Abstract: 

مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: تبلور یافتن گردشگری به عنوان یک نیاز، تبدیل شدن آن به عنوان بزرگ ترین صنعت خدماتی دنیا و تخصصی شدن گردشگری این فرصت را فراهم کرده تا هر مقصدی جهت بهره جستن از منافع حاصل از گردشگری امیدوار باشد. اما مسلما این کار بدون شناسایی عوامل تاثیر گذار، برنامه ریزی و مدیریت استراتژیک امکان پذیر نخواهد بود.با توجه به قابلیت های بالقوه شهرستان سروآباد در زمینه گردشگری که مهم ترین منطقه استان کردستان از لحاظ اهمیت و تعدد جاذبه های طبیعی و با توجه به موقعیت جغرافیایی خاص و قابلیت فراوان برای جذب گردشگر می توان با برنامه ریزی و مدیریت گردشگری در این منطقه در راستای اهداف توسعه پایدار گام برداشت و توان های مثبت گردشگری را به حداکثر و توان های منفی را به حداقل رساند.روش پژوهش: روش تحقیق در این پژوهش توصیفی و تحلیلی است. برای مشخص کردن عوامل تاثیر گذار بر گردشگری پایدار از روش تحلیل فازی TOPSIS استفاده شده است. این تکنیک بر اساس این مفهوم ایجاد شده است که گزینه های مناسب گزینه هایی هستند که حداقل فاصله را نسبت به راه حل ایده آل مثبت و دورترین فاصله را نسبت به راه حل ایده آل منفی داشته باشند. در این پژوهش جامعه آماری شهرستان سروآباد می باشد. نمونه آماری در این پژوهش دهستان های این شهرستان است که معرف جامعه آماری است.یافته ها: تاثیر گذارترین عامل در توسعه گردشگری پایدار شهرستان سروآباد توجه به زیرساخت ها از جمله حمل و نقل جاده ای می باشد. این منطقه دارای تعداد جاذبه های گردشگری زیادی است، ولی با توجه به شرایط زیر ساخت ها و ویژگی جغرافیایی و توپوگرافی منطقه بدون زیر ساخت مناسب بازدید از این جاذبه ها امکان پذیر نمی باشد.نتیجه گیری: در تحلیل انجام شده دهستان اورامان تخت که دارای جاذبه های گردشگری فراوانی می باشد، به دلیل فقدان زیر ساخت مناسب در رتبه پایین قرار گرفته است و این نشان دهنده لزوم برنامه ریزی و مدیریت زیر ساخت در این شهرستان می باشد.

Abstract: 

Introduction and purpose: The urban old texture an important problem in urban planning that today due to anquity buildings and unsuitable accessibility has converted to disposale damage fields against natural and artifact events. The research object is spatial analysis of old urban texture based on passive defence principles for attending to stability pattern.Methodology: In present research the research method is combination of analytical- survey and typical methods and kind of research is applied. The important indexes determined an antiquity buildings, build quality, number of floor, green space, compatibility, media services, urban services and surrounded degree.Findings: one of main problems of urban centres’ part is residential regions depreciation that according to accomplished studies, texture centres’ according to unsuitable of urban passages from accessibility index to assisting centres located in undesirable situation in critical times.

Abstract: 

Introduction and objective: Everyone in the city is interested in buildings that make up of beauties which indicate the culture of region there. In this paper, the cultural challenges are identified and more over the effect of religion on some components of the architectures has been tested.Method: In order to collect data, survey information is used and also 450 questionnaires are distributed in the area of 2-5-11-22 of Tehran. For hypothesis testing, descriptive statistic and correlation is used. Findings: Religious identity, historical conditions and morphological structures are variables which have been survived. Results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between morphological characteristics of buildings and buildings face. Results: Results also accept the existence of a positive and significant relationship between access to administrative and religion identity.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Objectives: Security is one the most fundamental and basic needs of every nation and country. The activities of Social and Cultural Deputy within the social and cultural working environment of Tehran's Municipality can have significant effects on improving the quality of life, achieving life skills, optimal spending of leisure time, and mental and psychological tranquility of citizens. The main objective of this study is to identify the role of Social and Cultural Deputy of the Municipality in providing social security for the citizens of Tehran.Method: Quantitative method and survey technique was used for this study. Random and class-based sampling was applied for the first statistical group, while the second group was full counted. The questionnaire prepared by the researcher was also applied as the measurement tool.Results: From citizens point of view, Social and Cultural Deputy of Tehran's Municipality has insignificant effect of the provision of components of citizens' social security. Therefore it could be mentioned that the role of this deputy in providing all components of citizen's social security covers low to average levels. On the other hand, staff and officials of the municipality believe that this deputy has a significant effect on the provision of each component of citizens' social security.Conclusion: The amount of effects of Social and Cultural Deputy of the Municipality on different components of social security was compared. So it could be said that from citizens' point of view, this deputy has had the highest impact on health security of citizens and the lowest impact on their job and physical security, while from officials point of view, this deputy has the highest impact on health security of citizens and the lowest impact on their job, financial and physical security. Investigating the gap between the views of these two groups reveals that Municipality's staff and officials have more favorable opinion about the performance of this deputy in providing the security of these components. The provision of job security of citizens and provision of their financial security are the highest and the lowest difference of opinions, respectively.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Objective: Understanding and knowledge of tourism and also its development and sustainability is hide not only in the spread of tourism knowledge for understanding its needs, but also in the education of successful field about tourism trading and also the needs of every society to tourism which is needed a human attitude and approach. In other word, formation, sustainability and development of tourism in every society needs and education. This paper examines and analysis the role of education and human resources for tourism development.Methods: this paper uses analytical -descriptive method and describe the challenges of tourism education system in Iran about human resource education, focus on Corrective strategies to improve the country's education system. Results: The result shows that Tourism education and training units, training facilities and more importantly, regulatory criteria and how to apply them to quickly be transformed and make these changes is necessary to provide facility and exemption for educational institutions, promote international exchange in education and teacher education requirements.Conclusion: Provide effective training in a modern organization requires new thinking, new models, new approaches and new tools and mechanisms. Since education is as a fundamental part of human resource management and quality management in the tourism industry, For structural reform of the country's tourism industry, it could be began from to reform education system to reform.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Objective: Recently tourism has become one of the requirement in human being life and the most important and professional industry service in the world. Therefore it provides us these opportunities to be hopeful in using advantageous of tourism. But this major can be possible when we consider effective factors on planning and management strategy.Because of different potentialities in tourism such as variety of natural attractive places and located Uraman-Takht in this region, Sarvabad is the most interesting area in Kurdistan province. Therefore based on it's special geography position and different potentialities in attracting tourist, it is easy to have sustainable development and increase the positive abilities of tourism. But for this we need to have a professional management and planning for tourism.Method: Our method in this research is descriptive and analysis and for determining the effective factors on development sustainable tourism we use phase analysis of TOPSIS.  Based on these method proper factors are those that have a minimum distance from ideal positive solution and have a maximum distance from ideal negative solution. Findings: From our analysis the most effective factor on sustainable development tourism in Sarvabad is improving state of infrastructure.  This area is full of interesting places but unfortunately due to not having suitable infrastructure and topography situation it is not easy to visit them. Results: We found that some places such as Uraman-Tahkt has different interesting touristic places but owing to have a weak infrastructure it is in lower order and it shows that having a special attention on infrastructure is mandatory.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Objective: One of the management's issues that are more interest for scientist is optimize human resource management which plays key role of organization's efficiency and one aspect of the optimization human resource management is job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is instrument designing to job satisfaction measurement of stuff by appropriative questioner which consider especial circumstance of Ahwaz municipality worker, then identify and analyze the influence factor on determinate job satisfaction.Methods: In this study to obtain the appropriative questionnaire immoderate and intricate of valid questionnaires were used. So at first, to identify involved factors in explaining the job satisfaction Principal Component analysis were used and the result showed: Support, Justice, Stewardship, nature of work and employment facilities are effective component. After this step, by Stepwise Regression the role of each those components in job satisfaction were predicted. In order to discover job satisfaction diversification between different occupational groups, depend on the require test, analysis of variance, T test were used.Results: Results were showed significant difference between different age group and job experience with Job satisfaction and there were no significant difference in educational level with Job satisfaction. According to the result, work environment and ergonomic, providing credit facility for employer, the manager's attendance to meritocracy and training course were offered.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Objective: Human Resources are considered as one of the most valuable sources in each organization. Surge of affective factors is essential in labor productivity, this study has been aiming to identify factors affecting the productivity of labor in municipality of Ahvaz. Research Methods: This research is practical based on the goal, and is explorative based on data gathering and has been done in method of principal components analysis. The statistical population is Ahwaz municipal employee using a stratified random sampling; one hundred people of them were choose and after completing the researcher-made questionnaire were analyzed. Results: Among the factors affecting productivity increase four factors named internal management, supporting management, training and the ability of staff were identified.Conclusion: Work experience, paying attention to identifying trainings, employee awareness to knowledge and job skills, job security, knowledge and abeyance of the law, manager concentration on weakness and deviation of the staff, existence of a logical system of punishment and appreciation, manager's support from the staff, acquaintance to job, appreciation and supporting of staff performance, being interested in work environment, existence of emotional atmosphere, providing performance feedback, joint meetings holding and participation of the staff as the factor in productivity increasing of the staff were identified as the factors booming efficiency.
