Abstract: 

The main objective of present study is to provide applicable measures for betterment the job performance of faculty members, based on transformational leadership and job performance. With respect of objectives, this study is the applied research and with respect of methodology, is a correlation-descriptive one. In this paper, Firstly, the theoretical model and research hypotheses have been developed, and then by using structural equation modeling (SME), research hypotheses were examined. The statistical population of this study consisted of all faculty members of a military university which 210 person of them have been selected randomly via Morgan table. Research data were collected via questionnaires. For measuring job involvement Kanungo (1982) with 10 items, job performance form Paterson (1970) with 15 items and finally transformational leadership measured by Bass and Avoilo (2006)   questionnaire have been used. Reliability of research tools have been investigated by Cronbach’s alpha. Validity of them have been test by content and--.  Research finding indicated that all hypotheses were verified then: transformational leadership has positive effect on faculty member’s job performance and the role of job involvement as a moderator between transformational leadership and job performance was verified. In the other word, regression analysis shows that grower supporting component of transformational leadership has maximum effect on job performance.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to investigate psychological empowerment score and to indentify and rank the effective factors on psychological empowerment in khorasan regional electricity company. The research is application and doing with quantitative and describe methods The data were collected from 116 personnels of company.its validity was confirmed by the experts and elite universities and factor analyses and its reliability was approved via Cronbach’s alpha of 0.906. Sampling is Stratified Sampling and tools Data Gathering is questionnaire. For examining the hypothesis T test, Friedman test, Bartlett's Test, Structural Equation Modeling has been used based on 9 hypothesis have been verified. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS software and lisrel software. The Results demonstrated that the rate of employee empowerment is more than average and structure empowerment, Empowering leadership, training, information sharing, reward, job characteristics, trust, psychological capital, self-evaluation were place in first to ninth ranks, respectively.

Abstract: 

Core banking system is a fundamental solution for the centralized core  of  banking business, the main solution to centralize all data and critical processes. So that the changes create new services, responding to customer needs and also provides the necessary information to better manage organization in less time and with most Accuracy. But, implementation and deployment in bank faces with serious challenges.  This Thesis also outlines the dimensions and angles of the banking system, establish Obstacles of this system in Sepah Bank were discussed. the main obstacles classified to four financial, technological, social / cultural and managerial. And the effectiveness of each system was investigated. this research done at the 150 community levels involved in deploying a Core banking, including Sepah Bank, Bank Subsidiaries and contracted personnel. A questionnaire with 26 questions was distributed among 85 cases of which 60 were full questionnaire. Questions were designed on the basis of the whole five-point Likert situation. According to prove normal distribution of data T-parametric tests were used to prove the hypothesis. The results showed that technological and managerial factors in the establishment of a Core banking system are more effective at Sepah Bank, in priority. However, the influence of social / cultural and financial establishment of a Core system of banking in Bank Sepah was not proved.

Abstract: 

These days in the competitive world, most of organizations found that the safety management and labor health are to be inseparable part of themselves and value them the same as other managements in the organization. The main goal of this research is to identify influencing factors on the performance of workforce health in organizations. In this paper, statistical population is the small and medium textile industries in Qazvin province with 800 workers that by taking the total number of population and Morgan chart into account, the sample size is 260 workers.The data analyzed by the structural equation modeling technique and the AMOS software. Through the analyzes of the data it is shown that in medium industries independent variables have great meaningful effect of dependent variables. While in small industries only the risk management effects on the safety following and safety participation. Results show the influence of safety leadership and risk management on increasing safety behavior and workers satisfaction. These findings are important for the management; because, it shows evidences about the factors that encourage companies to decrease risk and optimize their safety performance.

Abstract: 

In this paper, a fuzzy model was designed for assessment of corporate social responsibility based on four principles of Denison including society, environment, ethic and Financial responsibility. The introduced model is comprised of five phases. At the first phase, a fuzzy system was designed that its inputs included four factors of social responsibility and its output included score of corporate social responsibility. At the second phase, the inputs and outputs after Classification, were converted to fuzzy numbers and derivation rules were explained at third phase. At fourth phase, defuzzification was performed and at the fifth phase, the designed model was tested. result of model testing indicates that the presented model has a high validity. Ultimately, the social responsibility of research institute of petroleum industry of iran was calculated using the design model. Population of this study consisted of 531 staffs and academic board members of research institute. Questionnaire was used to collect the data. For this purpose, a questionnaire was designed based on four principles of Denison and its validity and reliability was assessed and confirmed. The results show that social responsibility score of research institute with the membership grade 0.844 is highly.

Abstract: 

The present study is considering the effect of spirituality in the workplace on organizational efficiency of the Bank's tourism. Spirituality in the workplace is a significant component of the work, a feeling of solidarity and harmony with the values of the organization. The study is descriptive. The population of this research is all the employees of Tourism Bank. The instrument was questionnaire. The data analysis was performed using SPSS and Lisrel softwares. Survey results showed that the there is significant relationship between spirituality in the workplace and organizational productivity.
