Abstract

The present study is considering the effect of SPIRITUALITY in the workplace on ORGANIZATIONAL EFFICIENCY of the Bank's TOURISM. SPIRITUALITY in the workplace is a significant component of the work, a feeling of solidarity and harmony with the values of the organization. The study is descriptive. The population of this research is all the employees of TOURISM Bank. The instrument was questionnaire. The data analysis was performed using SPSS and Lisrel softwares. Survey results showed that the there is significant relationship between SPIRITUALITY in the workplace and organizational productivity.
