The main aim of the present research was to suggest a new approach in explaining the concept, reference, dimensions and indicators of internal security for I.R. Iran and also alternatives to providing and developing of security in the society. In order to avoid current and traditional methods in the field of security research, new dimensions and indicators for studying elements and specifications related to internal security were counted. It is believed that hereby we can offer adequate alternatives for production, evaluation and protection of internal security to the top management of system and directors in internal scope. Using this process, the researchers suggested 71 indicators for country's scientific society, including 13 indicators in mental dimension, 16 indicators in humanity dimension, 7 indicators in natural dimension and 34 indicators in legal dimension. It is obvious that in this case it will be possible to realize the purposes of I.R. Iran's 1404 outlook system in the scope of security that it is achieving to secure, independence, and powerful society.

There are two types of criminal policies in criminal law, justice oriented criminal policy and security oriented criminal policy. If the principles in justice oriented criminal policy are people limited, non intervention on personal private life, in last decades we can say security oriented criminal policy involved the more government intervention on personal private life and the development of person responsibility. Even though the governing of security despite eliminating of human rights is the approach of security oriented criminal policy, but under protection of this policy, it has not been considered any feeling of security. It means in spite of security essence, we cannot see any feeling of security in societies and this is one of the most important aspects of security oriented criminal policy. In this article with focusing on feeling of non security, we considered different ideas such as: Broken window, Zero tolerance, Violating of fundamental rules governed on criminal law.

One of the main tasks of the Judiciary and following that a police officer as a judicial restraining and other judicial institutions and organs are crime prevention that should be a routine part of their missions, as well as prevention of crime and it will be possible by awarding people. In this regard, mass media, especially television, plays an important role in bending public opinion and ensuring public safety and crime prevention. Today, the mass media with their specific and determined functions have found a special place. According to article 18, clause 4 of NAJA's law, law enforcement has taken action to produce television programs in order to attract participation of Tehran citizens to prevent crime. Thus, regarding understanding of the importance and necessity of such an issue, this paper is provided to measure the effect of television programs on police to prevent crime. The research statistical population included 1200 people aged 15 to above. The applied method was stratified sampling. The results revealed that the respondents declared the most successful programs to the police in crime prevention respectively were as follows: "Broadcast news reports (e.g. Dar SAhahr programs), traffic accidents and, …"Play Teaser (e.g. Syasakty)", producing and broadcast of educational programs such as the Highway Police" Broadcast news reports of the arrest of criminals, such as arrest of car thieves, etc" .And they have the greatest reason for using media, filling leisure time and the use of entertaining fun programs and also increasing awareness and knowledge.

The main aim of the present study was to analysis the affirmative approach to social security and the role of NAJA in securing it. The statistical society included all commanders and managers in places eighteen (general) and upper in NAJA, commanders of provinces and also university professors who were informative and experts in the subject of social security. Questionnaire, interview, roundtable and brainstorming were used to collect the research data. With regard to research questions, statistical indexes such as Fridman's grade examination, regression's analysis and way analysis were used. Then, using the software, LIZREL the most important indicators were defined in every variable. The results showed that NAJA main duties regard social security and securing it, and under title of separate variables all of them affect the relationship between variables and its effect can predict social security.

Social capital is one of the effective factors on economic progress and more social welfare. Social capital contains subjects such as norms and trust. Therefore, more crime and villainy indicates that the level of social capital is low in society. This paper investigates the relationship between social capital with indicators of trust, norm and solidarity and crime by survey research method and by using of statistics common tests. Moreover, the quantity of social capital in various categories of theft, drugs and murder criminal has been measured. The research data have been obtained from sample prisoners of Semnan center prison. The results showed that (1) average of social capital between drugs, theft and murder criminals is 59.67, 61.59, and 66 that this measure is less than average of obtainable social capital. Thus, situation of social capital is weak in between criminals. (2) the indirect relationship between number of crimes and social capital was statistically significant. (3) there was not found a significant relationship between type of crime and social capital. This means that low social capital is wide-ranging among all of criminals. (4) indicators which introduce social capital are almost equivalent in crime various categories.

Social security (in two objective and subjective dimensions) in a society needs two elements, that is, individuals' rights and their responsibilities. Nowadays, such social elements exist in the essence of citizenship's ethic concept. This research is a co-relational research, in which two methods of documentary and survey (questionnaire) were used to reach to the research purposes. The statistical population comprised all citizens aged 15 to 65-years-old and higher in Qazvin city that 400 persons of them have been selected as sample size by Cochran formula. The research findings indicated that citizenship's ethic components are as follows: (1) citizenship rights (includes justice's feeling and equality in a society, feeling of proper public ethics space, feeling of ontological and satisfaction of practitioners' performance. (2) citizenship responsibilities (includes regarding social discipline, inner commitment to fulfill job and meet responsibility and having a sense of responsibility towards others). In sum, these two components have 74% correlation with social security. Determination coefficient or estimation of social security' variance by these citizenship variables equal to 54% (R2=54%). It can be concluded that forming social security in society, it is necessary to define and consider citizenship.

Describing crisis for determining their size and volume and prediction of its occurrence are some of the important actions in crisis management. The purpose of the present article is to introduce a proper model for describing crisis in the field of order and security. The research method is descriptive-analytical and its nature is an applied one. The explorative study of the paper was conducted based on the library research. The statistical sample consisted of 25 experts in the field of police research. The results revealed that four factors of crisis features, crisis risk factors, features of under crisis systems, crisis fighting features are effective factors of crisis volume and 16 crisis levels described based upon their combination. Based on the relationship between crisis volume factors, it can be concluded that the proposed model is not limited to specific temporal and special conditions. Further, easy social phenomenon can be described and interpreted based on this 16 levels model for every crisis.
