due to providing social security needs, community policing approach has been applied by IRI Police in recent years. To settle this approach the present research aims at determining obligations and necessary characteristics in organizational structure and leadership style within Mckinsey 7S model. The present research was applied type but taking into consideration nature and method was descriptive – survey type. For community policing settlement, it was tried by analyzing related documents and resources to suggest some principal amendments needed in current organizational structure and leadership style of IRI police. Result of these analyses indicated that without applying some amendments in current IRI Police organizational structure and leadership style in a way both become more effective and appropriate with obligations, the community policing approach settlement will not be successful. Based on Mitzberg structural framework, current IRI Police organizational structure is sectional structure and for settling community policing approach, this structure needs to reform in areas such as cooperation, coordination, more delegation through field officers, more training and flexibility. Also high and middle rank managers should select their leadership styles by focus on cooperation, reliability and authority conferring.

this study aims at making clear "community oriented policing crime prevention appropriated structure for NAJA". One of the issues which rise in this research is "what is community oriented policing crime prevention appropriated structure for NAJA?" I.R.I. law enforcement features have been considered as a system input and crime prevention community oriented policing features as output system and transformational process of police to the community oriented, to present appropriate structure by using systematic thought with considering social, cultural, economical and political fields. This study is applicable and data gathering are descriptive-analytic with regard to the research type. Data gathering tools are questionnaire prepared by researcher and statistical corpus includes commanders and I.R.I law enforcement high rank managers and crime prevention police scientific cooperators. Sampling has been done by meaning based method. The results show in proposal structural, approachable, individual and educational components improve on thoughts from present police to community oriented policing crime prevention. Also in the proposed structure, security field had bi lineal relations with social, cultural, economical and political fields with importance 0.30, 0.27, 0.23, and 0.20.

Human being spends its own life in different areas Where working area in the most important environment that the person spends majority part of own adulthood in there. The police stations are as an environment which is not expected of this matter. The main purpose of this research is designing the perfect atmosphere based on its effect on referees and staffs in Tehran police stations. This research is applicable and gathering data is descriptive- analytic. Data collecting Tools are Interview, observations and questionnaires made by researcher. The sample corpus of research is 200 people include employees and referees to police stations and sampling is clustery. The results show that according to functional design quality which caused to increase police station employees' efficiency. Psycho peace during working time in office and provide the behavior with referees and also provide people thought on police station and strengthen relation between people and employees and psycho peace during refer to police stations.

this research has done by considering relations between I.R.I sovereignty Expectations of Community policing approach and determining its index. The results show that there is meaningful relationship between sovereignty Expectations of Police and police Community approach and it has some effect on it. Also results show that public safety promotion Indexes, with equal execution of rules by police in society and social crisis proper management evaluated by more than 74% of participants and significance of this Indexes and the other related Indexes certificated by that.

necessity for optimizing and development of any organization especially law enforcement organizations is to discover all aspects of management capabilities in operational performance and police missions (ability to decision making, communicating, monitoring and controlling performances) in order to discover the ways of problem solving in policing fields. The main objective of this research is to identify capabilities of police chiefs in Tehran police stations and to address the role of them in crime prevention. The present research is applicable and descriptive- analytical approach has been used for data gathering. Statistical society of the research is all of the police marshals and chiefs, head officers and deputy managers about 83 persons which have been investigated. The tools of data collection were based on surveying (using questionnaire) with the conceptual value by applying the professional point of views and evaluation method was a (about 73 percent). Based on research results, there is a relationship between management capability in three fields of decision making, communicating, monitoring and controlling performances in crime prevention, in other words, if chiefs and marshals of police stations can use their skills and abilities in the best way, so this could end to crime preventing and increase the effectiveness and finally increase the sense of being safe among the citizens and also increase public satisfaction and decrease the amount of crime as a whole.

residence of ethnical tribes in border areas and neighboring with the same groups on countries border, regional transformations and increasing of enemies’ movements in order to cause disunion in the country are the factors that increase the importance of national integration into the ethnical minorities. This study tries to identify the effective factors which could compromise national integration into the ethnical minorities, the most important consolidating factors of national integration into the ethnical tribes based on different scientific studies. So, by this way, the effective factors have been presented on divergence and convergence of national integration into the different tribes which they are the important factors of public safety. The preset research method is descriptive-analytic which data have been gathered by more analytic technique for achieve the research results. The result show that some factors such as Iranian tribes' geographical position, regional transformations, make political tribes’ needs, imbalance of national development and tribunal- religious radical parties which had been the most important Iranian ethnical minorities divergence factors, and territorial stability, cultural foundations, political parties, political contribution and history as a combinational factor, are the most important convergence and integration national ethnical minorities to settle public security.
