Abstract: 

Planning spatial organization as the most important topics in the field of land use planning is to plan for distribution-optimal spatial infrastructure facilities and services in urban and rural settlements in the region and area. Planning spatial organization becomes reality in the form of spatial structure of the region and the area. In this study have been carried out the analytical method, and with applied purpose to rely on library resources and data obtained from the Statistical Center of Iran and other relevant institutions, objective is analysis spatial structure Salafchegan District city of Qom. The results which have taken place based on geographic information system (GIS) in the interpolation facilities and services and TOPSIS at the leveling of settlements, show that in terms of the services and facilities according to the results of settlements five settlements Jndab, Tayqan, Rahjerd, galea Cham and taj Khatun, as the most developed settlements Salafchegan sector in terms of having been considered and the five settlements Tarlab, Fathabad, Nietzsche, Gharehsou and Dolatabad as deprived settlements, in this respect are known. According to the results at the end of the study is presented proposals to complete the study and provide ideas for better spatial planning in the future in this area.

Abstract: 

Cities are often the site of overcrowding and man-made phenomena.For this reason,in the absence of earthquake preparedness,the probability of human and financial losses is high.The main issue is to what extent the society is able to return to its original state after a major disaster.Therefore,measuring and analyzing the resilience of urban land use clarifies the importance and necessity of the present study.The general purpose of this article is to determine the importance of the role of each of the criteria and indicators of resilience in District 22 of Tehran as an environmental area.The research method of this research is descriptive-analytical,and its nature is applied.In this study,first the theoretical framework of the research was done by collecting information through documentary studies,then the degree of resilience of urban land use,based on the opinions of experts and review of previous research,criteria and sub-criteria of resilience were determined.After that,pairwise comparisons of indicators were performed with the help of 20 faculty members and experts who specialized in urban planning and management.In order to evaluate and evaluate the final degree of resilience,FAHP method and GIS system have been used.Finally,evaluations and studies showed that the average resilience of the structural-natural criterion is moderate in District 22 of Tehran Municipality.

Abstract: 

Thousands of years ago the climate was perfectly balanced with environmental conditions and living conditions were more suitable for humans, but today buildings account for more than half of the world's energy consumption, significantly with greenhouse gas emissions. What they create contributes to climate change. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of climate on the planning and design of contemporary housing in Tabriz. The research method is descriptive-analytical and survey and in order to collect information, two methods were used: library and field. Cochran's formula was obtained. Cronbach's alpha was used for the reliability of the questions, based on which the reliability coefficient of the questions was equal to 0. 898. Vikor technique was used to analyze the data. Based on the research findings, evaluation and ranking of Zafaranieh, Valiasr and Rushdieh neighborhoods of Tabriz, considering the factors of architectural design and climate planning in the construction of contemporary housing using Vickor model, the results show that among 3 neighborhoods (Zafaranieh, Valiasr and Rushdieh) Tabriz, Valiasr neighborhood with a score (0. 990) is in the first place, Zafaranieh neighborhood with a score (0. 819) is in the second place, Rushdieh neighborhood with a score (0. 701) is in the third place.

Abstract: 

Today s city is an environment that in which adults should manage hereditary facilities and talents of children and this is planners who decide where and how to do that. But, managers and urban planners don’ t pay enough attention to children and their needs. In this regard, when there is no attention to children, their software and hard ware needs, so the future of their lives is pndangered. In this regard, the present study aims to investigate the child s deprivation in shiraz and the impact of city building elements on moderating the effects of urban deprivation of children. The research methodology of this paper is descrivptive analytical in parallel.

Abstract: 

The yard in traditional houses has been a multi-purpose element, responsible for uniting several other elements, organizing spatial connection and diversity, creating open and social space on a family scale, connecting with nature and balance, transparency, fluidity, etc. Is. Today, the rapid growth of Iranian cities in recent decades has quantitatively neglected them in terms of the quality of the yard and open space, this situation has minimized the comfort and quality of homes, today due to the progress made In the field of technology, it is possible to create a flexible architecture that adapts to the changes, an architecture that adapts to the changing needs of its residents. The research method in this research is descriptive-analytical to study and analyze houses built in the Qajar and Pahlavi periods in Arak and find common features related to plant species, water and body structure and landscape elements in the yard in order to create flexibility. Pays outdoors. In traditional Iranian houses, the connection of areas such as energy saving, landscaping and flexibility, etc. has been done, which in recent decades has been raised as a concern of scientists and architects as a fundamental and critical issue in the present world. The results show that the courtyards of ancient houses in Arak have a single structural pattern as well as landscaping elements and vegetation. This study tries to test the efficiency of landscape components in the open space of houses and based on modeling and retrieving the principles and factors of landscaping to find a suitable solution to enhance the flexibility of today's open architecture.

Abstract: 

Because of the importance of fish farming sites in the production, suitability of location is very important for different aspects. Because of the complexity and the importance of special and non-spatial conditions site selection of fish farming requires the use of a practical approach that could well establish the proper relationship between these conditions to make the best decision for the selection of the appropriate area of the site, be adopted. The aim of this paper is using a method based on the combined use of GIS and remote-sensing techniques with a special decision support system that was implemented in three phases. In the first phase using GIS and RS by taking elimination criteria, areas unsuitable for construction site were removed. In the second phase, after the integration of maps, nine ranges for Sturgeon construction site according to the criterion were appropriate. In the third phase, according to use Linguistic Measures of Preference, compare and assess sites against main criteria, sub criteria and secondary criteria using AHP method. According to this phase, three sites 9, 4 and 7 as top priorities were proposed for construction.
