The aim of the present study is to rank the leather manufacturing units from the perspective of the entrepreneurship features of the organization's staffs. Accordingly, the present article presents a model based on the theory of the fuzzy sets to determine the entrepreneurship score in the organization from the perspective of the entrepreneurship features of the staffs. This model has five stages. In the first stage, the input and output variables of the model are obtained based on the existing theories. The model inputs consist of creativity, innovation, risk- taking, responsibility and seeking success. In the second stage, inputs and outputs are converted to fuzzy numbers after partitioning. In the third stage, the inference rules, which are in the form of if- and- therefore rules, are edited based on the literature of the topic and comments of the experts. In the fourth stage, defuzzification is done, and in the fifth stage, the designed model is tested. The test results show that the presented model has a high validity. Finally, the score of organizational entrepreneurship for the leather manufacturing units is calculated using the designed model. The sample of the present research is 11 leather manufacturing units in the East Azarbaijan province which has 20 or more employees. Due to the limited number of the population, the total population has been surveyed. In order to collect data, a reliable and valid questionnaire was used. The results indicate that Aida, Shahgoli and Markazi Leather companies are ranked first through third, respectively from the perspective of entrepreneurship scores of 0.621, 0.626, and 0.604.

Monetary policy is considered as one of the main economic tools, accompanying fiscal policies in forming a set of powerful items for applying economic policies. The main role of monetary policyis controlling money volume and liquidity. This paper reviews the impact of monetary policy on interest rate in Iran during 1352-1385 via OLS. To this aim, the relation between money volume and interest rate is investigated through ordinary least square method. The results indicate that money volume has on direct effect on interest rate. In addition, there is a direct relation between consumer price index and interest rate. Finally, a direct relation between national income and interest rate is concluded.

This research's main objective was investigation of the effect of service encounter performance, satisfaction, trust and commitment on customer word of mouth intention in fast food restaurant industry.For information gathering about research scope that reviewed used from two methods; librarian studies and field studies with helping the index cards and questionnaires tools for measuring the research variables. The research population was Sinbad chain restaurant customer in Tehran. Cluster sampling method was used to determine the Respondents. A total of 400 Questionnaires was distributed that 387 responses of them were usable for data analysis. Data were analyzed using the structural equation modeling (SEM) technics. The research findings indicate that service encounter performance had significant direct effect on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction had significant direct effect on customer trust. The customer trust had significant direct effect and mediator role on customer commitment.

Growth and development investment is always important purposes of the governments. In today's highly competitive world, it is a major challenge of rich and poor countries, Therefore, this paper has identified and classified some of the factors affecting on the growth and development investment. In the second stage of the remediation measures 19 indicators were identified and classified into five general factors. The next step technique AHP questionnaire, 41 people who were a group of professors and experts in the field of economics and management, priority and importance of each index was determined. Finally, we have been ranked according to indicators, will provide recommendations for the improvement and expansion of investment.

The research related to domestic companies listed in Tehran stock exchange for the five internal characteristics of quality financial reporting has been investigated. Statistical community, all companies listed in Tehran stock exchange is achieved by the systematic removal of sample of 84 companies to be selected and Time periods from 1387 to 1392 is investigated. For doing this research from methods of causal- comparative advantage is solidarity. The study analyzed data from the Inter regression methods were used. Results of hypothesis testing research shows The quality financial reporting of listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange whit size, the investment in non- current assets, complexity of the environment activity company Direct relationship and whit operating cycle Inverse relationship has been established In this study, there character between the quality of financial reporting and financial leverage has not established any relationship.

This paper presents a survey on relationship between supply chain management and innovation.in an Iranian holding firm in auto industry named Iran Khodro. The study designs a questionnaire in Likert scale and using random sampling technique, distributes 250 questionnaires among some managers of this holding firm. The study consists of three parts including supply chain management, innovation and organizational performance. The study uses regression technique as well as structural equation modeling and it has detected that there were some strong and positive relationship between supply chain management and innovation. In addition, the result of the survey indicates that there was some positive and meaningful relationship between supply chain management and organizational performance.

One of the hot issues andtoday's topics on the Iran economy these days is the subject assignment to the government's administrative systems, particularly state enterprises and giving space to private sector of activities. Nowadays few other countries can be found in the world that who are not implementing the privatization program, and dare to be said that privatization is one of the most important of economic components in the twenty- first century. The privatization is the process of administrative, financial and legal that governments in many countries to reform their economic and administrative systems make it executable. In The present study we looking for to examine the impact of privatization on the depth, breadth and efficiency indicators of the Tehran Stock Exchange stock market, that which are indicators of stock market development, we are. The population of this study, all companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange during the period 1384 to 1390 is. And To investigate the relationship between stock market development and privatization of the combined regression model was used. The results of the 81 companies selected as the sample is taken from a seven- year period. The results also showed that privatization has a positive and significant relationship with depth index Stock Exchange, However, no significant correlation between performance indicators and width.

This study examines the role of corporate governance and market discipline on firm's productivity in Tehran Stock Exchange. Corporate governance has a significant effect on the firms total productivity and also a strong substitution between corporate governance and the market competition exists, this means that competition reduces agency problems, so when companies are facing extremely competitive manufacturing market, the corporate governance less effect on the firm's total productivity is involved. We thus analyzed the financial information of 92 companies listed in the Tehran Security Bourse within the period 2004-2009. Required data using library studies and software Rahavardnovin collected. To test the hypothesis of correlation analysis and panel data and applying multivariate regression model with fixed effects with variable delay auto regression method in Eviews and SPSS statistical software was used.The research findings show that the positive and significant relationship between ownership concentration and total productivity has, also the relation between nonexecutive directors and total productivity is positive and significant and the relationship between board size and total productivity although is positive, but is not significant. Between corporate governance and total productivity characteristics, concentrator market discipline, only relationship between board size and total productivity debilitated and the adjustment on other relationships did not exist.
