The effect of Quran and Islamic culture on Persian literature such as Golestan by Sa' adi is crystal clear. Then amongst them the effect of Nahj ol Balagheh, that is a reflection of Quran and revelation, on Golestan is so strong that needs ponder and careful attention. By making a comparison between themes and concepts of Golestan and Nahj ol Balagheh concerning the subject of ' gaovernment and people, ' the present study has led to wonderful and surprising similarities. These simlarities indicate that Sa' adi besices getting affected by general concepts of Nahj ol Balagheh, in some parts has translated the statements and text of it without any changes. Although the public realise Golestan as a literary work and Sa' adi as a sonni poet and literary man, effects of Nahj ol Balagheh on him signifies that the words of Ali (peace be upon him) does not belong to shi' is but the whole world of Islam. This seems one of the reasons why Golestan is read and enjoyed so widely by people.
