Abstract: 

زمینه: صنعت گردشگری به عنوان متنوع ترین و بزرگترین صنایع در جهان، مهمترین منبع درآمد و ایجاد فرصت های شغلی برای بسیاری از کشورها می باشد و به همین دلیل بازاریابی آن در کشور از جایگاه ویژه ای برخوردار است. هدف: کشف الگوی ذهنی نخبگان صنعت گردشگری و برخی گردشگران خارجی در تهران از بازاریابی گردشگری است. روش ها: روش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش روش کیفی بوده و بر مبنای روش داده بنیاد و با 15 نفر از خبرگان و صاحبنظران حوزه گردشگری مصاحبه انجام شده است. نمونه گیری مورد استفاده، نظری بوده است پس از انجام مصاحبه ها و جمع آوری اطلاعات، کده های به دست آمده در بخش های مختلف، تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. یافته ها: در مدل پیشنهادی این پژوهش، 12 مقوله اصلی به دست آمده است که شامل؛ همکاری و همراستایی نهادی، درک عمیق بازرایابی، دیپلماسی گردشگری، تسهیم رویدادهای جهانی، پشتیبانی از اقتصاد ملی، تربیت میزبان های کارآمد، توسعه تحقیقات بازار، درک نیاز بازار، معرفی قابلیت ها، رفع محدودیت های موجود، مطالبه ملی، توسعه زیر ساخت است و در مرحله کدگذاری گزینشی، یک مقوله هسته به نام «بازاریابی گردشگری به مثابه مطالبه ملی و به علت درک عمیق بازرایابی در بستر توسعه زیر ساخت و معرفی قابلیت ها با مداخله درک نیاز بازار و به وسیله استراتژی های همکاری و همراستایی نهادی، آگاهی بخشی و توسعه تحقیقات بازار منجر به پیامدهای دیپلماسی گردشگری جهانی و پشتیبانی از اقتصاد ملی شده است» ظاهر شد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که الگوی ذهنی متخصصان و خبرگان صنعت گردشگری می تواند توسعه بازار گردشگری را متحول و تغییرات بنیادیدر این صنعت ایجاد کند.

Abstract: 

زمینه: در سازمان های پیشرفته سیاست های مدیران در طول زنجیره تامین مستلزم به کارگیری مدیریت دانش است. همچنین یکی از تصمیماتی که در زنجیره تامین گرفته می شود مساله برنامه ریزی تولید است که نیازمند تصمیمات آینده نگر با رویکردی جامع و به پیوسته است که نمیتوان از طریق نگرش ایستا این امر را محقق کرد. هدف: این تحقیق به دنبال ارایه مدلی پویا برای بررسی تاثیر سناریوهای احتمالی مدیریت دانش بر نرخ تولید در فراورده های نفتی در چارچوب تفکر سیستمی می باشد. روش: پژوهش حاضر براساس هدف، از نوع پژوهش های کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت داده ها از نوع کمی و کیفی واز لحاظ گردآوری داده ها از نوع پژوهش های تحلیلی-علی می باشد. این تحقیق در یک شرکت تولید محصولات پتروشیمی در یک بازه زمانی 20ساله مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است که با تهیه پرسشنامه و تایید خبرگان ابتدا متغیرهای اصلی شناسایی و روابط آن ها در قالب حلقه های علی تدوین گردیده سپس با طراحی مدل اصلی در قالب نمودار انباشت-جریان تکمیل و به وسیله نرم افزار, ونسیم شبیه سازی شده است. یافته ها: سناریوهای مطرح شده تاثیر متغیرهای مدیریت دانش بر تقاضای نرخ تولید وکاهش نرخ ضایعات آن را مورد ارزیابی قرارمی دهند. نتیجه گیری: این مدل با ارایه خروجی های مناسب و بهره گیری از مولفه های مدیریت دانش موفق به افزایش نرخ تولید و کاهش نرخ ضایعات آن در زنجیره تامین شده است. همچنین آزمون های اعتبار سنجی و تحلیل حساسیت صورت گرفته بر روی مدل نشان از معتبر بودن آن دارد.

Abstract: 

Background: In advanced organizations, managers' decisions and policies along the supply chain require the use of knowledge management. One of the most important decisions to be made in the supply chain is the production planning, that it’, s management needs provident decisions and designing new capacities with a comprehensive and continuous approach, and it’, s not achievable through a static approach. Objective: This study seeks to provide a dynamic model to investigate the impact of possible knowledge management scenarios on the components of the oil supply chain in the framework of systems thinking. Methods: Current study based on purpose, is an applied research and based on data character is a quantitative and qualitative and based on data acquisition that is a casual-analytical research. This research is studied in a petrochemical products production company in a 20 years period. And thanks to questionnaire and expert validation, first basic variables detected and their relations compiled in casual loops, then basic model completed by flow accumulation diagram and simulated by vensim software. Findings: The proposed scenarios evaluate the effects of knowledge management variables on production rate and reduction of wastage rate. Conclusion: This model has succeeded in increasing the production rate and reducing the waste rate in the supply chain by providing appropriate outputs and utilizing knowledge management components. Also, validation tests and sensitivity analysis performed on the model show its validity.

Abstract: 

Background: Tourism industry as the most diverse and biggest industry in the world is the most important source of income and creating job opportunities for many countries in the world, so its marketing in the country is of special place. Objective: this study aims to explore the mental pattern of experts, tourism industry experts and some foreign tourists in Tehran from tourism marketing. Methods: The method used in this research is qualitative method based on data method and interviews with experts and experts in tourism field. The sampling used in this paper is theoretical sampling after conducting interviews and gathering information, the results obtained indifferent sections have been analyzed. Findings: in the proposed model, there are 12 main categories: institutional cooperation, deep understanding, tourism diplomacy, support of national economy, support of national economy, support of national economy, support of market research, introduction of capabilities, and institutional alignment, awareness and development of market research results in the consequences of global tourism diplomacy and support for the national economy. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the mental model of tourism industry experts and experts can transform the development of the tourism market and bring about fundamental changes in the industry.

Abstract: 

The private sector can play an effective role in the development of public sport, championship and goals such as job creation and increased productivity of sports facilities and equipment. One of the areas that the private sector has come into contact with is the sports club, which is the root and core of sports development, and is referred to as the main infrastructure of the sports club industry. The purpose of this study was to design a model of organizational resiliency of a private sports club with a mixed approach. The statistical population of the study consisted of scientific and executive experts in the field of sport management. The sampling method in this section was purposive sampling. The data collection was a semi-structured interview. n the coding of the research with characteristic markers-Organizational resilience in this study was subject to three loci of situational awareness, key vulnerability management, adaptability, and 15 primary codes. Supervision and evaluation, lack of resilience culture among club members and its 16 codes Highlights of resilience facilitators included the five mission-oriented policies and goals of the organization, morale and education, linking individual and collective interests in the organization, social capital, receiving support from government agencies, and 17 basic codes have been. The indicators of resilience strategies in this study included five sources of support for top level managers, continuous improvement, long-term and strategic vision, training and knowledge development programs, networking and integration of knowledge, and 17 basic codes that each schematic model of each factor.

Abstract: 

Referral advertising allows brands to send their messages to their customers through people they trust. In referral ads, the customer receives the ad from someone he or she knows beforehand and gives him or her more confidence in knowing that the person in question is not the ad recipient. The purpose of the present study is to identify the factors influencing the likelihood of a customer being advertised and accepting referral advertising on the social network of Instagram. The research method is by nature in the category of Mixed Method (qualitative and quantitative). In the first stage, 8 variables were identified as influencing factors on the likelihood of advertising referrals through interviewing social network users on Instagram and analyzing interview codes with the Thematic Analysis approach: Social Media Characteristics, Product Characteristics, Intermediary Role, Consumer Demographic Characteristics, Content Characteristics, Reference Motivation, Brand Relationship Strength, and Interpersonal Relationship Strength. In the second phase, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to users of the social networking Instagram. A total of 334 questionnaires were collected and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results showed that all these factors had a positive effect on the probability of referral and the probability of acceptance of the referral advertisement. Also regarding the moderating variables, the results showed that the two groups of youth and the gender of women had the most reaction to the model stimuli.

Abstract: 

One of the most urgent issues related to research and development activities is the connection between different levels of research and development. Without this connection, cannot hope for the positive impact of R&D activities on economic development and innovation. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of nanofabs in the field of nanotechnology on the connecting between different levels of research and development and also the impact of these centers on the final results of research and development. In this study, data collection was done through library and field study methods, during which the research 29 of factors were identified. Subsequently, research questionnaire was designed and distributed. Finally, after completing the questionnaire by 32 managers and experts in the field of nanotechnology, the data were analyzed using structural equations and Smart PLS software and the research model was fitted. And the indices were accepted in 5 factors for the designed model. The results also show that nanofab modulator have a significant and positively impact on the value creation of R&D activities as well as the final lop of R&D. without the nanofabs centers, activities of research and development at the basic and applied levels cannot easily be connected to the end-lop of R&D ie industry and lead to the final product and the creation of value.

Abstract: 

Background: Quality human resources are the most important resource of any company and leading industries, realizing this fact, have made an indescribable effort to make optimal use of this key resource to achieve their goals. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the ability to predict human resource excellence through futures study skills in ceramic tile companies of Yazd province. Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and is from a descriptive-correlational type. The statistical population of this study is the managers and personnel of ceramic tile companies of Yazd province, whose number is 22, 000people and using Krejcie and Morgan table, at least384people were selected as a statistical sample and 390 questionnaires were collected based on an available sampling process, distribution, and data. Data collection was done by the field method and the collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. In data analysis, the SPSS software was used to test the hypotheses and conceptual model of the research, and the SmartPLS was used for the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Findings: The findings showed that the correlation coefficient between futures study skills and human resource excellence as well as other dimensions of futures study and human resource excellence is significant and future study skills have25. 3%of the ability to predict the human resource excellence of ceramic tiles of Yazd province. Conclusion: The managers of ceramic tile companies can achieve human resource excellence based on the past work process to identify the current changes signals of possible situations that may occur in the future, as well as to shape the desired world of tomorrow.

Abstract: 

Background: Today organizational learning culture have been considered and can play a significant role in the relationship between of Empowering Leadership and Open Innovation. Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between empowering leadership on open innovation and considering organizational learning culture variable as a mediating variable Method: The research method was descriptive-survey and an applied one. The statistical population included all the employees working in the central headquarters of the Social Security Organization which added to 1200 people. The sampling method was Random Sampling. Using Cochran’, s formula 292 people were chosen as the sample size. To gather the data, standard questionnaires were used. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was adopted for data analysis. Findings: According to the results, there is a significant relationship between empowering leadership with organizational learning culture and open innovation, as well as between organizational learning culture with open innovation. It was also found that empowering leadership through organizational learning culture has an impact on open innovation. Organizational learning culture acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between empowering leadership and open innovation. Conclusion: This finding means that in the Social Security Organization the emphasis on the Organizational learning culture can not only have a positive effect on the Empowering leadership, but also significantly affects the Open innovation. Therefore managers must pay special attention to it in the organization.

Abstract: 

Extensive progress in supply chain management operations and logistics research has led to the changing nature of the competition in modern businesses. In the supply chain process, the performance of supply chain management is an important and key factor for the acquisition of competitive advantage. The purpose of this paper is to use a structural approach-complexity interpretation of supply chain and its role in competitiveness in automotive industry in the automotive industry. This paper is in terms of development goal, which by using the combined method, in two stages, including identification of indicators by thematic analysis method and its test was conducted using a correlational survey. The statistical population of the paper in the quality phase of the managers of Iran Khodro Company of Khuzestan province and professors and in the quantitative phase of managers, employees and staff of Iran Khodro Company of Khuzestan Province is a small part of the formation of a structural self-interactive matrix to follow structural and interpretive modeling. The sample size in the qualitative phase was determined by the method of judgement. The results showed that 3 main indices and 15 sub-indexes were identified as the main model factors.

Abstract: 

An intelligent network agility model and technology, knowledge-based, new, service-oriented, highly economical, low-cost allowing for virtual capabilities and resources. In this research, it has been attempted to determine the effective components of cloud supply agility. Identify and evaluate the effectiveness of each enabler on the results. In this study, the relationship between supply chain agility (with regard to enablers and capabilities) and cloud generation has been investigated in order to quantify the potential impact of ICT strategies on supply chain agility. The method of implementation was descriptive modeling and we tried to finalize the conceptual model using field study through interview and questionnaire (in-and out-of-company experts) with experts and experts in order to provide unit output for agility as well as rate. Their relevance is based on the fuzzy Swaraj model (at ISACO) And refinement of our conceptual model of fuzzy Delphi approach (panel of experts) and using a mathematical model based) ANFIS five inputs and one output) has been trained. The results of this research are identifying the empowering components of the application of productive technologies as well as the effective components in the form of organizational agility (results). The results of this research can help organizations to make decisions about investment in emerging technologies. It can help systematize, intelligently select new technologies, as well as be effective, efficient and adapt to the level of agility needed.

Abstract: 

This study aims to provide a strategic model for the development of network communications to attract customers in the banking industry with a jihadist approach. This research is a fundamental research in terms of purpose. The statistical population includes all factors among those involved in the banking system, including managers and experts in the field of banking system, which was selected through cluster random sampling method and 384 people according to Morgan table. Data were analyzed using Smartpls2 software by applying appropriate statistical tests according to the research hypotheses. And the findings showed that jihadi management is effective in network communication to attract customers in the banking industry. It is suggested that managers be hired based on expertise, merit, commitment, background and interest. Also, bank managers should use the leadership of employees to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the management of banks. Also, by holding training classes, educational booklets and related investments in this field, it raised the level of their jihadist approach and as a result, increased the attraction of customers at the branch level.
