The artistic and aesthetic dimensions are two aspects of being a human being which are developed through art education. This article aims at analyzing and evaluating current situation of such trainings in educational system of Iran. The weak and strong points of this system will be identified according to the main components of education. The challenges and solutions will also be discussed. Qualitative-analytic approach is used in this research. For gathering the data, the researcher has referred to deeds and documents in addition to research reports in the field. The findings show that there are lots of weak points in respect to managing system, supplying and educating the human resources, and curriculum development. At the end, main challenges are mentioned and some solutions will be offered.

The aim of this study is to determine the contribution of commanding right and forbidding wrong in improving social capital among female students. The method of the research is correlation descriptive and its statistical society included 944 female students busy studying in Khorasgan Islamic Azad University in the academic year 2011-2012. Simple sampling, on the base of which 310 students were selected, was randomly done. Data collection instruments were a researcher made questionnaire with 63 questions and a response package. Cronbach's alpha was used to assess its reliability and the validity of the questionnaire was achieved 0.87. Statistical data analysis was done at the inferential statistics level, factor analysis, univariable t, one-way variance analysis, Friedman test and LSD test were used. The results showed that the average score of the role of commanding right and forbidding wrong in increasing social capital with hypothetical average 3, was 3.61 which was higher than medium. In addition, the relationship between commanding right and forbidding wrong is meaningful through increasing social capital at p<0.01 level. A meaningful difference was not observed between the students' demographic features and their attitudes.

This study argues about societal security feeling which one the human's essential needs is in this period of time when communication and information is its necessary appliance. So globalization in general and cultural globalization in special is one of the factors that have endangered societal security. Internet is one of the cultural globalization supplies that can weaken the societal security filling. The theoretical base of this study is consisted of Copenhag school theories Masoud Chalabi's theory according to '(AGOL) Parsons'. We also used Gidens' theory and theories about the effects of media in order to investigate the effect of internet on societal security feeling. This study has been performed over a sample of 349 students of Bahonar university of Kerman by method of sampling proportional to size. In order to study of societal security feeling we divided it into identical security, cultural security, intellectual security and communicational security. The result of this study indicate that there is a relation between the rate of internet usage. History of internet usage and societal security feeling. Also there is a relation between the kind and the rate of internet usage, and societal security feeling and finally there is a relation between the model of internet usage and societal security feeling. That means the student who have adjective internet usage and filtered sites; they have lower societal security feeling than the order.

This paper by using theory of orientalism and antagonism in theory of discourse studies the confrontation of Christian Arab literati with Islamic calture and it has been shown that the role of Christian Arab literati is Significant and widespread in anti Islamic activities and the cultural influence of the West, especially in the Arab world, including Egypt, Syria and Tunisia and they emphasized on antagonism of islam. The purpose of this research is to study comparatively the news coverage of Persian website of Al-Alam concerning the events of Bahrain and Syria in the time period which is known as "Arab Spring" or "Islamic Awakening". This study has applied qualitative content analysis method and Purposive sampling of consecutive-days, and also "news" as its analysis unit.Findings of this study display that Bahrain's events had a significantly more news coverage than Syria's, yet the Syrian government had a significantly more positive coverage than the government of Bahrain. Moreover, by focusing the news rate of each country, orientation and agenda-setting of the site as well as the use of lexicon, presuppositions, implications, frames, images and stereotypes, this research has come to the point that the above mentioned website provides a positive mindset of Bahraini opposition and protests, and on the other hand forms negative images of Syrian opposition and protests.

Michael Sandel, as an well-known communitarian theorist believe that self can not be conceive without cultural and social contexts which he or she is a member of them. He emphasize on that concept of self which accuqre it's identity from it's membership in different communities and cultures. Sandel believe that ethical aims and goals are concern to public goods, not to individual ritghts. Sandelian justice has been baisd on membership in communities and cultures. The membership idea which is the central poit of sandel theory of justice has cultural implication. Because method of membership in communities determine and formulate by the cultural approaches in communities. Different cultures is a part of the society. Sandelian self is a narrative one which has been interpretated by particular historical and cultural context which is a part of it. He believe that public good must determine the rights and defend the priority of good from rights.

Islamic republic of Iran has been target of most media attacks and propaganda in international public opinion because of pursuing revolutionary ideals, ideological contradiction with West and East and differences behavior in foreign policy (islamophobia, shia-phobia and Iran-phobia), But it hasn't the suitable road map to deal with such attacks. However lack of enough work in this regard and no reflection of our domestic and foreign policy to international community with proper tools allow western media manipulate international opinion against us. Therefore in this article that includes deep interviews with a group of experts in media and diplomacy, we tried to make a precise scrutiny Iranian media diplomacy and its pathology and strategies.
