By emphasizing the Ideas of Imam Khamenei on the spiritual promotion of the Islamic Republic in the era of cultural aggression and spread insecurity, this article looks for the main causes for the spiritual promotion of the Iranian armed forces. It is basically an applied-developmental approach using content analysis and grounded theory. Fairclauff’s three levels pattern of description, interpretation and explanation in discourse analysis is used too. An aimed sampling consisted of 39 experts is considered as sample capacity.The credibility of the questionnaires is tested through the reformist propositions of the sample experts. A 0.84 Cornbach alpha formula is applied to test the re-search durability.The findings shows that the spiritual promotion in Iranian armed forces entails three factors of knowledge, belief and ethics combined with the effective role of hierarchical commandment and the rely on the teachings of twelfth imams. Among the thirteen specific factors of the reinforcement of the spiritual promotion, three of them play dominant roles: Spiritual commandment, the leadership of the supreme leader, and exemplarity of the commanders.

The national security of each country is the sum of the domestic developments and the dynamics of its security environment. By the establishment of a federal system of government in Iraq, the power and the influence of the Iraqi Kurds has been increased. Through a strategic view of the Kurdish region, some regional states, particularly the Zionist regime of Israel have unprecedented presence in Iraqi Kurdish region and support its independence. By focusing on the possibility of its independence and the effects which can have on IRI’s national security and by relying on Lenor G. Martin theory, this article analyses the impediments and the sources of Iraqi Kurdish region’s march toward independence. Using a descriptive-analytical method and deep interview with the experts, the required data are collected through books, documents, questionnaires and deep interviews. Such data have been used by analytical interpretation to explain the main question. The findings show that three factors of strong nationalistic tendencies, the ruled elite’s trends and the support of some regional rival states are the main sources of the Kurdish region march toward independence. Strategic besiege of the Kurdish region and its natural vulnerability, plus the disagreement of the influential regional powers (Iran and Turkey), however, are the main impediments for such march.

Testing the level of political legitimacy and its related concepts has been one of the main preoccupations of political scientists. Some equals legitimacy with efficiency of the political order and results that when such order performs its different functions it beings security and stability to the society. This approach presents a functional reading of political legitimacy. This paper tends to find what factors have been effective in political stability and security of the Islamic republic during 1999-2013. It has a descriptive-analytical method using Delphi questionnaire distributed among 20 professors of political science. The finding shows that 85% consider “the capability to create and maintain popular belief to the political system” as the main factor for political legitimacy, stability and security in Iran. 100% have the strong belief that “people- sovereignty relations” is an effective factor for Iran’s security. Finally, 85% stress that “people’s confidence on government institutions” play an important role for Iran’s political legitimacy, stability and security.

Social coherence, integrity, cultural affairs, strong economic development management, is the software elements of security. The authors look to find what is the relation between tourism capability and social security in Iran. This is an applied research based on field research, quantitative analysis and descriptive method.  It uses a simple random sampling of 170 (70 specialists and 100 local tourists) with two questioners of 23 and 30 questions. The former findings and theoretical statements have shaped the questionnaire and the view of the specialists has final role in the results:1. According to specialists, the development of tourism industry increases social security;2. For local residents and tourists such development has not been able to bring social security;3. According to local residents, such development has led to a meaningful level of de-deprivation;4. According to the specialists, local residents and tourists, the development of tourism industry in Iran has not been able to have a positive effect on creating jobs in tourist sites.

It was expected that North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) would be desolated by the soviet disintegration regarding its cold war roots. But for the sake of the US efforts, not only this did not occur, but also NATO’s sphere of influence was spread over. Regarding its geopolitical and geostrategic importance, the Persian Gulf region attracted NATO’s attention and since 2004 NATO’s influence extended to this region with the help and the cooperation of the Arab states in the southern flanks of the Persian Gulf. This can bring about different situations for Iran’s sphere of security, among which are the dangers and the threats of NATO’s presence for Iran. While pinpointing to the spread of NATO’s presence into the Persian Gulf, its effects for the Islamic Republic of Iran national security will be analyzed.

Psycho security is one of the most vital requirements of the human life which make its preparation an inevitable necessity. This article concentrates on the concept of psycho security and its factors and impediments. The ideas of the religious leaders become very important in securing such environment. Thus, it concentrates on finding the factors and the obstacles of psycho security in the ideas and the thought of Grand Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Using the content analysis method, analyzing his speeches since 1998 to 2013, and by categorization of the factors and the obstacles, the article present this hypothesis: “making distance of the Holy Quran, the lack of software progress in Islamic civilization, the shortness of belief in personal life, non-commitment of Islamic Shari’ a, the weakness of the Islamic nations toward its enemies, mere scientific nature of the universities, the lack of the good deed and creating the since of pessimism are among the most important obstacle of psycho security. On the opposite, the presence of factors such as harmony with Quran, Islamic life method, preparation of armed forces and … are the best solution for creating a milieu of psycho security.
