Introduction: Nowadays anthropometric characteristics and physical fitness factors are used for talent identification and evaluation of the athlete's fitness. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between some anthropometric characteristics with physical fitness factors among young male athletes aged 11-17 in Kermanshah. Materials and Methods: The statistical populations of this study were young male athletes in Kermanshah, among which 100 male athletes were randomly selected as samples. Anthropometric characteristics, weight, height (standing and sitting positions), contracting arm circumference, arm circumference, leg circumference, BMI, body fat percentage were measured and the physical fitness factors tests, including 100 m speed test, 4×9 agility test, 1500 m aerobic power test, and flexibility test were conducted. Results: The results of the present study showed that there was a significant inverse correlation between body weight, body mass index, body fat percentage, and waist circumference with fitness tests. However, no significant relationship between height (standing and sitting), leg circumference, arm circumference with flexibility, and anaerobic power was observed. Also, a significant inverse relationship between height (sitting and standing), and leg circumference with agility, while a positive significant relationship with speed test was observed among the subjects. Conclusion: According to the results of the present study, physical fitness decreases with increasing anthropometric indices (body weight, body mass index, body fat percentage, and waist circumference),As a result, to improve anthropometric indices, trainers should be provided with the proper educational program and appropriate information on sports nutrition. In addition, coaches can use anthropometric indicators and fitness factors to identify athletes.

Introduction: Rheumatoid arthritis is the most common inflammatory disease of the joints and in addition to physical disability, mental disorders are very common in these patients. mental rumination is one of the problems that patients with rheumatoid arthritis face, and one of the factors that has a great impact on it is the perception of pain and functional dysfunction of patients. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the role of pain perception and functional disability in predicting the mental rumination of women with rheumatoid arthritis in Khorramabad. Materials and Methods: The research design was correlational. The statistical population included all women with rheumatoid arthritis in Khorramabad in 1398. Sample size including 120 people were selected from among women with rheumatism. The tools used in this study were mental rumination questionnaires, pain perception and functional disability. Descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential (correlation and regression) methods of SPSS 24 software were used to analyze the data. Results: The results showed that 44% of women's mental rumination with rheumatoid arthritis can be predicted through pain perception and functional disability. Conclusion: Perception of pain and functional disability has a positive and significant relationship with mental rumination in rheumatoid arthritis women and has a relatively decisive role in reducing the mental rumination of these patients. Therefore, in order to reduce the mental rumination of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, it is possible to reduce the perception of pain and functional disability rheumatoid arthritis women.

Introduction: In the last two decades, the interest in understanding the nature of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) and the development of effective treatment methods for GAD has increased among psychologists. This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of pharmacotherapy, modular cognitive-behavioral therapy and their combination in distress tolerance, ambiguity tolerance and meta-worry in female students with generalized anxiety. Materials and Methods: This study was a semi-experimental research with a pretest-posttest and follow-up control group design. The selection of 60 students among the female students of the Islamic Azad University of Mashhad was done by purposive sampling and were randomly assigned into three experimental groups (pharmacotherapy, modular therapy and combination therapy) and a control group. The participants were pretested using Generalized Anxiety Disorder Questionnaire (GAD-7,Spitzer et al., 2006) , Wells Anxious Thoughts Inventory (2005), Simmons and Gahr turbulence tolerance scale (2005) and McDonald Ambiguity Tolerance Scale (1970). At the end of the treatment and three months after it, participants underwent post-test and follow-up test. The data in this article was analysed with repeated measures analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results: The results of the repeated measures ANOVA showed that all three treatment approaches were effective in reducing turbulence tolerance, ambiguity tolerance and meta-worry compared to the control group (Eta-squared 0. 37, 0. 22, 0. 45, respectively), but combination therapy had a significant advantage over the other two therapeutic approaches alone (p <0. 05). Conclusion: Based on the biological and psychological underpinnings of generalized anxiety disorder, it seems that the combination of psychological therapies and pharmacotherapy is a more effective approach in improving anxiety conditions.

Introduction: Lead is one of the most important metal ions that has many disadvantages for the environment and organisms, especially humans. One of the most effective methods for causing lead from aqueous solutions is the use of biological adsorbents. The purpose of this study was to investigate the biological biosorption of lead (II) from aqueous solutions using Padina algae. Materials and Methods: Padina algae was collected from Bushehr coastal and dried in an oven at 70 °,C for 24 hours, then adsorption experiments were carried out at pH(2-9), contact time (15-150)minutes, different amounts of biomass(0. 1-2) and initial concentration(10-50) mg/L of the solution and Isotherm also. Results: The results showed that the removal efficiency of lead ion on the bio-absorbent Padina increased with increasing contact time ( lowest at 15 minutes with 22% and highest at 120-150 minutes with 75%) and Biosorbent dose ( the highest at 10mg/L concentration with 92%) decreased with an increasing initial concentration of the solution. It also increases the removal efficiency by increasing the pH and finally reaches the maximum at pH = 6. The data obtained from the study of isotherm adsorption showed that the mechanism of adsorption of lead ion (II) to the bio-absorbent of the Padina follows well Langmuir isotherm. Conclusion: Padian biomass can be used as an adsorbent for the removal of lead ions (II) from aqueous solutions as a cheap absorbent and can be prepared under various conditions.
