Religious modernity in contemporary Iran has experienced four different generations since its inception: the first generation from the constitutional period to the beginning of Reza Shah, the second generation from the first Pahlavi period to the early 1330s, the third generation from the coup d'é, tat of 28 August 1332 to the Islamic Revolution, And the fourth generation from the 1360s until now. This article, which is organized by library method and descriptive-analytical method, seeks to answer the question of which of these four generations has had a vital and special impact on the continuation of religious modernity in Iran. The findings confirm that the modernist ideas of the first generation, at the same time, came to an end with the decline of the Constitution,But the second generation, whose Qur'anic character was more prominent than its other intellectual features, although its innovative endeavors did not bear much fruit due to the political conditions prevailing during Reza Shah, opened the way for the third and fourth generations to continue the path of religious modernity in Iran. In other words, the influence of the second generation of religious modernity is doubly important because it paved the way for religious modernity by relying on Qur'anicism and led to the emergence of religious thought in the following decades.

According to the principle of freedom of contract, any commercial contract that is not contrary to Sharia and law is valid. The purpose of this study is to investigate the validity and validity of the evidence of e-commerce contracts and to clear up any ambiguities in this area. In this research, I will first state the Tradition. Then, we will examine the general Qur'anic evidences and the meaning of the verses that have been mentioned regarding the sale, trade, and lawful and unlawful businesses, and I will explain the naming and generalization of these verses. Examining the requirements of the principles as the third reason and the requirements of the rational structure as the fourth reason for the legitimacy of electronic contracts has not gone unnoticed. From this research, it can be concluded that according to the above reasons, e-commerce contracts are legitimate and are accepted by the legislature and human societies. Also, directing e-commerce rules to dynamic jurisprudence to remove doubts between the parties to the contract is one of the achievements of this article.

The question of the miracle of the Qur'an is one of the major issues that has been reflected in the historical and scholarly course of the Qur'anic studies and disputes of the Furijan scholars, with a number of scholars discovering and validating certain aspects of the Qur'anic miracle and some others mainly. The minor and non-pivotal aspects of the miracles of the revelations have been dealt with, and they have failed to properly focus on their major dimensions until the rhetorical and literary miracle of the Qur'an is among the first, most famous and central domain of the Qur'anic miracle. However, among Islamic thinkers, Imam Khomeini should be regarded as one of the few religious and narrow-minded scholars who, in his studies and works on the miracle, have a specific, realistic, innovative and at the same time attitude. Practically speaking, such beliefs and insights are not seen in the views and writings of any Sunni or Shiite thinker in different periods of Qur'anic commentary. Imam Khomeini, who regards the Qur'an as a book of guidance and humanization, Emphasizing on the necessity of considering all aspects of the Quran's miracles on the one hand and criticizing the beliefs of the prophets of the Quran as miracles of the Quran on the other hand, he emphasized the Qur'anic epistemic and educational miracles. Therefore, the main purpose of this article is to explain Imam Khomeini's Quranic thoughts by emphasizing and focusing on the Quran's miraculous problem through a descriptive and analytical method.

The immortality of the Qur'an`s inviolability has a narrative proof of the book and tradition and rational evidence. The narrations from the Qur'an are verse 9 of Surah Al-Hijr and verse 42 of Surah Fussilat in which God has announced the memorization of the Qur'an and the non-entry of falsehood in it, respectively. The present study examines the meaning of these verses on the inviolability of the Qur'an, focusing on the concept of the word jinn. According to the lexical study of this word, the beliefs of ignorance about it, the analysis of the Prophet's audience's intention to use it and the Qur'anic literature around it, proved that from the point of view of the original audience of the Qur'an, the jinn is not crazy, but someone who has been in contact with jinns. They learn priesthood, poetry and magic. Therefore, the authority that divided the Qur'an into parts, considered it a part of the priesthood and a part of the poem, and called the Prophet a sorcerer because of presenting other miracles besides the Qur'an, slandered him and did not reveal the origin of revelation. God, but the jinn knew. Therefore, the Qur'an removes this accusation from the Prophet in the two verses under discussion and the context before and after it, introduces God as both the source of revelation and its memorizer of the devils, and considers the Qur'an itself to be dear and forbidden. And the entry of the jinn into it has negated. Therefore, the corresponding signification of the verses on the generality and immortality of the Qur'an's inviolability and the understanding of this meaning were rejected for the original audience, although it is possible that there are other indications in these two noble verses on the inviolability of the immortality.

The rhetorical and phonetic phenomena of the fundamental structures in the literary context are considered to be one of the most important linguistic, unique and distinctive artistic mechanisms in the Holy Quran. The translator of the Holy Qur'an, though skilled in the work, sometimes relies on the transmission of rhetorical and phonetic imagery in many cases. This is actually to arrange the meaning and meaning of the sentence, as the link between the image and the concept is incomplete due to the loop. In this study, the authors have attempted to convey this problem to the play by citing examples of these rhetorical and phonetic phenomena embodied in many Qur'anic verses, a problem that does not overshadow the nature of translation. So we present some of the solutions we've come up with, as well as familiarizing ourselves with some of the possible alternatives to it, using the experts' experience in translation.

Religion as a category in human life affects all aspects of his existence and human beings are also affected by it. This influence is both in the individual and social aspects of man, and consequently his life is overshadowed by religion, and on the other hand, the intellectual and spiritual concern of man in relation to after his death is a close relationship with religion and the realm. It has and its scope. The importance of determining the "realm of religion" and especially the "realm of law" is not only in worldly and everyday human life, but also the intellectual and spiritual concern of man after his death is closely related to religion and its realm as well as law and its scope. Inspired by the original source of revelation-the Qur'an-he examines the realm of religion, and shows the close relationship between religion and human life in such a way that man's inclusion in the religious framework connects him to an eternal source called God. It is at this time that the anxiety, distress and despair of his life disappears and he is on the real and enjoyable path of life.

In the present article, the word "Islam" has been studied by scrutiny investigation in the Holy Quran. All verses related to the root of S-L-M have been extracted and analyzed by employing the content analysis method. In the Holy Qur'an, Islam has been introduced as the only chosen, acceptable, and satisfying religion to God and human happiness depends on surrendering to such a religion. Hence precise grasp of this humanizing religion is significantly important. Following the understanding of this chosen religion, various definitions and perceptions of Islam have been proposed. This variety has led to different readings and sometimes alien interpretations of Islam religion and consequently the serious challenges have emerged in religious belief and religiosity. Therefore, realizing the concept of "Islam" through its main source, which means the Holy Quran, is necessary. In order to discover the system and nature of Islam in the Holy Quran which depicts the appearance of a sublime human being, after semantic and conceptual analysis, the relations between verses containing “, Islam”,word have ascertained.

Numerous hadiths about the preservation of the Qur'an, the value and status of preservers, which have encouraging themes and motivate believers to memorize and recite the Qur'anic verses and act on it, have been found in the Shi'a narrative sources of infallible Shi'a. These narratives are collected in most narrative and commentary societies. But the authenticity of these narrations and therefore the validity of their texts are not the same, and no general verdict can be made. The present study uses a descriptive-analytical method, gathering information in a library-based manner, focusing solely on Shiite sources, focusing its study on the most important hadith societies and looking briefly at the history of this science and the developments it has gone through., Has examined this, and shows that although some of the virtues of preserving the Qur'an are correct in content or in the authenticity of their document, this is not a reason for their correctness and relies solely on the document or text for correction. A news does not mean that it is correct. Whether or not the correct document is incorporated into the correct text may either imply unacceptable meaning or disagree with texts that have stronger truth implications. There were such problems in the hadiths studied that made them inaccurate and difficult to accept. Of course, although most of the hadiths of the virtues of preserving the Qur'an were weak, the Shi'a hadiths are legally bound to do so.

Translation as a purposeful effort and activity to remove linguistic and cultural barriers and a platform for establishing and expanding interpersonal relationships at different levels have long been considered by humans. Antoine Berman, in the theory of its deforming tendencies, examines the methods, mechanisms, and translation strategies of translators in transmitting the strangeness and alienation of the original text into the target language to highlight unfamiliar importance and foreign culture in translation. Therefore, in the study, from Antoine Berman's point of view components such as Rationalization, clarification, Circumlocution in discourse, froufrou orientation, qualitative and quantitative de-lyrical elements, and other elements in Persian translations by Hossain ansariyan and Tahereh Saffarzadeh from Surah Al-Baqarah, we examine and critique one of the results of this research that Tahereh Saffarzadeh has observed these disruptive elements more than Hossain ansariyan and it is close to translating Antoine Berman's standard. Considering the greatness of correct and fluent translation of the Holy Quran, the findings of this study can be efficient in future translations of the translators and scholars of the Holy Quran.

Mental Health index and religious and belief thoughts are most important and interdisciplinary subjects for psychology and theology which are considered by researchers. Koran now pointed the audience that this domain discussed a shadow of mental health by offering mental health indicators in its verses specially in prophet’, s stories and destinies of noble humans and people. Mental health index has many symbols in Koran verses and results and researches of thinkers and confirmed it. Koran cited positive effects of religious teachings to remove anxiety factors and establish a bed for growth and promotion of mental health by offering special methodology. This article was performed by descriptive-analytic method and use of pertain verses to investigate mental health indicators and its behavioral indicators. Finally, it was concluded that mental health shall be intertwined in spiritual life for the bliss of world and hereafter for human. Also, self-control like maintain emotions and prevents from sin and constructive behaviors like praying and enhance ethical virtues are regarded as most important behavioral indicators for mental health in Koran stories.

Islamic law has moved towards combating the phenomenon of crime and preventing the occurrence of crime by using the two components of punishment and correction, treatment and rehabilitation and combining these two components with each other. In Islamic law, inspired by the Qur'anic teachings and based on the inspiring teachings of this holy book, it seems that the component of correction, treatment and rehabilitation is preferred to the component of punishment, and Islamic law, as the creator of many new criminal and criminological policies, The title of the last way to fight crime (if the offender is not corrected) has been used and it can be said that Islamic teachings are in accordance with scientific standards due to their firmness on pure human nature. In addition, Islamic law based on Quranic teachings is the first law that pays attention to the personality of the accused and in fact the creator of Islamic law and the founder of criminology, ie the science of attention to the personality of the convict and long before the emergence of the school of research. Therefore, the first sparks of attention to the personality of the accused can be seen in Islamic law. For this reason, Islamic law is the creator of the school of criminology.
