Abstract: 

Introduction: Health is the cornerstone of the development of the health system of every society, which today is regarded as the most important sector in most countries, since a significant portion of community health activities take place between the community and the public. As a sensitive and important social system, they have a special place. Therefore, the present study investigates the role of social responsibility components on organizational health in the Urmia Health Network. Methods: This resarch is based on the purpose of an applied research and is a descriptive survey research based on data collection and analysis. The statistical population of the study consisted of all employees of Urmia Health Network which was determined using Morgan table 338 persons. Data collection tools included Huy & Maskel Organizational Health Questionnaire (2008) and Carroll Social Responsibility Questionnaire (1991). SPSS software was used for data analysis and structural equation modeling with Smart Pls2 software was used. Results: The results showed that the correlation coefficient in the regression model for the variables is R = 0. 751, which means that organizational health is able to express 56% of social responsibility changes. Also, the path coefficient between organizational health and social responsibility equals (ß = 0. 86%) which is acceptable and finally obtained in assessing the appropriateness and fit of the instrument used (Gof = 0. 52). Conclusion: Managers can make use of the components of organizational health to enhance and enhance social responsibility among employees and thus ensure the success of the organization. Overall, organizational health is one of the key determinants of employees' social responsibility.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Given the importance of life expectancy and child mortality as indicators of society health and also the importance of misery index and inflation uncertainty, the present study aimed to assess the impact of misery index and inflation uncertainty on life expectancy and child mortality under five in Iran. Methods: This research method is an analysis-causal and its target is application and statistics and data about the variables used in this study are extracted from economic time series database of Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran and World Development Indicators. Also, Econometric tools used in research are Eviews and Microfit Softwares and the econometric methods are GARCH and ARDL methods over the period of first quarter of 1996 to fourth quarter of 2018 for country of Iran. The level of significant is 5 percent. Results: According to research findings, in the long run, one unit increase in each of the variables of misery index and inflation uncertainty decrease life expectancy by 0. 07 and 21. 30 unit respectively. Also, one unit increase in each of the variables of misery index and inflation uncertainty increase child mortality under five by 0. 20 and 43. 01 unit respectively. Conclusion: given the results of study, it is recommended that policy makers with the use of proper economic policies to reduce the misery index and inflation uncertainty, take a step toward improving health in the society.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Health and health organizations face many challenges including the multiplicity of professors, students and employees, the broad range, interaction with the general public, modern changes in the world health system, and the importance of updating information. To overcome these challenges and improve the quality of health services, it requires organizational entrepreneurship, use of skilled staff and proper time allocation for knowledge management. Methods: This research is a practical and descriptive and is considered as a qualitative research group. The research community has 20 people who have been expert in the GHazvin University of Medical Sciences for over five years. MAXQDA 10 has been used to analyze the results of deep interview. Results: 18 Fundamental categories were used to explain the model of organizational entrepreneurship development based on knowledge management of GHazvin University of medical science. Conclusion: Contextual conditions: (individual skills and characteristics, cultural and social conditions, organizational structure, political and legal conditions), Causal conditions: (knowledge management [acquisition and create, save and retention, share, reuse), Intervening conditions: (organizational culture and human resources), Central category (model of organizational entrepreneurship development based on knowledge management of GHazvin university of medical science. ), Outcomes: ( behavioral, structural and content ) and its Strategy is organizational development.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Health literacy refers to the ability of individuals to acquire, analyze and understand the information and basic health services they need to contribute to their health issues and make the right decisions. Today, health literacy is one of the pillars of community health. The purpose of this study was to provide a model for assessing the effect of health literacy and self-care measures on the quality of life of cardiovascular patients after open heart surgery. Methods: This study is an applied research and based on the method of data collection is a descriptive-survey type that the statistical population of the study was all patients who had open heart surgery at the Tehran heart center and among them, 138 people were selected by available sampling. Data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by face validity and convergent validity and reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. Structural equation method was used to analyze the collected data. Results: The results of hypothesis testing showed Health literacy with path coefficient (0. 685) has a positive and significant effect on self-care measures, Health literacy with path coefficient (0. 350) has a positive and significant effect on patients' quality of life, and self-care measures with path coefficient (0. 418) have a positive and significant effect on patients' quality of life. Conclusion: Improvement of health literacy and self-care behaviors in cardiac patients after open heart surgery can improve the quality of life of these patients after surgery and reduce complications after surgery.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Referrals to medical centers provide the necessary incentives to invest in this area, and therefore attracting native patients is of paramount importance. Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to identify the major factors affecting the preference of medical centers in other cities by the native patients of Sarab. Methods: Referrals to medical centers provide the necessary incentives to invest in this area, and therefore attracting native patients is of paramount importance. Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to identify the major factors affecting the preference of medical centers in other cities by the native patients of Sarab. Results: The results showed that 9 factors of capacity, cultural-social, diversity of health centers, human resources, mental image and public trust, managerial, behavioral, services, and medical equipment were identified as the main factors influencing the preference of medical centers in other cities. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that the planners of Sarab city health centers consider the factors identified in this study in order to prevent local patients from leaving the city for treatment.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The main purpose of the present study is to analyze the effect of quantum leadership dimensions on organizational excellence with the mediating role of organizational knowledge management and quantum skills in Ardabil University of Medical Sciences. Methods: Questionnaire was used for data collection. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed. The statistical population of this study was all 3569 staff of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences. 347 individuals were selected and studied according to Morgan table by simple random sampling method. Structural equation modeling methods were also used for data analysis. Results: Two hypotheses were presented for the present study that after testing the results showed that the dimensions of quantum leadership have a significant effect on organizational excellence with the mediating role of knowledge management (β =0. 616). The results also showed that quantum leadership dimensions have a significant effect on organizational excellence with the mediating role of quantum skills (β =0. 719). Conclusion: Considering the meaningful relation between quantum leadership and organizational excellence with mediator role of organizational knowledge management and quantum Skills in Ardabil University of medical sciences, it can be concluded that in upgrading the level of university administrators, we can improve quantum skills and strategic management of organizational knowledge.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The health system has one of the most complex supply chains in the world to deal with human health and well-being. The pharmaceutical supply chain is part of this system. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to develop a model to evaluate supply chain sustainability in this industry. Methods: First, by reviewing previous studies, indicators related to supply chain sustainability in economic, social, environmental and governance dimensions were extracted. Then, using a survey method to implement the model designed in ANFIS, a questionnaire was used to evaluate the sustainability factors in the case study. Results: The designed ANFISs with 50 training courses achieved acceptable error rates. In the economic and social dimension, the trend of sustainability changes was initially decreasing and then increasing. In the environmental dimension where negative indicators were considered, the trend is quite decreasing. In the governance dimension, the trend of incremental stability changes is. In the present study, the root mean square error (RMSE) is considered as a criterion for model validation. Conclusion: To improve the condition, sustainability must first be evaluated and measured so that the results can be quantified after the improvement measures. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the model designed in ANFIS is a good tool for assessing sustainability.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Islamic-Iranian management (A knowledgeable keeper management) is based on a blueprint for progress that derives its ends, values, goals, and methods from Islamic foundations and principles, and is designed by Iranian intellectuals and scholars to ideal transformation in the realms of intellectuality, science, spirituality, and human life. The study purpose was to investigate the relationship between Islamic-Iranian Management and human resource development with the mediator role of meritocracy and accountability in state hospitals and health centers of west Azerbaijan province. Methods: the purpose of practical and survey descriptive method. The population consisted of 136 first and second level managers in twenty two state hospitals and health centers of west Azerbaijan province, 100 of whom were selected by simple random sampling. to collect data from researcher-made questionnaires of Islamic-Iranian Management Mesah et al. (2011) with reliability coefficients of 0. 978, and Nickerson Airbay's Human Resource Development Standard (1998) 0. 849, Ansari meritocracy (2014) 0. 945, Bowens accountability (2005) was 0. 857. Descriptive and inferential statistics, Smart pls statistical software, structural equation method were used. Results: Islamic-Iranian management through accountability and meritocracy could explain more than 23% of human resource development changes in state hospitals and health centers of west Azerbaijan province. a direct and positive relationship between Islamic-Iranian management and meritocracy, Islamic-Iranian management and accountability, meritocracy and human resource development, accountability and human resource development. Conclusion: the drawing a model of relationship between Islamic-Iranian management and human resource development with the mediating role of meritocracy and accountability.
