Abstract:

This research has been done to develop and validate an instructional design model based on mental model theory. Mental model theory tells that human being can do reasoning and problem solving through mental models. The main purpose of this model is to help pupils construct mental models, gain expertise and promote problem solving. In order to develop this model and response to research questions, mixed method selected. At first, qualitative research method has been used. The qualitative content analysis with deductive pattern and then Tracey and Richey's method has been used to develop that desired instructional design model. After presenting conceptual framework and then initial instructional design model, the internal validation to model with a Delphi method has been done to obtain and finally develop desired instructional design model. At the next section, to validate that instructional design model the experimental method have been used. In experimetal group that model applied and then compared with control group.

Abstract:

The present study aimed to predict adolescents' anxiety based on their perception of parental control with regard to intermediatry role of metacognitive beliefs. The research method was correlational and statistical population consisted of all first grade high school female students of Shiraz city in school year 2018-2019. The sample of study was 211 individuals and the participants were selected using multi stage cluster sampling method. Data was collected through Schaefer Parental Styles Questionnaire (1965), Spence Children's Anxiety Scale (1997) and Children and Adolescents Metacognition Questionnaire (2004) and was analyzed using structural equation modeling. Data analysis showed that the direct effect of adolescents' perception of parental control on adolescents' anxiety is not significant. However, indirect effect of adolescents' perception of parental control on adolescents' anxiety through metacognitive beliefs is significant. Moreover, metacognitive beliefs are able to predict adolescents' anxiety directly. These findings have important research and applied implications in the field of adolescents' anxiety.

Abstract:

At the present time, employees’ innovative thoughts and ideas can be assumed as the origin of the big changes in organizations. The present study aims to investigate the relationship of the perceived organizational support and organizational creative climate with the entrepreneurial development among the library employees where creativity and psychological empowerment serve as the mediations. The population of the study includes 410 employees of Khuzestan Province Public Library Institution who were selected by random stratified sampling method and responded the organizational creative climate, perceived organizational support, psychological empowerment, organizational creativity questionnaires and also the entrepreneurial behavior inventory. For analyzing the data, in addition to use of descriptive methods (mean, Standard Deviation and correlation matrix), structural equation model (SEM) was used for evaluating the proposed model with the help of AMOS 21. Mediating relationships were tested in the proposed model by bootstrap method. Fit indices such as GFI, CGI and RESMA have necessary quorum indicating that the proposed model fits with data. Results of the study show the significance of all direct paths of perceived organizational support and organizational creative climate towards the entrepreneurial development and as the insignificant paths were deleted, the model was modified and corrected. Fit indices of structural equation model showed the suitable fitness of modified model. Meanwhile, results of indirect relationships confirmed the significance of these relations.

Abstract:

The objective of the present study was to compare thought-action fusion, attributional styles, and attentional control in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder and depression. It was an ex post facto study. Statistical population of this study were all peoples with OCD and depression who referred to psychiatric clinics and hospitals in Shiraz. They were diagnosed with OCD or MDD by psychiatrists. The study sample consisted of two groups: OCD (n = 30) and MDD (n = 30) who were selected by purposive sampling method. Data were collected using the Thought-Action Fusion Sacle (TAFS), Attributional Style Questionnaire (ASQ), and Attentional Control Scale (ACS). They were analyzed using Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA). The findings revealed that TAF-moral and TAF (likelihood-others and likelihood-self) had higher levels in MDD and OCD respectively. The attributional styles for positive events were internal, stable, and global in OCD group, but they were external, unstable, and specific in MDD group; also, the attributional styles for negative events were internal, stable, and global in both groups (MDD group had higher level). Moreover, there was no significant difference between OCD and MDD groups in attentional control, on the other hand both groups had low attentional control according to means.
