Abstract

Introduction and purpose: Urban centers are important places as vital and sensitive area in PASSIVE DEFENSE activities. According to always ready to defense it is important to apply PASSIVE DEFENSE principles in make cities and should province an address structure for urban space.The purpose of this research is, identifying of Critical and sensitive location of BOROUJERD CITY in order to reducing damage from enemy attacks. This research is applied. Also, theMethodology: method of research is "Descriptive-analytical". Also, has been used from AHP method and GIS software. On the other hand is used survey method. The results ofFindings: research show that hasn't been done the PASSIVE DEFENSE principle in sensitive and vital building of BOROUJERD CITY. So these building are identified in sudden attacks in crisis condition and are destroyed easily.
