(2002), Goldberg and Hiller (1979), mental flexibility Dennis and Wendwall (2010), and Loatz (2007) psychological capital responded. Multivariate analysis of variance was used to analyze the data. Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference between job motivation, mental health, psychological flexibility and psychological capital between the two groups of nurses (P <0. 01). Thus, the level of job motivation, psychological flexibility and psychological capital of nurses in normal wards was higher, and mental health, which included anxiety and depression, was higher in nurses in coronary wards. Finally, 108 people were included in the study by convenience sampling method. Data were collected through a two-part questionnaire, demographic characteristics and Minnesota job satisfaction questionnaire and at two levels of descriptive (mean and standard deviation) and inferential (independent t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient and oneway analysis of variance) with Using SPSS software version 22 was analyzed. Results: The highest age group was in the ages of 35 to 26 years (28. 71±,6. 68) and the lowest age group was over 45 years (3. 7%). Job satisfaction score of male nurses (56. 43) at the average level and the lowest score related to this area was opportunities for advancement (8. 28) and the highest was the content of the job (13. 04). There was a significant relationship between nurses' job satisfaction and body mass index (p = 0. 020). The prevalence of exposure to occupational hazards in male nurses was: psychological (47. 2%), ergonomic (21. 7%), physical (20. 8%) and physical (10. 4%), respectively. Conclusions: : Implementation of strategies to create positive environmental changes such as satisfaction with pay compared to workload, balance between shifts and career advancement opportunities by nursing managers, leads to increased job satisfaction and reduced disability in male nurses. The workplace is a high-risk environment in which gender issues and organizational structures can affect occupational safety and health practices and expose men to significant health and damping risks (especially the Covid disease epidemic).
