Abstract: 

Background: Educational system has an important role in educating future community makers. One of the most important components of educational system which should be considered in the twenty-first century among future community makers is deep learning and creative thinking.Purpose: This paper aimed to design and implement a blending of problem solving instructional model with constructivist principles and the study of its effect on learning and creative thinking.Method: In this research, a quasi-experimental method (pretest and posttest design with control group) was used. Sample of this research was 30 students that were selected by using cluster sampling method. Data collection tools were included researcher-made learning test and Abedi creativity questionnaire, were used as a pretest and posttest. Experimental group was taught in 11 sessions, during 6 weeks by using combined problem solving instructional model with Constructivist principles and control group was taught by using traditional method. In order to analyze obtained data, descriptive statistics, consisting of mean and standard deviation, was used. Furthermore, inferential statistics, multivariable covariance plan and LSD follow up test was used.Results: The results showed that blending of problem solving instructional model with constructivist principles has a significant effect on learning (F=286.5, P=0.0001), fluency aspect of creative thinking (F=143.91, P=0.0001), flexibility aspect (F=15.59, P=0.001) and elaboration aspect of creative thinking (F=35.64, P=0.0001), but there was no meaningful effect on originality aspect of creative thinking.Conclusion: According to the results, it could be said that by blending problem solving instructional model with constructivist principles, one can take advantage of both these approaches. Founding of this research was showed that this blending has a meaningful effect on learning and aspects of creative thinking (fluency, flexibility and elaboration) and there was no effect on originality aspect. Thus, this method can be used in classroom and school as an effective method.

Abstract: 

Background: Creativity has an important role in everybody’s life. Progress and change has no meaning without creativity. Creative skills in today’s rapid changing world are not retractable.Purpose: Many of researchers tried to foster creativity and gained different results. The total effect size of these findings and subcategories of creativity, and other variables are examined in this paper. In another way, this article is going to meta-analyze creativity promoting techniques.Method: To achieve these purposes, the researchers searched informational banks on the net, magazines, and theses, based on special criterion. A total number of 28 articles had been analyzed with CMV.2 software.Result(s): The total effect size of 0.789 based on random model, according to Cohn’s scale, shows a large effect size. The statistic of Q (df=,27) = 221.481, (p<0.0001), indicates that there should be some moderator variables. So, age, gender, time, technique and instrumental of scales were examined by ANOVA and regression tests.Conclusion: Based on these results, we can confide the effectiveness of these techniques, but there was no significant effect of moderator variables.

Abstract: 

Background: Creativity is the driving force of modern civilization forward and respond to the problems that are associated with the fast technological and social changes. So the growth and development of the creativity is a priority for educational systems in the world.Purpose: The aim of the present study was to investigate and compare the development of the students’ creativity in two socio-economic regions of Mashhad.Method: The method of this research is descriptive-developmental and cross-sectional designs. A sample of 1273 students (629boys &644 girls aged 13-18 years) was selected randomly from the various public schools. Abedi Creativity Test (TC) was used for data collection.Result: The result revealed that the socio-economic status had a significant relationship with the development of the creativity. The most and the least means were achieved in rich and poor regions. The creativity develops by an increase in age with two significant declines in both rich and poor regions with a little bit differences. The scores of boys and girls in the development of the creativity did not show a significant difference.Conclusion: The findings suggest the necessity of enhancement of the attention to the development of the creativity.

Abstract: 

Background: In today’s world, due to its dynamics and pace of changes, the future of organizations is ambiguous. Thus, organizations should be designed to be responsive to environmental needs. Therefore, applying strategic planning from open innovation view has been known as a necessity.Purpose: The purpose is to evaluate the influential factors in success of strategic planning in APS Company from open innovation view.Method: The method of this research is descriptive with applied purpose and correlational method. The statistical population includes the entire staff and managers of the Awdge Pajhoohesh San’at Consulting Engineers from which 76 were selected randomly and questionnaires were distributed between samples.Results: The results show that there is a remarkable relationship among effective factors and success of strategic planning and three factors of senior management participation, team involvement, and organizational culture have a significant effect on success of strategic planning from open innovation view.Conclusion: This research can be helpful for managers of consulting companies to recognize its strength and weakness points to applying strategic planning by using innovation.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the role of behavioral activation system (BAS), behavioral inhibition system (BIS) and locus of control on creativity.Method: In this study, the sample included 334 male and female students of Islamic Azad University of Brigand in 2013-2014. Behavioral activation / behavioral inhibition system scales of Carver/Whit 1994, locus of control scales of Ratter 1966, creativity scales of Abide 1372 were used. This is a correlational research, then, structural equations were used for analyzing the result.Finding: This research shows that the inhibition system directly and negatively is significant to decrease creativity by increasing internal control. The role of internal control in that model was searched.

Abstract: 

Background: Both "entrepreneurial orientation" and "knowledge management" are two notions in modern management having important effect on business performance.Purpose: The main purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of small and medium businesses by the mediation process of knowledge creation.Methodology: The statistical population of this research contained 392managers of small and medium businesses of Qazvin. A sample of 196 Managers was selected with Cochran formula and 230questionnaireswere distributedrandomlyand201questionnaireswere collected. Three types of standard questionnaires of knowledge creation, entrepreneurial orientation and performance were used. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and LISREL software.Results: The results show the mediating role of knowledge creation (socialization, externalization, combination and internalization of knowledge) in the impact of entrepreneurial orientation component "in novation, risk-taking, leadership, new business, strategic modernization" on performance (growth, productivity and profitability) in businesses.Conclusions: The important conclusion of this study was that entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge creation have fundamental role in business and educational policy.

Abstract: 

Background: Due to the importance of creativity and social maturity and since one of the growth backgrounds in childhood is painting, it can be used for improvement of creativity and children relationships.Purpose: The main aim of this study is evaluation the effectiveness of painting therapy to creativity and social maturity of 4-6 year old kids.Method: The method in this study is semi-experimental and sampling has been done randomly. 30 children were replaced in experimental and control groups. Both groups received Torrance Test of Creativity and Vinland Test of Social Maturity. After performing 12 sessions of group painting therapy on experimental group, creativity and social maturity of both groups were determined again.Results: The results showed that painting therapy has meaningful effect on creativity (originality, fluency, flexibility) and social maturity of 4-6 year old kids (P ≤ 0.05).Conclusion: Painting therapy is an attractive approach on improvement of creativity (originality, fluency, flexibility) and social maturity of 4-6 year old kids.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of group assertiveness training on creativity 5thgrade students in Tonekabon City.Method: The current study was of semi-experimental and the kind of pretest-posttest with control group. The concerned community included all 5th grade students in Tonekabon in 2013-2014.The sample included 30 students selected by random multistage sampling method and were randomly divided into experiment and control groups. The instruments used in this study were form "B" Torrance Test of Creativity Scale.Finding: Analysis of covariance showed that the two groups are statistically significant difference for all four dependent variables. Results of this study indicate that assertiveness training increases students' creativity.

Abstract: 

Background: In the current era, every new development and the emergence of new jobs and industry relations scramble out ancient techniques. New skills and education will replace the previous single status. In this regard, an important source of business is intelligence skills entrepreneurship and all human societies. However, based on the material that was presented in the mind closes the question is whether there is the business intelligence and entrepreneurial skills inventors of the West. If the relationship between entrepreneurial skills and business intelligence is significant inventors further increase the self-sufficiency through domestic production.Method: Research method sampling is available. The population of Western inventor countries. Cochran formula is based on a sample group of 80 of us. Data Collection tools questionnaires are0.86 reliability using Cronbachalpha coefficient. Data analysis was performed using Pearson's correlation coefficient.Results: Results showed that between BI and entrepreneurial skills (personal skills, management skills and technical skills) Inventors the West there is a significant relationship. Significant level that is equal to 0.03. According to the results of the relationship between entrepreneurial business intelligence skills inventors in the West country can be significant weaknesses in administrative systems, training and support organization responsible for promoting business intelligence inventors to provide the necessary training and skills, entrepreneurial inventors and as well as the support of the invention that are capable of mass production to be felt.
