Throughout the history of the transmission of the hadith, there are many Sanads in which the names of the narrators are mentioned in such a way that has caused the confuse of them with other narrators or to consider them unknown. This issue is so widespread that it has formed one of the most important branches in the science of Rijal, namely, Tamyyiz Mushtarekat & Tawhid Mukhtalefat. Much attention has been paid to this issue in the Shia and Sunni sources, but one of the most important issues in this regard is the full knowledge of the criteria that should be used in this process. This article, for example, focuses on the names used for Muhammad ibn 'Umar Ji'abi, one of the greatest narrators, and at the same time, It states the criteria that can guide this process. To be more methodical. The most important of these criteria are: the date of birth and death of the narrator, his teacher and student in the Sanad, the tradition of brevity in mentioning the lineage of persons, distortion in the narrators' names, the tendency of some narrators to Using different terms and refraining from mentioning masters uniformity, Tadlis and attention to the attribution of narrators to different places.

The rijals agree on the authenticity or unreliability of some narrators and disagree with others. Clarifying the situation of the disputed narrators requires examining the evidence and studying the views of the jurists and rijals. One of the narrators about whom the rijals and jurists disagree and whose name is mentioned in the document of a significant group of narrations is Yahya Azraq. In this article, which has been organized using library resources and in a descriptive-analytical manner, the authenticity or anonymity of Yahya Azraq has been examined. The findings of this study show that he is trustworthy and this person is Yahya bin Abdul Rahman that the rijals agree on his trustworthiness.

The book "Readings" is one of the earliest books in quoting distorted narrations and is one of the most important sources cited by Muhaddith Nouri in proving the distortion of the Holy Quran. Considering that most of the volume of the book "Readings" is dedicated to distorted narrations, examining the correctness or incorrectness of these hadiths requires special necessity. By adopting a descriptive-analytical method, this research intends to study and critique the document and content of the narrations of the mentioned book under the verses of Surah Yasin. The findings show that out of the fourteen planetary narrations following the verses of Surah Yasin, seven are distorted. The narrations of reciting the words "Sanktab" instead of "and Naktub" under the twelfth verse, and reciting "Lamstaqr" instead of the word "Lamstaqr" under verse 38 of Surah Yasin, are weak in terms of document and in terms of content of this recitation. The reason for the inadequacy in the expression of meaning-can not be considered the original reading. In four narrations with the same document, interpretive additions have been quoted which are weak due to the presence of "Ibn Hamza Bataini" in the chain of the document; From the point of view of semantics, considering the inconsistency with the context and appropriateness of the verses, these interpretive additions cannot be considered as part of the Quranic text. The conversion of the phrase "Mamma La Ya'lamun" to "Mamma Ya'qlun" in verse 36 of Surah Yasin destroys the relevance of the verse.

Human education is gradual and its stages and is commensurate with the growth of material and spiritual powers. Hence, education, especially childhood, has a special place in Islam. This article uses a descriptive-analytical method and a library with the aim of analyzing the document and content of the hadith "Al-Alam Fi Al-Soghr", expresses the general structure of Islamic education and compares the hadith with it and eliminates the apparent conflict with other narrations of children's education. And while compensating for the weakness of the document, this hadith states that it is the most important stage of childhood education. Because the personality and moral norms, judgments and motivations of action are formed by the surrounding environmental patterns, etc., and because the child is not far from his natural age, the child's personality can be organized based on monotheism and in addition to the stability of the child's personality The flourishing of material and spiritual talents in the direction of monotheistic goals. This character stabilizes over time like a role on a stone. As a result, the content of the hadith "Al-Alam Fi Al-Soghr" is in line with the collection of hadiths for educating children.

One of the most basic human needs in material and spiritual life is to achieve victory and happiness in this world and the hereafter, and human beings are always trying to achieve this important thing, but sometimes they do not take the right path. Considering the comprehensive explanation of the place of victory and happiness in Quranic and narrative teachings such as the hadith of Kisa, the present study tries to use a descriptive-analytical method to determine the conditions of Faizan, the manner of manifestation of Fauz in Faizan, the example of Faizan in the view of Kasa hadith and Quranic verses.
