Nowadays, all countries in the world, including Iran, have been grappling with the epidemic of Covid-19 and all educational and cultural centers in the country have been closed or semi-closed. Therefore, the country's educational system is trying to use cyberspace (e-learning) for different levels of study, so as not to disrupt the country's affairs in the field of education. Along with these changes, the training and education of officers of the Armed Forces should also be included in the programs and priorities of the Army and the Armed Forces with the development of e-learning at the level of AJA officer universities. This study has tried to obtain the opportunities and obstacles for the development of e-learning at AJA officer universities by studying the air defense university of Khatam al-Anbiya (PBUH) according to documents, evidence and rational analysis and the experiences of experts in this field based on scientific methods. The statistical population of the study includes all faculty members, the expert staff of the training system of the headquarters, and Khatam al-Anbia University of Air Defense which was about 220 people, and 149 people were selected as the sample population using the sample size table. The content was analyzed by mixed method in the form of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The validity and reliability of the instruments and the questionnaire were calculated based on Cronbach's alpha. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0. 89 which indicated the appropriate reliability of the questionnaire used in the study. The findings of this study confirm the potential opportunities for reducing the cost of construction and maintenance of educational buildings, reducing the current costs of training personnel, reducing the costs of training equipment, avoiding exploiting educational content, and the possibility of using professional teachers in different fields. On the other hand, there were 37 factors in credential indicators, internet, means of communication, workforce skills, organizational rules and regulations, organizational system, public and personal electronic equipment, educational support, and lesson plans were identified as the main barriers for developing e-learning education in Khatam Al-Anbia Air Defense University.
