Abstract: 

This study aimed to determine the relationship between social factors (social reliance, corporate partnerships, network of relationships, organizational justice) with the commitment of employees of Melli Bank branch province. The population of study includes all formal and informal employees (queue and administrative) of branches of Melli Bank of Azerbaijan (1820 people), who were randomly stratified in two categories: managers and employees, The sample size of 326 employees of the branches of Melli Bank of East Azerbaijan Province had formed 4.6% of the 15 women and 311 men were equal to 95.4. 111 people (equals to 34 percent of a sample) has management positions and 215 equals to 66%) has executive positions. In this study, a standard questionnaire was used as a measurement tool. The results obtained in this study show that, there is a meaningful relationship between organizational commitment and organizational trust, organizational partnerships, organizational justice, the network of relationships and positions. But there was no significant difference between organizational commitments based on gender segregation. According to the results of the present study, in order to raise the level of commitment, organizations must strengthen trust, partnership, network of relationships and fairness is necessary.

Abstract: 

Cultural deviance is one of threatening factors regarding social order and security. On the one hand, cultural deviance can pave the road for other types of crimes and misbehaviors and people in the stage of socialization and interact with other friends and peers, has its desired place among sociological studies. This study attempts to quantify the cultural deviance and its determinants among teenagers. This study is a survey which utilizes questionnaire as a data gathering tool. Among all Tabriz high school boys in the educational year of 2012-2013, a sample of 354 students are selected using multi-stage cluster sampling method. Findings indicate that, the level of cultural deviance is totally low among the respondents. Also, Correlation analyses showed that, among independent variables, cultural deviance of peers, educational performance, and family control have statistically significant relationships with dependent variable. Regression analysis indicates that, employed model could explain around 44 percent of the variations in cultural deviance.

Abstract: 

Cultural intelligence is defined as a new pattern of learning ability in cultural interactions and presentation of appropriate behavioral responses to these patterns. Regarding the fact that universities are among the places where young people of different cultures and ethnic groups interact with each other, the objective of the present study is to evaluate the state of students' cultural intelligence and its relationship with social capital. The present study was conducted using a survey research. The population of the study consisted of all students of Tabriz University in the academic year of 2013-2014. A 384 participant sample was selected using stratified sampling. The findings of the research indicated that the degree of cultural intelligence of 39.06 percent of the participants was at the moderate level, 19.28 percent of them were at the low level, and 41.66 percent of the participants were at the high level. Furthermore, other findings of the study indicate that, there is a direct correlation between social capital and its dimensions (social trust, social participation and social support) and cultural intelligence and its dimensions (behavioral, motivational, cognitive, and meta-cognitive dimensions). In addition, social capital explained 23 percent of the variations of participants' cultural intelligence.

Abstract: 

Literary Sociology of literature is one of the new methods. This research is sociological examination of a novel titled “women without men” written by Shahrnosh Parsi poor. In this study, it is tried to reevaluate the novel using Goldman genetic structuralism Method and Haber MAS communicative action theory. The aim of thesis is assessment of this novel by considering on (or by regarding to) Iran’s historical ،political and sociological structure during 1330 .This novel is investigated in 15 chapters and 5 female characters and applied symbols in the text. In this research a mutual connection between aesthetic and objective structure of society Ingestion. Also it is found that, different chapters of novel is tried to confuse feminist ideas and also writers attitude is rooted in feminist thoughts. The writer follows evolution of women’s role and attitudes and she believe that the only way of achieving a feminine identity is participating (taking) in social activities and performing different roles as the same as men.

Abstract: 

This research aimed to investigate the level of job satisfaction among the teachers and determines the related economic and social factors. The research method is survey and the instrument is closed questionnaire. The statistical population of the research was 420 teachers of Bostanabad province in 2014, which 20 teachers were selected using Cochran formula by cluster random sampling as a final sample. The data were analyzed by SPSS. To test the hypotheses t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and analysis of variance and regression were used. The result showed that in total, the teachers' jobs satisfaction is medium. Also, there is a significant correlation among variables of feelings of deprivation, alienation from work, job security and job satisfaction. Regression analysis results show that, modified coefficient of 39% depicts the variables of job security. Alienation from work and feelings of deprivation could explain 0.93 of the job satisfaction dependent variable changes.

Abstract: 

This research aims to understand the differences in the attitudes of students and parents about the family values and marriage from students' point of view. In this paper, survey and descriptive research methods are applied and a questionnaire is the tool of collecting data. The population consisted of students in departments and centers of Islamic Azad University (District 13) during academic year of 2014-2015, estimated to be 96000 students. According to research results, there exists a difference between the attitude of the students and their parents about the characteristics of a good spouse, how to select spouse, the right age of marriage, the age difference between males and females in marriage, dating before marriage, the importance of parental consent for marriage, the reception of comments and advices provided by parents after marriage, the importance of parental consent for marriage, thinking on the kinds of authority in family, importance of children in the family, desired number of children and desire to visit family members after marriage. There is no difference between students and their parents in their attitudes towards an appropriate place to live after marriage, desired children gender and women employment outside the home.

Abstract: 

In this article, a research form used to gather the theoretical basics and research literature; In addition, to gather data for testing the research hypotheses, two questionnaires were used which distributed among statistical sample of the investigation after examining the reliability and stability. In order to analyze the data, the Pearson's correlation coefficient test and structural equations also used. The findings suggests that, social capital with a standardized coefficient of 0.76and12.54 t-value impacts on organizational culture. As well, social capital influences the sustainability culture by a factor of 0.602, on the responsibility culture by a factor of 0.481, and on collaborative culture by a factor of 0.804 and on the adaptation culture by a factor of 0.581. Accordingly, it proposed that managers can strengthen the social capital by giving more authority to middle managers, establishing different work teams, and creating more sense of confidence to the staff and colleagues and as a result, the organizational culture consolidated and the benefits of a strong culture will used. Results obtained for this research have some limitations, including use of questionnaires and due to those in the diagnosis of the actual/available situation, it recommended that in future researches, other tools should used to collect data in addition to using questionnaires. Another limitation of this study is in its statistical sample; Statistical sample of the present study consists of only276middle managers, which seems low with regard to the number of employees in this job; therefore, more cautious should taken I generalizing the results of the study to the general society.

Abstract: 

The present study aims to develop an Entrepreneurship framework for advertising agencies, to achieve the desired framework. A depth interview was done with 15 key informants who were involved dimensions of problem and had useful and ongoing experiences about the research subject. The research methodology used was based on qualitative research method, the Grounded Theory (GT), through explorative interviews with these informants, their internal structure of values, attitudes and also experiences were explored based on the research subject. Through a purposeful sampling, informants were selected from three groups that have involved the issue of research. Sampling was performed based on "theatrical saturation". Then, open coding and axial coding were applied on data obtained through interviews and selective coding was performed accordingly. Totally, 570 initial conceptual statements from the open coding and 114 categorical statements from the axial coding were obtained. Ultimately, in selective coding hypotheses reflecting the generalized relations among categories were clearly recognized and GT model appeared. This model has four theories, causal factors, conditions and areas, agency and action (strategies and interventions), outputs, outcomes and results. Based on three dimensional model (3-D model) three groups of behavioral, contextual and structural factors studied in the cause of entrepreneurship in advertising agencies, based on the obtained model, the main phenomenon is the weaknesses of professional management and absence of professional training and business environment, in other word this model explains that under what conditions, this phenomenon happens and what factors are most effective in occurrence of entrepreneurial phenomenon. Informants explain this phenomenon by its causal factors, expressing that: "which factors are effective in forming the weaknesses of professional management and absence of professional training and business environment?"-"which agencies and actions (interventions and strategies) affect the purpose?"-"how does this process lead to outcomes that guarantee the formation of Entrepreneurship in Advertising guild and consequently, maturation and expansion of business areas?"
