Introduction: Magnetic fields are important source of energy and complex that can affect biological processes. Living organisms through a field of ions and free radicals are highly affected.Methods: To evaluate the effect of low intensity static magnetic fields on the weight of the mycelium and aflatoxin B1 production of Aspergillus flavus, factorial experiment in a completely randomized design with three replication carried out and Two factors effect of strength field magnetic at four levels (10, 1, 4 and 6 days and duration of exposure in field at three levels (1, 2 and 4 days) were examined. The study of pathogenic isolates of the fungus in YES medium was used.Results: Most decrease in weight mycelia and aflatoxin production B1 belonged to strength field of 6 mT in 4 days (0.26mg and 0.06mg per liter respectively).Conclusion: Probably one of the most effective ways to control the toxin aflatoxin is extremely dangerous to human, is magnetic field.

Introduction: Pan are used mostly by adolescent because, they have a false image about pan as clean, natural and safe. But it is not safer than other tobacco, and it has own additional problems. Therefore, the present study aimed to examine the effect of education based on PRECEDE PROCEED model unto promoting preventive behavior for used Pan in Adolescents in the suburb Zahedan.Methods: This quasi-experimental study was conducted on 200 randomly selected junior high school students in the suburb of Zahedan. Information were collected using a validated questioner before and one month after intervention. Statistical tests including T- test, chisquare and multiple regressions used to analyses data.Results: Results showed that the educations based on precede proceed model significal increased mean scores of model structures in intervention compared to control group. Additionally self-efficacy, knowledge and attitudes were shown as predictive factors of behavior.Conclusion: In conclusion education intervention based on PRECEDE PROCEED model promoting preventive behaviors in the study population. Therefore, this educational model might be of interest to be used in national educational program.

Introduction: In analyzing survival data using conventional methods of classical statistics requires some basic assumptions for data. Artificial neural networks as a modern modeling method can be used in situations where classic models have restricted application because their assumptions are not met. This study is compared survival of patients with breast cancer using artificial neural network and Cox regression models.Methods: This historical cohort study, include data from 161 patients with breast cancer in Ardabil province in the years 2002-2007 were diagnosed as having cancer. 68.9% of data dividing as training data set and 31.1% of data dividing as validation data set. Artificial neural networks and Cox regression models are fitted to data. Predictive accuracy and area under ROC used to compare models.Results: Between neural network models, models with SCG, OSS and LM learning algorithms with predictive accuracy of 94, 90 and 78 percent for validation data, had the highest efficiency respectively. Areas under ROC for these models are 0.991, 0.972 and 0.837 respectively and 0.869 for Cox regression model.Conclusion: This study shaw that if suitable architecture and algorithms are selected for artificial neural network model, this model will be more efficient than the Cox regression model to predict the survival situation of patients with breast cancer.

Introduction: Homesickness and social support are problems for new college student. In this regard, the present study was planned to assess the relationship between social support and homesickness Sistan and Baluchestan university new college students.Method: This is a descriptive - correlation study and its population were Sistan and Baluchestan university new college students in academic year 2012-2013. 333 students from them were selected by random sampling method in November. The study instruments included multidimensional scale of perceived social support (Zimet et al.1988) and Utrecht homesickness scale (Ejei et al.2008). The scores were analyzed using the Spearman correlation coefficient and multiple regression by Software SPSS17.Results: A) Between the mean scores of boys and girls in the two components of social support and felt the difference was not significant (p>0.05). B) There were significant positive correlations between social support and homesickness (R: 0.198, P<0.05). C) Multiple regression results showed that from three subscales of social support, family subscale can explain and predict homesickness of this group of students (F=5.407, T=2.297, P<0.05).Conclusion: the need to more social support is associated with more homesickness.

Introduction: Mother's mood is significant in the outcome of labor. According to service providers, policy makers, one of the most important indicators of the quality of maternal care is Women's satisfaction from childbirth experience. Therefore this clinical trial was conducted to comparison Anxiety and satisfaction in physiologic and routine methods of delivery in nulliparous momen referring to Zanjan Hospitals in 2013.Material and Methods: This pre-experimental study was conducted on 200 primiparous women, referring to zanjan Hospitals in 2013. who were divided into equal normal delivery and routine-care. Collect demographic information, anxiety measured with STAI and satisfaction measured with the Macky questionnaire. Data analyzed by SPSS software, using t-tests and Chi-square.Results: The results in anxiety levels at different hours of delivery is significantly less than the control group (p=0.001). In this study, over 69% of mothers were satisfied with the normal delivery process while only 18% of mothers in routine-care were satisfied with the care provided. of the differences between the two groups Satisfaction was significant (p<0.000).Conclusions: According to results, we conclude that being an normal delivery can bring about childbirth satisfaction, decreased anxiety, and widespread use of the method of delivery will improve maternal health quality indicators.

Introduction: Due to the increasing resistance of pathogenic bacteria to common antibiotics and anti-microbial agents researchers are finding anti-microbial agents with plant origin as alternative drug. Eucalyptus is a plant of the family Myrtaceae with antimicrobial properties.Methods: Plant extraction from Eucalyptus globule s specie was prepared using maceration method. Sampling was carried out from nose and throat area of patients and seventeen strains of S. aureous were isolated and then purified. Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) and Minimum Bacterial Concentration (MBC) of plant extract were determined in six different concentrations using micro dilution broth method. Sensitivity of strains against some antibiotics was assayed using standard disc diffusion Corbei-baer.Results: The results of this research showed that plant extraction of Eucalyptus has significant effect for MIC at a concentration of 5 mg/ml whereas the high MBC was observed at 10 mg/ml concentration. Assessment of antibacterial effect of some antibiotics showed that the majority of strains have similar sensitivities reaction but Penicillin and Cefexime showed the least antibiotic effect. All strains showed resistant reaction to Penicillin antibiotic whereas the highly sensitive reaction was observed to Amikacin antibiotic.Conclusion: Plant extract of E. globules has anti-bacterial effect on studied S. aureus strains at high concentration. So these compounds could be used in pharmacological industry for medical treatments.

Introduction: Addiction and substance abuse is important challenges of social, mental health and human social in the world and the most vulnerable have been attacked. This study aimed to investigate tendency towards Addiction and substance abuse according to a family function in students of Zabol University of Medical Sciences on 2012.Methods: In this cross-sectional study, comparing the population was all of students of Zabol University of Medical Sciences that 216 cases selected and family functioning Questionnaires of the family Functioning, the tendency towards addiction and substance abuse were completed by their. Data were entered into SPSS17 software and analyzed by t-tests, ANOVA and correlation coefficients Pearson.Results: The mean of score students tended to addiction was 17.35+4.45. ther was a positive effect on tendency towards Addiction and substance abuse addicted friends and this difference was statistically significant (p£0.05). Comparing the two groups in all three groups showed that 46% of first-year students, and 63.3% of students have spent the last year of the three groups showed no significant difference test (p>0.05). The linkage between the components of family functioning and current trends in student substance abuse, there was a significant correlation (p£0.05).Conclusion: according to results close relationships among the family members and supervision of the young people on the behaviors would be a significant factor leads to prevention from tendency towards substance abuse particularly in male gender.
