The public diplomacy is a new approach in foreign policy that has been targeted people and especially elites in other countries. In recent years the debates and researches about public diplomacy has been developed especially in United States, after September 11the studies and operations in United States of America have been focused on Islamic world. However Islamic countries rarely pay attention to this issue and they are not concerned to consider it. This paper tries to find a response for this question: How is the public diplomacy of Islamic republic of Iran in Islamic World? So in this article by using the conceptual model and strategic public diplomacy and focusing on geographic region of Islamic world we try to study the different dimensions of public diplomacy. In this paper, the resources of making soft power for the Islamic republic of Iran have been utilized in two strategies including educational and media strategy of public diplomacy, then by focusing on the Middle East as well as central Asia, the achievements like the extension of Islamic awakening and the increasing of Iranian strategy among them have been observed.

The education in school is one of the important basic training in every society. The textbooks in every countries including Iran are the most commonly used educational media. This paper tries to investigate two concepts including "Endeavor" and "Labor" which has been used in the books of the elementary and guidance schools in Iran and the method which has been utilized is content analysis. The analysis unit in this article is the sentences. The results have been shown that the "Benevolence and aid" variable as well as "effort" and its subsidiaries are the parts of the category of "Endeavor" and "Labor" then these mentioned concepts have been used in the textbooks more than other social and moral values. Although in the Persian literature books the frequency of mentioned moral values are more than other textbooks.

Security feeling is a very crucial element in every society that every government has to try to provide it as good as possible. The security has two dimensions: The objective dimension (to protect against the objective risk) and the mental dimension (feeling of safety). Some expertises believe that the feeling of insecurity is worse than the insecurity itself. A Crime or insecurity phenomenon may be one or two victims, but the crime may frighten thousands of people also it may change their lifestyle and their thought. The feeling of insecurity can cause some psychological, social, cultural, economical and political injury among people.During last year the news about violence and crimes became more and more, so it causes psychological impacts on our society. In this article we try to find an answer for this question: How is the feeling of social security among Tehranian citizens, according to recent news of violence during the last year This research indicates that the gender of respondents among Tehranian citizens is the most effective variable, after that the marital status, education and the age have impact on the feeling of insecurity.

The Growth of dominance of images in this era and the dominance of‘visual culture’, cause analyzing picture as well as visual text to be more important The main concern of this paper is to mention the theoretical complexity of the images analysis for presenting a model for critical discourse analysis of movies. In this article we have tried to use the three-dimensional model of Norman Fairclough’s systematic approach. However the tools that Fairclough has introduced are more suitable for written texts not for visual texts. Therefore the social semiotics and the approaches of Rick Iedema, Theo van Leeuwen, Gillian Rose and Gunther Kress have been used and then by merging those with the three-dimensional model of Fairclough, a suitable model for analyzing the movies has been obtained.

As regards press offenses, including offenses related to the one side are governments, It is likely that the courts deal with the press offenses was more strict and atrocious so they were unable to maintain their impartiality, So the best solution for avoiding such a problem is to determine the number of people elected by the general public as public representatives, along with the community skilled and qualified judges in the trials for press. These representatives should reflect the opinion of major of public to the judges, therefore with such arrangements it is hoped to make a fair judgment regarding to the press The Iranian legal system has done many activities in regard to jury but unfortunately this organization somewhat has been passive today. This paper analyzes the issue of press offenses addressed in the jury, also the evolution of the quasi-judicial agency in the legal system of the Islamic Republic of Iran will be reviewed.

Continuation of students political participation is one of the most important problems for Iran Islamic Republic System in forth decade of its political age. It seems that one of the influential factors to students’ political participation is type of their political culture. several factors play role in formation of political culture, social investment is one of the most important of them. So according to this background, original base of the present study, address relation between social investment and students’ political culture in Iran. Methodology of the paper is based on survey, and through questionnaire data has been collected. Statistical population is MA students at the University of Isfahan.120 students have been selected through systematic random for the study. We applied facial validity for the evaluation of questions, Cronbach’s alpha for the reliability of questions, and Pearson’s correlation statistical method for examining the hypotheses. result show that There is a meaningful relationship between social integration and limited political culture (r=-0.38), participation political culture (0.42), Subject political culture (r=-0.16), and There is a meaningful relationship between social security and limited political culture (r=-0.19), participation political culture (0.29 Subject political culture (r=-0.14), and There is a meaningful relationship between social security and limited political culture (r=-0.25), participation political culture (0.56), depended political culture (r=-0.16). The result show that every measure of social investment exceeds the political culture in limited and conditioned dimensions goes down and in participation dimension goes up. It can be said that there is a significant and inverse relationship between social investment and limited and Subject political culture and there is significant and direct relationship between social investment and political participatory culture.

Cinema demand in Tehran has been decreased during last 2 decades.Therefore, this paper is aimed to estimate the function of demand for cinema in Tehran based on the Tehran's time series data during 1985-2010 periods.This research tries to use Case Study Research Method. Also according to Neo-Classic Demand Theory and econometric models is used Ordinary Least Square Technique (OLS) for demand function of cinema in Tehran.This estimation is carried out by Eviews-IV econometric modeling package. In this research we have selected the best logarithmic equation as function of demand for cinema in Tehran after estimating some equations and testing them. All relevant test statistics indicated that there is relation between these variables. We start our analysis with the specification of several approaches for cinema demand. According to calculation all of cinema demands elasticity, we analyzed the effective factors on cinema demand in Tehran, such as price ticket, consumers' income index, substitute and supplementary goods 1985-2010 periods. However, in this study we found that the cinema demand is inversely related to the price and the income. Thus the cinema in Tehran as a cultural good may indeed be seen as a luxury one.
