Abstract:

A study was carried out to determine the influence of dietary phospholipids (PL) levels on haematology parameters of beluga sturgeon (Huso huso) juveniles. Juveniles were fed formulated diet with four varying dietary levels of PL i.e.0 (D1), 2 (D2), 4 (D3), and 6% (D4). At the end of the experimental period (56 days), results of the experiment also showed that there was a significant difference (P<0.05) observed in mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) (g/dl). Fish fed diet D2 (2% PL) had the highest MCHC with a value of 33.3 g/dl. There was no significant different (P>0.05) in other haematology parameters such as red blood cells (RBC), haematocrit (Hct), haemoglobin (Hb), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), and white blood cells (WBC) in treated fish. The highest RBC reading was found in fish fed diet D2 with numerical value of 1.07 (cells/l) for and the lowest value was found for fish fed diet D1 with a value of 0.86 (cells/l). Percent haematocrit readings ranged from the highest (fish fed D3) to the lowest (fish fed D1) with values of 26.33 and 25.00% respectively. Haemoglobin (Hb) ranging from the highest (fish fed D2) to the lowest (fish fed D1) with values of 8.64 and 7.67 (g/dl) respectively. The measurement of differentiated white blood cell of Huso huso with varying dietary phospholipids levels such as lymphocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, and eosinophils also showed that there were no significant differences (P>0.05) amongst the treatments. The highest percentage amount of lymphocyte and monocyte were found in fish fed diet D2 with values of 71.67% and 3.67% respectively. While the highest readings for neutrophils, and eosinophils was found in fish fed diets D1 and D4 with values of 21.33% and 8.33% respectively. In conclusion, the addition of phospholipids in the juvenile’s beluga sturgeon no effect on hematological parameters.

Abstract:

The most basic needs of fish breeders is the enhancing the immune system and increasing growth and survival of fishes in their early life stages. Therefore, an experiment was designed to determine the effect of mineral supplementary on the survival of fishes and some safety variables were investigated on rainbow trout fish (Oncorhynchs mykiss) at a fish farm located in Amol. This supplementary included 8 mineral materials the zinc, copper, cobalt, manganese, magnesium, selenium and iron. Six diets containing different amounts of mineral premixes with 2, 3 and 4% of the minerals of treatment 1 were designed. Seven hundred young fishes with initial weight 40 ± 1 g were divided into 6 treatments and 3 replications and 40 young fishes were randomly assigned to any place. Young fishes were fed the diets for 12 weeks. In all experiments, control treatment has the lowest level of the safety variable of fish. The results showed that the survival rate of young fishes in all treatments was 100% and no deformity, such as changing the gill cover, unusual swimming with horizontal and vertical curvature of the spine of rainbow trout fishes was observed during the 12 week period of culture. Also, the significant differences were observed between total protein, hematocrit, white blood cells, red blood cells and albumin (P£0.05). Some parameters of hematology of fishes were analyzed in twice sampling. It was not observed significant differences between two times of sampling, but in treatments in the differential count of white and red blood cells were observed the significant differences (P£0.05). Furthermore, more safety level related to treatments 1 and U. The results showed that the amount of minerals to improve safety indices of rainbow trout young fishes compared to the diet recommended U is one percent more.

Abstract:

Food regime of Saurida tumbil fish in Chabahar region on Oman sea that is known in this form is determined by studying on 71 fishes from December 2011 to May 2012, samples were hunted and collected by Teral net. Smallest and Biggest Environmental gauged sample had standard length of 20.7 and 41.6 cm. and weight of 130 and 770 grams, respectively. From the point of size, there was no meaningful difference between male and female (p>0.05).40 and 31 samples pertained to winter and spring season, respectively. From 71 studied stomachs, there were 22 full or semi-full and 49 empty stomachs. Average value of venter vacancy (CV) index over entire period was 0.69, and for male and female was 0.86 and 0.46, respectively. Average value of venter full index over entire period was 0.01. So this kind of fish was identified as relatively lower estuary. Average venter index (Gasl) was totally 0.37, that was determined as 3.18 for male and 3.99 for female. Also, average of relative longitudinal index of bowel over the entire period was 0.44 that indicated the carnivorous property of this kind and the others, such as Sangsar, Talaal, Tibaar. Food preference (FP) index for fishes has been obtained 100 percent and for crustaceans and clams has been obtained zero.

Abstract:

Based on the theoretical principles and conducted empirical studies on deferred credit, we can divide the factors such as individual and social characteristics of the borrower, bank status and environmental conditions. In this paper the affective factors of paid credit facilities are considered deeply. Since the population was small, all the experts regarded as the sample. This research considers the effective factors using AHP method. Among these criterions, based on bank experts' views, the following weights were considered; bank status 0.199, individual and social characteristics 0.212 and environmental factors 0.588. So the criteria of environmental factor have the most weight in this research. In general, among 15 criterions, fluctuating exchange rate, natural events, sales and inflation problems are in the first to fourth respectively. Finally, it is suggested that the government must follow some control policies to develop the exchange rate.

Abstract:

The aim of the species diversity and distribution pattern of Alburnus sp.is to conserve the genetic resources of aquacultures from natural events and human manipulation in summer 2016. This study has done in 30 stations in domestic and cross-border rivers of Kermanshah Province. Based on the studied stations, two species of Alburnus caeruleus and Alburnus mossulensis were observed. In the rivers in cross-border the highest diversity of Shannon related to the station of fresh water (3.096) and the lowest degree was observed in Mereh Kheil station (0.606). In Kermanshah, in domestic rivers, the highest diversity of Shannon was in Hosseinabad station (3.682) and the lowest degrees were in Bidsorkh station (0.906) and the domestic rivers of station of fresh water (0.871). The results showed that rivers with good flow and intact ecological conditions have more frequency and density than shallow rivers or the ones destroyed by the humans.
