Abstract: 

The present study has been conducted to identify and prioritize humanistic and motivational factors affecting the education of the undergraduate course of Imam Khomeini Naval Academy. This descriptive survey research is based on the purpose of "applied research" and has a "mixed" approach. Statistical community of this study includes professors, commanders and educational-research managers with at least a master's degree. According to Morgan table, 80 people were selected as a sample population by stratified-random sampling. In order to collect the data needed to compile the research literature, "library studies" using "note-taking tools" and in order to collect real data, "field studies" using "semi-structured interviews" and "close ended questionnaires" were used. They have been confirmed by experts in terms of face and content validity in order to improve clarity and unambiguity of the items as well as quantitative and qualitative adequacy. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was 0. 914, which indicates its high reliability. The findings showed that among the 51 propositions that were counted through "inductive qualitative content analysis" interview with experts, 29 propositions were introduced as effective humanistic and motivational factors by statistical analysis of a questionnaire (one-sample t-test), which was prioritized using "Friedman test". Factors such as the teacher’ s teaching skills, personality traits of the commander, fairness in introducing the teacher, researcher and exemplary commander, and having the educational concern of the commanders were identified as the most important factors affecting the quality of education.

Abstract: 

One of the most important steps in implementing and developing a training program is the proper implementation of training. The aim of this study was to identify the appropriate components and indicators for the implementation of joint operations training of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran and to determine the current situation. The research is applied in terms of purpose, and the data have been collected using field methods and specialized library and first-hand documents, interviews, and questionnaires. The documents and interviews have been qualitatively analyzed and the question Letters were also analyzed using inferential statistics. The results of this research showed that the educational implementation of joint operations in AJA includes the components: compiling an educational calendar, providing facilities and equipment, coordinating educational affairs, organizing, educational leadership, selecting professors and instructors, and managing financial affairs. The indicators of each component are given in the final table. The results of the research show that in the current situation of education implementation, only the components of coordination of educational affairs, organization and management of financial affairs are in good condition and not enough attention has been paid to other components and indicators. Other components and indicators are counted and analyzed, including the compilation of the educational calendar, the provision of facilities and equipment, the selection of professors and instructors, and so on.

Abstract: 

Coach-oriented organization establishment is an ideal method for promoting organizational learning in higher education institutions. The purpose of this study was to explain the dimensions and components affecting the Coach-oriented organization establishment with an organizational learning approach in higher education institutions. The methodology was qualitative and the data collection method was Delphi technique. The statistical population included faculty members, heads and deputies of universities in Khorasan province, and 25 people were selected based on purposive sampling (snowball). The dimensions extracted from the theoretical foundations were provided to them in four stages and after confirming the face validity by the experts, the final dimensions and components reached the consensus of experts with Kendall agreement coefficient of 0. 792 and its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0/89). Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics and through SPSS software. Thus, for the Coach-oriented organization establishment variable, 3 dimensions (establishment context, establishment process and analysis levels) with 10 components and for the organizational learning variable, 4 dimensions (elements, process, levels and types of learning) with 17 components were identified. Findings showed that if universities use Coach-oriented organization establishment, they will have the capacity to become a coach-oriented university and enjoy its benefits at all individual, team and organizational levels.

Abstract: 

Human capital management causes serious attention to the approach of knowledge development and knowledge transfer in knowledge organizations and systematically moves in the direction of the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this study is to present an appropriate model of human capital according to knowledge management components in order to Improve the performance of the staff of Imam Khomeini University of Nowshahr. This study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection, and it is a causal-survey study. The statistical population of this study is 90 employees of Imam Khomeini University of Nowshahr who are active in various fields, especially education in the academic year of 2019-2020. Using the sampling method, 83 people were selected as a sample for this study. The required data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire according to the Likert scale of 5 options. The reliability of this questionnaire was evaluated and confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The collected data were analyzed using structural equation method. The results of data analysis showed that human capital, organizational culture, knowledge management process and quality of education have an effect on improving the performance of staff at Imam Khomeini University in Nowshahr.

Abstract: 

The importance and position of knowledge management in the university as a revolutionary institution that is responsible for training and cultivating managers and commanders and has a large workforce and various fields of work, is twofold. Meanwhile, the role of university administrators in creating culture and as a result, successful implementation of knowledge management systems with a jihadist approach is very prominent and fundamental. The main purpose of this study is to explain the components of knowledge management with a jihadist approach. By referring to the texts related to the research topic, they collected the materials and prepared a theoretical framework model, and at the same time an existing and desirable questionnaire was prepared which was reviewed and modified using the validity method of the agreement. Then, using Cronbach's test, the reliability of the questionnaire questions and its components were checked and confirmed. Then, 54 people were selected randomly from a statistical population of 80 people through Cochran formula. Using SPSS and Smart PLS statistical software, the effect of knowledge management components with a Jihadi approach on the skills of university administrators was investigated. After examining the components of knowledge management with a jihadi approach, it was found that these indicators can be examined in the six axes of divine intention, flexibility, unpaid service, teamwork, provincial approach and transformation. The results showed that knowledge management with a jihadist approach has a positive and significant effect on managers' skills.

Abstract: 

Today's society has faced unprecedented changes due to the rapid development of information technology and its widespread application in all areas of life. The rapid growth of ICT has changed the way we do business and deliver services. One of the most important areas that has changed with the advent of information technology is the field of e-learning in universities. In this regard, students' actual use of e-learning systems has always been of interest to students. Given the importance of this topic, this study aims to investigate the factors affecting the intention to use e-learning in social media. This is a descriptive correlational study and it is an applied research. The statistical population of the study consisted of students of Nowshahr Imam Khomeini Naval University. Questionnaire was used to collect research data. In total, 346 questionnaires were completed and validated. Data analysis based on structural equation method using PLS software indicated that ease of use and intent to share influences the use of social media and the learning style mediates the so-called effects.

Abstract: 

Dynamical look at the phenomena and non-linear thoughts about them have been overlooked in command and management of most organizations which result in weak and sometimes wrong decisions. There exist different and various methods for achieving the skill of systematic thinking among which the knowledge of dynamical systems, with the help of mathematics and the ability of modeling, has achieved notable attentions in the development of command and management science. By considering the framework of mathematical non-linear dynamical systems, this study examines the dynamical behavior of a simple mathematical model of non-linear systems of confronting forces and the manpower of an organization in Islamic Republic of Iran Strategic Navy.

Abstract: 

Many economists consider the beginning of the twentieth century as a gradual shift towards entrepreneurship as the engine of job creation in economic growth, and globally, because of its impact on social and economic participation, it is considered as the most important phenomenon for future studies. Knowledge has a very strong relationship with entrepreneurship techniques. Therefore, the present study was conducted to identify organizational entrepreneurship mechanisms at Imam Khomeini Naval Academy. The research method in this study is mixed in terms of practical purpose and in terms of the nature of the data. Semi-structured interview was used to collect data in the qualitative part. The number of samples at this stage was 11 professors of Imam Khomeini Naval Academy in June 2016. The collected data were organized through content analysis. The main factors identified in this section included spiritual excellence, organizational entrepreneurship, self-esteem, self-confidence, social participation, organizational learning, communication capital, structural capital, cultural capital and managerial ability. Then, in quantitative part, Cognitive fuzzy map was used after distributing the identified factors in two stages among the professors of Imam Khomeini Naval Academy which was 14 and five people, respectively.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to identify the competencies needed for human resources in government agencies to accomplish the second step of the Islamic revolution of Iran. The best source for identifying these competencies is the statements, decrees and commandments of the supreme leader as the defining reference for the second step of the revolution. The study's population included all supreme leader's remarks on various occasions and ceremonies that have been published on the office of the supreme leader website since the publication of the second step of the revolution (1397/11/22) to 1398/02/18 and all these statements have been analyzed. so the sample is consistent with population. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis and MAXQDA software. According to the research findings, individual competencies and job-related competencies were identified as two dimensions of human resource competencies to accomplish the second step of the revolution in government agencies. Individual competencies including ethical, educational, spiritual, ideological and general competencies and job related competencies including behavioral, managerial, communicative and professional competencies. Using the findings of this research, managers and commanders can move forward in fulfilling the goals of the second step of the revolution by selecting the staff with these competencies and training the staff to acquire the aforementioned competencies.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between social skills and perfectionism with the mediating role of cognitive flexibility in employees of the Ports and Maritime Organization. This study was applied in terms of purpose and its method was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this study included 290 Staff of Amirabad Ports and Maritime Organization. The statistical sample was 165 participants that was determined by using Krejcy and Morgan table, and selected by stratified random sampling according to gender. Data was gathered by using three Questionnaires of Matson Social Skills (2000), Najarian et al. Perfectionism (1999) & Martin & Rubin (1995) Cognitive Flexibility Questionnaires. Their reliability was calculated to 0. 94, 0. 95 and 0. 90 respectively by the use of Cronbach Alpha. The collected data was used for analyzed by Structural equation modeling using the partial least squares method (PLS). The results of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between social skills and perfectionism with cognitive flexibility. 78. 4% of cognitive flexibility and 76. 8% of perfectionism is explained by social skills, and the cognitive flexibility variable has a mediator effect on the relationship between social skills and perfectionism. Fit indices indicate that the proposed model is an appropriate fit.

Abstract: 

The absence and intention of personnel to abandon military service are of those cases which have been attended by managers and researchers these days. The main objective of researcher to carry out current study is to show how human resource management’ s actions can affect the intention of personnel to abandon military service directly or through participation of personnel, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior as the intermediary variable. Statistical society in this study include 8000 individuals of NEDAJA’ s personnel which according to Morgan table, 383 available individuals had chosen with non-probabilistic sampling method. Collecting data tool in this research is questionnaire which has been confirmed corresponding to accuracy and validity. This research’ s data have been analyzed utilizing structural modeling via SPSS24 and SMARTPLS. Result of this study illustrated that human resource management’ s actions affects personnel’ s participation, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior and the intention of personnel to abandon military service. Besides, organizational commitment and personnel’ s participation affect organizational citizenship behavior and also organizational citizenship behavior affect the intention of personnel to abandon military service. According to this finding it can be perceived that NEDAJA’ s managers must reduce the intention of personnel to abandon military service regarding to human resource management’ s actions, organizational citizenship behavior, personnel’ s participation and organizational commitment.

Abstract: 

The present study was conducted to provide an appropriate competency-based training model in Shahid Rajaee Port. This cross-sectional study is practical in terms of purpose, mixed exploratory, in terms of data, and uses grounded theory and data in terms of implementation. In the qualitative phase, the qualitative statistical population consisted of key experts, theorists and key informants in the subject area of the research that was sampled based on an informed and purposeful approach. The quantitative statistical population consisted of all 845 employees of Shahid Rajaee port, and 264 employees were selected as the sample population through Cochran formula. Qualitative data was collected through library survey and field study (interview tool, Delphi form), and qualitative data was collected through field study (questionnaire). Theoretical saturation techniques, specific coding procedures, and symbols analysis were used to determine the validity of the qualitative stage tool. Content validity was used to measure validity and Cronbach's alpha coefficients of Skewness and elongation were used to measure reliability. The data analysis method in the qualitative part of this study was performed through theoretical coding method (derived from systematic data base theory). Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were used to analyze the quantitative data. Finally, the competency-based training model of Shahid Rajaee port staff was drawn with 8 dimensions, 27 components and 83 indicators in the paradigm model.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, all countries in the world, including Iran, have been grappling with the epidemic of Covid-19 and all educational and cultural centers in the country have been closed or semi-closed. Therefore, the country's educational system is trying to use cyberspace (e-learning) for different levels of study, so as not to disrupt the country's affairs in the field of education. Along with these changes, the training and education of officers of the Armed Forces should also be included in the programs and priorities of the Army and the Armed Forces with the development of e-learning at the level of AJA officer universities. This study has tried to obtain the opportunities and obstacles for the development of e-learning at AJA officer universities by studying the air defense university of Khatam al-Anbiya (PBUH) according to documents, evidence and rational analysis and the experiences of experts in this field based on scientific methods. The statistical population of the study includes all faculty members, the expert staff of the training system of the headquarters, and Khatam al-Anbia University of Air Defense which was about 220 people, and 149 people were selected as the sample population using the sample size table. The content was analyzed by mixed method in the form of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The validity and reliability of the instruments and the questionnaire were calculated based on Cronbach's alpha. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0. 89 which indicated the appropriate reliability of the questionnaire used in the study. The findings of this study confirm the potential opportunities for reducing the cost of construction and maintenance of educational buildings, reducing the current costs of training personnel, reducing the costs of training equipment, avoiding exploiting educational content, and the possibility of using professional teachers in different fields. On the other hand, there were 37 factors in credential indicators, internet, means of communication, workforce skills, organizational rules and regulations, organizational system, public and personal electronic equipment, educational support, and lesson plans were identified as the main barriers for developing e-learning education in Khatam Al-Anbia Air Defense University.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between postural stability and lower extremity joints position sense with shooting accuracy of elementary and skilled naval military shooters. For this purpose, 137 of Taurus and musketeers in Konarak, Chabahar at Islamic Republic of Iran Navy were selected and divided in two elementary (N= 92) and skilled (N= 45) groups. Static and dynamic balance and knee and ankle position sense of all participants were measured and the relationship with the shooting accuracy in standing position was calculated. In order to find significant relationship between variables in each group, Spearman correlation statistical method was used. The findings showed a relationship between static and dynamic balance with the shooting accuracy in elementary group. Also there is a relationship between static balance and shooting accuracy in skilled shooters. In proprioception section, there was a significant relationship between knee position sense and the shooting accuracy in elementary group and between ankle position sense and accuracy shooting in skilled group. The results confirmed the importance of balance in shooting success and indicated that as the level of shooting skills increases, the importance of controlling minor movements at the static balance level and controlling the movement of the ankle increases.

Abstract: 

A review of logistics history shows that the organization of military forces and their use on the battlefield has been a function of technological advances. Resilience as an interdisciplinary technological concept in various fields such as ecology, engineering, psychology, etc. has always been considered and after the terrorist attacks of September 11 has become doubly important and has entered the supply chain literature more quickly. The use of resilient strategies is important in gaining the competitive advantage for all organizations including military organizations and to a large extent ensures the effective performance and sustainability of supply chains in the Iranian navy. The present study has a mixed approach and is of exploratory type and is also applied in terms of purpose. In the qualitative part of the research, after conducting library studies and survey of scientific and empirical experts in this field, the supply chain framework is identified in three dimensions including: upstream supply chain (Iranian navy supplier, interface supply chain (deputy and commander of Iranian navy logistics), downstream supply chain (Iranian navy areas and bases) and also is presented in the form of a conceptual model. After performing the qualitative steps, the conceptual model of the research has been tested through SPSS and PLS and while presenting the resilience model of the supply chain of Iranian navy support system, the necessary suggestions have been presented according to the prioritization of the components by Friedman test.

Abstract: 

The dismissal of professional staff as the human capital of organizations is one of the problems of human resource management and this issue is exacerbated by the occurrence of abnormal behaviors and the illusion of conspiracy; Therefore, the aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of abnormal organizational behavior on the dismissal of military personnel mediated by the illusion of organizational conspiracy, which was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlated in terms of method. The statistical population of the study consisted of 571 employees of Imam Khomeini University of Marine Sciences who were selected as a sample using a simple random sampling method based on Krejcie and Morgan table. To measure abnormal organizational behavior, Sadeghi, Moghli, Sarlak and Hozuri questionnaires (1398), Hakak, Bigdeli and Shariatnejad questionnaires (1399) and Kamen, Fitchman, Jenkins and Klish (1979) questionnaires were used. Their reliability was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha (0. 79, 0. 81 and 0. 80, respectively), and their face validity was confirmed by experts, professors and experts familiar with the subject. Data analysis was performed by Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis with the help of SPSS and 2 PLS software. Structural equation modeling findings showed that all paths from organizational abnormal behavior and the illusion of organizational conspiracy to dismissal of employees and also from the path of abnormal organizational behavior through the mediating variable of organizational conspiracy illusion to dismissal of employees are significant and the relationships between them are confirmed and can be concluded. Adopting strategies to reduce the illusion of organizational conspiracy along with managing abnormal organizational behavior can reduce employee turnover.
