0/99. Furthermore we demonstrated that the curves of intensity, duration and frequency (IDF) through time and place scales can change regarding to the return period of the plan. Hence forming the models of estimating the shower in these zones are essential to plan and perform some of the urban development projects which directly are connected to this issue.

The role and position of government in tourism industry is undeniable and cannot be replaced by any other parameters such as individuals, groups and ultra-national actors and the exact representation of governmental interference in tourism industry can be found in all developed and less developed countries, but being successful in this field needs balancing performances between governmental section in one side and private sections and other actors such as institutions and international organizations in other side and this is a very complicated and vulnerable strategy which needs the realization of presuppositions such as formation and development of nation-state process, and to somehow to increase the trust among government and society, lack of rent economy and the governmental willing-lessens toward legitimating. In this study we have tried to indicate the reasons for governmental movement from policy-making procedures toward the field of operative policy-making and charging difficulties in lower levels, by the use of effective parameters in Iran’s political economy such as the imperfect procedures of state formation, or the bourgeoisie historical infirmity, oil-dependent economy and the formation and development of informal economy and popularization of them on tourism industry. For this mean and to ease the understanding of deep governmental presence in tourism industry we have used the dependency factors and legal properties of places and the centers mostly referred to by tourist and the results of such survey demonstrated that the most of aforementioned centers, were depended to the institutions and the governmental ministries and although the private sections had quantity suitable places, but it seems that the lack of necessary backgrounds for the emersion of a contesting bazaar caused difficulty for them.

Abstract: 

One of the likely effects of climate change is to study the effect of rainfall variations in runoff values Accordingly, in this research catchment namely Jajrood was selected. First, rainfall and runoff data using homogenity test was studied. Then, a statistical period was chosen.To study the data distribution, many statistical indices such as mean, variance, standard diviation, …were calculated.Wet and dry periods was extracted based on a moving average method. Finally order in make a significant correlation between rainfall and runoff, the correlation coefficient and regression equation were calculated.The result of the research showed that there could be a some periods of dry and wet in the study area, with more lasting dry period.The result also indicated that there is a rather significant correlation between rainfall and runoff. The correlation coefficient and R 2 for Jajrood catchment are 0.8389 & 0.7039 respectively.

Abstract: 

In this research the extraction of wheat under cultivation Area, irrigated and rain feed, has been studied.Hamedan as a major wheat production pole of Iran has been considered.Using cultivation calendar and basic studies in order to find out the proper time for acquisition bi temporal Images of spot's satellite in year 2005.Sampling in three steps resulted to comprehensive information on the Wheat under cultivation Area. The present research is based upon studying the bands of bi temporal images and in order to take less time (shortcut method) we used no classification and components. This resulted to extraction of features in a semiautomatic model contrary to common vegetation indexes that use the reflected and absorbed bands in same time, this algorithm uses the difference between reflection in same band in the other time. The outstanding feature of this research is that we didn't use NIR band.

Abstract: 

Because of pressuring of inner forces, a series of breaks are formed in Earth crust. If these broken layers move and displace together vertically and horizontally, they make faults form. There are different faults in Iran. They are as kinds of active tectonic of its area. One of the most important faulting parts in Iran called central Iran. It included nine important faults. And it is the most compact faulting area of Iran. In north end part of The Great Kavir, and in south part of Shahroud - Semnan area, there is a fault called Toroud-Enjilo. It is important and active fault of central Iran. This fault has a north east-south west direction, and it has right slide and left orbit movements. It is called as inverse normal, steeply, almost vertical, and active and 80 degree steep fault. Continuous vertical and horizontal movements make special landforms, features, and forms exist in Toroud-Satveh area that they are as important geomorphological forms, and they need to analyze and survey.Can refer to the faults results as followings: creating new local feature sand faults, increasing the height of folder walls and valleys tectonic, increasing the height of salt domes, speeding local magmatic activity, border between local mountains in north great Kavir and neighbor low lands, separating colored mélange of Sabzevar region in Kavir, earthquake of Toroud in 1331 and conducting underground waters. Finally, this zone active tectonic and the sequences of it can be contributed to Toroud fault.

Abstract: 

In recent year, ecological problem of industry town is on of the important subject in different area of Iran. Because this location case pollution underground water. In this article have tray with using remote sensing and geography information system (GIS) and with integrate method the position industry town of zanjan province analyzed. First with using of geology, topography maps, aerial photo, deposit maps and with regard to pizometry information, underground water map have designed and position of town industry relative to underground water in GIS software have intergraded.The results showed that: all unit industry in zanjan province are upend under ground water that product over 4088 M.M waste water.With regard absorb soil and speed, movement a great wastewater without enter into environment and create pollution in under ground water.
