This investigation aims at studying the strength of local identity within neighborhoods of the city of Tehran. Previous researches show that few decades ago local identity and belonging was strong within neighborhoods and because of close and vast relationships between people the extent of deviance was so low in local communities. This close relationship and sense of belonging to local community among people also had different social functions and was a source of emotional support for residents of local communities. However in recent years profound physical and social changes have tended to weaken that sense of blonging and local identity and wash away its functions. Regarding these deep changes it seems necessary to study the local identity and sense of belonging in order to understand its new conditions and mechanisms; therefore we can plan to rebuild that sense of identity in new forms.This study makes use of classical social theories, identity theories; theories of place identity, particularly local identity theories, in order build a theoretical basis to study the extent of local identity in Tehran city. Our statistical society is all+18 citizens of the city of Tehran and we have used survey method and structured questionnaire to conduct research and gather data. Results show that demographical variables make no meaningful difference in local identity and overall the extent of local identity among Tehranian is moderate.

Introduction and Research Aim: Based on The Law of Political divisions, the hierarchy of Political divisions is: province, county, district, city, vill and village. Beside that law, National Physical Plan, which prepared by the ministry of Housing and urbanism, divides the country in 10 regions and 85 planning and functional zones.Namely, the region includes one or several counties which their natural, geographical features are the same and they have active mutual relations from economic, social and physical point of view. In present, while province, County and district have their own management authority, the region doesn’t have such position. Current investigation tries to propose a proper model of management for the regions in iran based on recognition and analysis of problems in management of regions in Iran.Method: The research method is descriptive; Data gathering technique includes questionnaire and library resources; and finally, study population contains experts, regional planning and management erudite, and regional master plan’s documents and reports.Results: According to this research, the results of documents and questionnaire are as follows:-Studying factors and elements that regulate the management and development of a region.-Investigating the organizational relations between mentioned element and regional organizations involved in management.-Exploring the essential tools for regional managementConclusion: According to aforementioned items and studies on each entry, we prepared tables, based on SWOT technique. The proposed paradigm for region management has been based on Strategies which were derived from those tables.According to SWOT technique, we do the following phases in sequence: first, required strategies for region management were extracted. Then, excerpted strategies were analyzed. Finally, a proper management pattern for the country and the region has been proposed.

Introduction and Research Aim: The aim of this study to evaluate the effective factors on the youths’ vandalistic behavior especially the role of marginalization. The reasoning of this study is that marginalization has a significant effect on vandalistic behaviors as a strong and direct factor and besides that, variables such as anomy, contacting with deviants, base and gender as mediator factors, strengthen this effect.Method: This study is performed by predicative and survey methods and the techniques of taking notes and questionnaire were used. A sample of 350 people was selected using a random cluster sampling. The analysis of data is done with the help of descriptive and inferential statistics and parametric and non-parametric statistics.Findings: The results show that there is a significant relationship between socio-economic base, anomy, the amount of contacting with deviants and vandalistic behaviors of marginalized and non-marginalized youth.Conclusion: The findings show that the youths' vandalistic behaviors are more in margins than the non-margined areas and these are heightened considering other factors such as anomy, contacting the deviants and peoples' socio-economic base.

Introduction and Objective: In the mid-twentieth century societies and dramatic changes in lifestyle and control their behavior the advantage of the new phenomenon of electronic services and growing citizen participation in community affairs and in their satisfaction that advanced countries in the world have succeeded in creating their own citizens satisfaction. Evidence of Iran and Tehran due to metropolitan ignoring the fundamental factors underlying this has not been successful. The cultural context of social, political, economic, and geographic region in one of the offices of satisfaction and fulfillment services have failed to attract audiences. The purpose of this study, the factors affecting the effectiveness of e-Services in a civilian area of Tehran Municipality has a satisfaction.Methods: Library method and questionnaire method has been used. This field of research, descriptive, and practical survey. Population, 220 people in the sample size is 140 us altogether. Owners live audience for this research is a municipality in the district offices have been referred.Results: Based on the proposed model, the model results showed that the two factors (quality of service and efficiency of managers) in the e-area offices of Tehran Municipality to exist but the absence of the 5 factors, characteristics of services, access to services, the performance of employees, managers and access to external factors causing dissatisfaction in offices civilians.

Introduction: According to the energy balance sheet; 99% of energy resources is fossil in Iran. On the other hand; base on the World Bank statistics, during 10 years, air pollution damage will rise to $ 16000000. In this situation and especially because of natural potential using solar energy as a powerhouse is acceptable. Usage of photovoltaic as a powerhouse is one of the new ways to produce energy in regions which have suitable irradiation. Furthermore it needs precise feasibility study to find best location.Methodology: This study has used AHP method to weight criteria and sub criteria which effect on photovoltaic farms. Then GIS is used to locate photovoltaic farms. So this study is an experimental research.Findings:1) Economics is the most important criteria and the final electricity cost is the most important factor to establish a photovoltaic powerhouse.2) Suitable areas for a solar powerhouse can be found around Garmsar (one of the internal desert areas in Iran) which has sufficient potential to produce electricity.Results: Land use and land cover are factors which contains 96.4% of whole. As a result, mentioned factors have the most important role in photovoltaic farms.

Introduction and purpose: In order to estimate the seismicity of the Shahriar County. geological and seism tectonic particulars were studied, and seismic fault in the county and suburb of this region, till50 kilometers range were recognized. And with using recorded seismicity’s in region, seismicity map of county was made. And with gotenberg-rishter graph method, seismicity parameters of area obtained.Methodology: The present research is applied and that research method is descriptive-analytical that use research library and survey and gotenberg-rishter graph.Findings: resulted show that73 percent of schools buildings of region have not any side resistant system and need to make resistance or rebuilding. In case study we considered the building of8 schools of this area particularly. In purpose of decreasing casualties and damages, to organize active crisis director ship staffs, for determining the student groups duties, and increasing the level of knowledge and skills of students in facing of earthquake suggested.

So these building are identified in sudden attacks in crisis condition and are destroyed easily.
