The family, as a social institution, is entitled to some rights vis-à-vis other social phenomena such as the media. Some of the family's spiritual rights have been mentioned in the statute and some in Islamic sources. Expounding on these rights when affected by the media, and determining instances of their being neglected which cause spiritual damage to the family institution, is a necessity. This research has picked up the element of loss from civil liability and spiritual damage compensation, in order to analyze the spiritual damage inflicted on the family. This is also an introduction to provide the way for future set up of the regime on spiritual damage compensation as caused by the media in the Iranian legal system, so that judges could benefit from it in their media-related cases, and no damage of the kind could escape unpunished.

Criminal content censorship (filtering) is a crucial subject which is being carried out in the Islamic Republic at high expenses, and the determination of its examples is legally handed over to a special committee of the Prosecutor General. Debate is going on about the efficiency of this kind of defensive mechanism against cultural intrusion and preserving political and economic interests. This article first tries to rely on jurisprudential stances and general principles derived from the Quran and traditions, in order to provide Islamic general policies about ethics, religion, politics and economics that exist in the real world, and then to offer general policies about safeguarding them, with the aim of defining them in the virtual world. Filtering, as a component of the country's defensive system, necessitates the adaptation of its general policies to the virtual world, which then could be used for analyzing the country's general filtering policies.

According to the media theory and critical views in media and communication, the media has the power to put its content under the influence of its cultural and identity sources especially its own secular quality, hence transform its religious content and create a result which is far from the nature of media-based content. Most of these theories have attempted to prove and explain the technological domination power on culture, leading some people to hopelessly draw a line between the concepts of religion and media technologies. The appearance of virtual social networks, and consequently their increasing usage for religious content and rituals, has created a theoretical challenge: Do these media have cultural domination capacity in representing religious subjects, and if positive, how can we prevent the non-adaptation of media- based religious rituals to the latter's main function? To answer these questions, the Islamic pilgrimage ritual was selected as one of these religious subjects, thus attempting to provide a model of media portrayal of this ritual in social networks in conformity with Islamic identity. To do this, based on the paradigmatic model of the theory derived from data, a number of 14 interviews with related scholars and best digital media experts, especially those dealing with religious media, and also digital media users who are engaged with the issue of pilgrimage in social networks, was conducted. Finally, by relying on 31 derived categories, a paradigm model was presented. The major feature of this model is based on the naturalness of media portrayal of pilgrimage, which emphasizes a semantic shift from the concept of user and audience to the meaning of pilgrims, and from media portrayal concept to serving concept. To achieve this, four models have been presented.

Nowadays, information and communication technologies such as virtual social networks have led to a dramatic change in the social and cultural issues.This study used secondary analysis of 21 research works over the last few years in the field of social network Facebook Ajam, the basis for analyzing the data. This paper aims to identify the extent and type of changes that marked the presence and interaction in Facebook on identity, lifestyle, youth, religious and social relationships have been established. The results indicate that Iranian youth engagement through the use of Facebook in the social and cultural changes have been exposed.Through the use of Facebook, a modern identities reflexively growth and reduce the situation of national identity, cultural and political identity has ended. Use Facebook users has increased social interactions and social capital. The Facebook lifestyles of young people to new forms of digital life grafted makes people pay more attention to your body and change the way users are leisure.Besides, Facebook reduces religious identity, religious commitment and faith is its young users .Finally, we mention the results Bhvqv a problem or a social problem in the context of national identity, cultural and political identity and religious commitment has proposed the use of virtual social networks.

The study of different dimensions of the Islamic revolution and its civilization-making perspective, leads us to a different paradigm of its futurology. While institutionalists, who have based their argument on social ontology, define the establishment of the Islamic revolution as a time-restricted event leading to the transformation of power, and speak about its civilization perspective within a continuum of defective to local and Islamic modernity, evolutionists do this under three dimensions: chronological, extensive and semantic based on the divine ontology of the revolution. In regard to the semantic and content characteristics of the revolution, they focus on a two-dimensional view about heaven and earth connection. From the point of view of the chronological extent of the revolution, they define it as rooted in and consistent with the evolutionary trend of the Truth till the advent of the Savior, and as for its extensiveness, they picture it to exceed national boundaries, with the aim of confronting the World Arrogance and emancipating the Deprived. In view of the Islamic modernity, the cultural- civilizational futurology of the Islamic Republic of Iran, is shaped in accordance with the present generalities of the existing modernity paradigm and based on globalization theories with, of course, its own critical inclinations. But in the civilization image of the Islamic revolution, in line with evolutionists' view, the futurology is defined according to the truth-oriented paradigm and the ideals of Mahdaviat. Here, it emphasizes the status of truth in the world, and by crossing humanistic views of modernistic futurology, it centers upon the religious-oriented action of humanity with an explanatory- judicious approach.

This article discusses actresses' representation on movie posters in the years 1368- 1392. To do this, 88 posters belonging to a 24 year period were quantitatively analyzed and 9 variables were considered, namely the proportion of poster size to women's pictures, the overall view, location of women's pictures throughout the layers, make up, covering, hijab, proportion of actresses' number to the whole, women's personality status in relation to all the characters, and movie genre. The samples were then categorized in 6 periods.By applying Hall's discourse approach, this study is generally an emphasis on the significance of adapting representations with thoughts and ideologies. The results show that the cinema values and policies used in the 70s and 80s concerning covering, hijab and make- up were not represented and they were treated passively on the part of the governmental structure in relation to cinema requirements.
