Purpose: The main purpose of the present research was to provide a pattern for creating university archives at the Persian Gulf University. Methodology: The methodology of the current applied research was survey, descriptive and analytical. The research population consisted of 20 librarians and 185 faculty members of the Persian Gulf University as the stakeholders of the university archives at the Persian Gulf University. Out of a total of 205 people, a sample of 132 was selected according to the Cochran formula. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire based on theoretical foundations and research literature in the field of university archives. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (frequency, median, and mean), and analytical statistics (single sample t-test). Findings: The findings of the research were categorized in several main sections in the archival requirements (resources and documents, formats and document types, general knowledge and archives staff skills, ethical standards, staff technical skills, equipment and facilities, and building requirements).

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting information security management of libraries and information centers of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences. Method: This study was conducted with quantitative approach and analytical survey method. The statistical population of this study was all managers and librarians of libraries of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences in 2018. evaluation of Content validity of the questionnaire was performed by computing the Content validity Ratio (CVR) and content validity index (CVI). Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to assess the overall reliability of the questionnaire. The normality of the studied variables was assessed by one-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. Also, one-sample t-test and Friedman test were used to evaluate the hypotheses and rankings. Results: According to the results of the study, executive structures with a mean of 4. 46 were in the first rank and with the most effect on the information security management system and human resources structure with a mean of 3. 56 in the seventh rank and with the least effect. It is essential for senior managers to enhance security by identifying organization-related security objectives, establishing comprehensive and integrated management, striving to comply with security rules and standards, having adequate resources and budgets, and motivating librarians and informants. To make services more desirable and to take an effective step in enhancing academic productivity. Originality of work: This article was the result of an applied research and has not been published in any other magazine.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between knowledge management and job performance and open innovation among West Regional Electric Company employees. Method: The research method was descriptive correlational and the statistical. Using simple random sampling 140 people were selected as sample. Three questionnaires were used for collecting data. For the validity of the questionnaires, management experts have been used. The reliability of the questionnaires was also based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The research data were analyzed using independent T-analysis and multiple regression analysis. Findings: The findings indicate that: 1. Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on job performance and its components (behavioral behavior and underlying performance). 2. Knowledge management has a positive and significant impact on open innovation and its components (exploration and exploitation). 3-There is a difference between the knowledge management with the job performance and the open innovation by gender. Results: The results of research may help managers in designing knowledge management programs to achieve better business performance, more open innovation and a more sustainable competitive advantage.

Purpose: Chaos is one of the most important features of today's complex information world which causes users to be confused in the correctly and timely retrieval of information. The Purpose of this reaearch is to identify and prioritizes the chaos creating factors in the information organization and providing solutions to prevent it. Methodology: This research is an applied that done by descriptive-analytical and qualitative content analysis. The statistical population of this study includes 10 experts of information organizers that they have been selected by Snowball method. Data collection tools were unstructured deep interview. Findings: The findings showed that the most important factors in creating chaos in the organization of information are: 1-Human factors 2-Systematic factors 3-Fundamental factors 4-Economic factors and 5-Linguistic factor. Also, findings showed that butterfly effect, self similarity, strange attractors and dynamic adaptation respectively were the most important inhibitors of chaos in organization of information and organizers will have better performance to prevent disorders by having the expertise, precision and time Originality: The results showed that using elements of chaos theory is effective in preventing chaos in organization of information.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the status and identification of the level of familiarity and use of managers of The Organization of Library, Museums and Document Center of Astan Quds Razavi of the Personal Knowledge Management Tools, systems and skills, as well as identifying the most important barriers to using personal knowledge management in The Organization of Libraries. Method: This research is applied in its nature and its method is descriptive and of a survey type. The research population consisted of 100 managers in the organization of libraries, museums and Astan Quds Razavi Documentation Center, which interact with the staff and clients as the manager and responsible for the department. The population of this study was selected by census method and no sample was taken. The research questionnaire was distributed among them. Findings: Findings indicate that the level of familiarity of managers with the tools and systems of knowledge management in the library organization is in the desired level (2. 490), and their use of these tools and systems is moderate (1. 954). Also, based on the research findings, the skill level of managers is good at personal knowledge management skills (2. 733). The results of the research also showed that all three barriers to the study have an impact on the use of Personal Knowledge Management in The Organization Of Libraries, with the most effect on the infrastructural and cultural barriers and the least impact on individual barriers.

Objective: To identify the factors for the pathology of research in the field of library and information science from the perspective of field specialists. Methodology: This is a qualitative research. Deep and semi-structured interviews were conducted to collect information with 13 knowledge and science experts selected by mixed or mixed purpose sampling. To analyze the data, using the underlying theorizing in three stages, the topics were raised, codified and categorized. Results: 405 concepts from open coding stage were selected and categorized in 46 sub categories and 25 main categories in the coding stage. The underlying conditions are 34 concepts and 5 sub categories and 3 main categories, the original conditions 89 concepts and 15 sub categories and 5 main categories, and interfering 142 concepts and 13 sub categories and 9 main categories, and strategies with 114 concepts and 8 sub categories and 4 Major categories, outcomes with 26 concepts and 4 sub categories and 3 main categories. Originality: The field of library and information science requires the movement towards the pathology of research, which according to this model, identifies the central phenomenon of "pathology of research" and develops its paradigm model.
