The social security is an element of humans' lives as an important and sensitive security. Uncertainty none of them are not an important that security and equilibrium for developing the society and the flowering of intelligence too. Security has two meaning: requirement meaning (statistical and certainty next the government and peoples and unfavorable meaning (non-fear, compulsion and threat). The social security has different kinds like other phenomenon and social affairs which include occupational, judicial, political, economical and official securities. Now, the meaning of security goes beyond of penalties and damages meaning superficially and including instances mentally, behavioral, hygienic and economically and also including the firmnesses and real and mental regularity that define social security. As we can state that by increasing the development of a society, coefficient of social security developed too and in conjunction with them the relative of crimes and social deviance decreased. Accordingly, this essay aims to analyze social security and its effect in decreasing crimes and social deviance.

Futurology is studies that have tracked attention the view of most researchers and innovative persons and there could be very effective for other sciences. Subject territory of futurology is covering all parts of culture, economic, politics, technology, and art, also with look at the future changes this science is going to rise. At thought, we can not make standard territory for surveying future period, but usually there could not be more than a few decades. Futurologies have basic and principles for their researching including to, although future is not predictable certainly but also that is not absolutely unpredictable. We can to know most topics and value about future and this is the most useful knowledge. Another things that there is always some view about future that could be better or most but all the sciences are getting to some predict about their subjects and their topics. At the result, science is one of principal of futurology that culled tomorrow methods structure which to give human more ability for predict.

Women are the first victims of various social pathologies and social deviations. Among them, addiction is the most important of all. The dominate belief of the majority of society about addiction is drug abuse which is mostly men related. Thus, many researches have carried out on men and there is not an adequate study on women's area of study. Problems causing by addiction to drug abuse is not limited to women and their families only. Also, have irreparable social and economical consequences, such as lack of social discipline. Social discipline refers to control and guidance persons behavior from the group to society for making discipline and organizing. This is related to some features of addicted women characters psychologically. The purpose of the current study is to evaluate the relationship between characteristics of addicted women and social discipline. The features like aggressiveness, inadaptability, anti-sociality, social pugnacity, getting secluded, lack of social interest, inattention to social custom, irresponsibility, personal disorder, ignorance to social roles, could lead to increase of crime, violence, murders, etc. All of these factors cause interruption in social discipline. Accordingly, identifying characteristically figure of tendency to addiction in women is not only used diagnosis and therapy but also it is a great help for preventing and maintaining the families basis, so that it is seen as an important factor in applying social discipline.

Justice is one of the oldest concepts that humans know from the beginning of their civilization and they strive for its maintenance. Justice has different forms that can be mentioned as social, political, economical, and punishment.Scientists and scholars of law consider different principles effective for punishment justice. Amongst them principles such as exemption, legal crimes and punishment, ethical responsibility, and personal responsibility punishment are considered as the most important principles. The precise observing of the above principles in the investigation of defendant is the sign of justice certainty and ignoring them weakens the right of clients to judiciary force and facilitates the injustice causes. Paying attention to personality and human dignity of people, the complete observance of criminal rights make peoples’ life, property, and chastity immune can be regarded as distinct results of observing these principles.

The main aim of this study was to investigate the effective factors influencing robbery in delinquent juveniles of reformation and pedagogy centre in Sanandaj city. Various perspectives about social deviance such as family structure theory, family versatility and personality growth, Durkheim’s anomy theory, Groupic support theory, labeling theory, exchange theory were reviewed and part of them is used to build theoretical framework and hypothesis. Research population was delinquent juveniles of reformation and pedagogy centre in Sanandaj city and students of 4 guidance and high schools in this city. The population of delinquent juveniles was 40 thus all of them were selected as study sample. The means of gathering data was questionnaire and we examined hypothesis with t test for mean difference by SPSS software. Results showed that delinquent juveniles were significantly differing from comparison sample (students) in socio-economic status, Groupic support family structure and negative labeling. There was not any significant difference between study groups in influence of friends and peer groups.

Nowadays, one of the serious challenges of the human societies is training and more important is that training the people in different fields of the social and cultural issues. If the training takes place appropriately, many social problems can be removed effectively. One of the most issues in social problems is social discipline. In the present research, preschool centers and even the nursery schools are considered as the most important centers for training the people. Training social discipline and regularities to the staff of the organizations, to children, to students and to the others is what Islamic Republic of Iran asks the police. The best and the most effective training is training the preschool pupils. And this article is trying to show this. In this research the effects of the completing of the special programs in training the children by their teachers have been reviewed and explained. The experts; member of the faculties, the professional experts in traffic training of police, and the experts of the Education Ministry, have evaluated the traffic training programs and all this have been prepared based on their comments and points of views.

High efficiency and effectiveness of network policy making in helping organizations to reach to their goals is one of the main reasons of not using traditional policing making and decision making (hierarchical) and utilizing network policy making. For this reason, organizations tendency toward using network model has an increasing rate and is an indispensable fact. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the accountability of the present policymaking structure (hierarchical) of Iranian police (criminal investigation, prevention, anti-narcotics, and traffic police) in relation to organization goal. The research also aims to determine the effect of social capital in using network models in organizational policing making and decision making. It is an applied research with description and correlation in method. The related questionnaire has had validity and reliability (0.78) which is distributed in population sample of 240 elites. The research hypotheses were tested via K-square and Kendal coefficient. The findings indicated the effect of independent variable on dependent variable. Thus, it is indispensable that police organization pay enough attention to these factors in its decision making and policy making. At the end, recommendations and suggestions are stated in order to facilitate the macro-policy making in the society; such as increasing the inter-organizational social capital, making organization structure more flexible, filling the structural gaps, reinforcing the relations of policing making organizations.
