The aim of study is identification the current state of development in the faculty members of the faculties of physical education and sports science. Methodology: This research is non-experimental and descriptive-survey research. The statistical population of the study included all faculty members from all faculties of physical education and sport sciences throughout the country in the academic year of 96-95. The sample size was estimated to be 161 by Cochran formula. The sampling method was a complex random probability. The data gathering tool was a standard questionnaire identifying the components of faculty members of ijtehadi et al (2011), in 5 dimensions and 41 items. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS, Excel, and AMOS software. The significance level for all analyzes was considered as P <0. 05. The findings showed that all five components of research, educational, organizational, individual and ethical growth are the main components that make up the faculty members of faculties of physical education and sports science. In current situation, educational, organizational, individual and moral development is significantly higher than average. However, the current status of research development is moderate. higher than the average. All faculty improvement programs require attention and support; and in faculty upgrading programs, attention should be paid to all aspects of improvement, in particular research improvement.

The purpose of this research is to identify the components of symbolic capital and to examine the relationship between this capital and consumer purchasing behavior in sporting goods stores. This research is descriptive-survey. In the section identifying the components of the symbolic capital of the statistical society, 19 university professors and university experts have been investigated. The information collected was analyzed using Delphi technique. In the next step, to examine the relationship between symbolic capital components and consumer purchasing behavior, customers of sporting goods stores in Zahedan city were selected as the statistical population of the study. Regarding the general nature of the research community, the research sample is multi-stage clustered and 384 people (Cronbach's alpha for symbolic capital and purchasing behavior questionnaire respectively is 0. 82 and 0. 89. (The research findings for the main question and also the relation between symbolic capital and the behavior before, during and after purchase are 0. 91, 0. 92, 0. 91and 0. 89 respectively. More symbolic capital people have, they learn information from the media and other people before buying sporting goods, and they engage with more people in symbolic interactions and compare sporting goods with substitute sporting goods as well as sporting goods with similar symbolic concepts. They Engage in symbolic choices and purchase according to symbolic needs to sports equipment.

The aim of this study is to research the effect of individual entrepreneurial orientation (IEO) and entrepreneurial intention and self-fulfillment with the mediating role of entrepreneurial skills. The statistical population of the study is the master's degree students of sport sciences in the universities of the country. Using random cluster sampling, 364 students were selected. To collect data four standard questionnaires was used. After translation and re-translation of the questionnaires, all of the four questionnaires were reviewed by the experts of sport management to ensure the formal and content validity. For reliability of questionnaires, Cronbach's alpha coefficient test was used and reliability of entrepreneurship orientation 0. 84, entrepreneurship intention 0. 79, entrepreneurship skills 0. 90 and self-censorship questionnaire 0. 87 was achieved. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 20 and Amos software. Findings show that the extracted values for entrepreneurial orientation pathways and entrepreneurial skills (0. 57), entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial intention (0. 61) were significant (p<0. 05). Also, the extracted values for entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial skills (0. 57), entrepreneurial skills and self-cognitive skills (0. 25) were significant (p <0. 05). Finally, educational departements can increase the entrepreneurial motivation, along with the strengthening of entrepreneurial skills, to create self-orientation and entrepreneurial intention in sport science students.

In order to prevent misbehaviour of football fans, national and international organizations have created certain rules that directly regulate clubs for their fans' behavior. The disciplinary powers of national and international organizations allow them to impose penalties in the event of violations by spectators of football clubs with an independent legal personality. In Iran, there were also grounds in this field to allow extend the penalties for the behaviors of the spectators to the football clubs. Taking into account the needs of the day and the new findings of criminology, including the theory of "white collar crimes", as well as the use of jurisprudential doctrines, including the principle of cost-interest legislator of Iran dedicated some articles to this point (i. e. Aboulute responsibility). The implementation of such a rule has led to many discussions in various systems, with the focus on legitimacy and the legality of such rules, in terms of restricting the personal of criminal responsibility to oneself or extending responsibility if oneself for others wrongdoings. In our research, we use the analytical-descriptive method to balance the interests of the individual and the clubs, but we argue that it must be shaken to subjugate the interests and power of the clubs. The most striking feature of balancing interest today can be seen in the criminal responsibility of sports clubs.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between non-verbal communication among physical education instructors on emotional responses and student's satisfaction. The method of this research, was descriptive-correlation. Statistical population includes all students participating in the general physical education unit of Imam Reza International University. 105 samples were selected randomly according to Morgan sample size table. A standard questionnaire (Jang & Yoon, 2011). Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by several professors and experts and reliability of the questionnaires was obtained by Cronbach's alpha for non verbal communication, emotional responses and satisfaction of 0. 930, 0. 924 and 0. 496 respectively. Finally, the collected data were analyzed in two sections: descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, using SPSS software version 23. Finding showed that there was a significant correlation between non-verbal communication and all its components with students satisfaction variable (r= 0. 822). Also, non-verbal communication components had the ability to predict 46% of the positive emotional response variable and 16% of the negative emotional response variable. On the other hand, 67% of satisfaction changes are related to positive emotional responses and 33% of satisfaction changes related to negative emotional responses. So paying attention to these variables and trying to improve it can be an effective step towards better evaluation of human resources in the organization and directing them in the proper direction of providing appropriate educational services and improving the quality of their performance.

The purpose of the present study is to examine the challenges of developing and developing championship sport based on land preparation and strategies. This qualitative study was conducted through semi-structured interviews with 16 people including professors and experts who were selected by purposeful sampling method. The state-of-the-art method was previous research articles and open interviews. To examine the face and content validity, they presented robust findings to their clients and analyzed their findings and their views. In order to assess validity, transferability, and verifiability, they presented strong findings to the participants and tested their theory and their opinions. The method used for reliability was the in-house agreement method. The mean of intra-subject agreement was reported to be 0. 88. According to the findings, there were 43 open source codes that were categorized into 14 concepts. The concepts were grouped into five main indicators. Environmental, managerial and land use planning issues were identified as challenges for the development and development of championship sport based on land use planning. Establishing a R&D system and supporting and support strategies are effective strategies for enhancing championship-based sport. Finally, it should be noted that in order to achieve the development of championship sport based on land planning, different indicators should be considered and planning of development of championship sport based on land planning.

Thegoals of this research is a qualitative research which has done with comparative method by Brady pattern’ s help. The research studies solidarity and common similarities of Iran Traditional Sports and Local Games and some other countries. The statistical society of the research involves traditional sports and games of China, India, Greece and Iran. Data collecting has done by search in sites, scientific articles, books and interview with experts of traditional sports. The research findings show that in all mentioned countries many actions have accomplished for developing traditional sports in national and international levels. The educational, structural, cultural and also research measurements are examples of these efforts. Also the importance of this topic among these nations in social, economic and cultural aspects can be mentioned. Also the position of cultural and historical structures and the role of races in creation, development and promotion of traditional sports among sample countries in the research and variety of traditional sports in Iran and other countries and similar categorizing of traditional sports according to style and content of performance was considered. The unity of government and expert’ s opinion in Iran and sample countries in context same problems for reviving and promotion traditional sports and also in similar threatens and opportunities, National commitment and planning and Goal setting for developing traditional sports, The role of myths, music and bolded literature of nations in sublimating traditional sports and also in attracting audiences, Using the benefits of traditional sports for developing public sport between races were the most important result.

The present study aimed at designing a sports tourism development model with AIDAR advertising platform in mass media. The research method has been combined and field-based. The statistical population consisted of the experts of sport and championship and tourism specialists. In the qualitative section, 384 people were selected using the targeted sampling method and the snowball, and in the quantitative part according to Morgan table. The instrument for measuring this research in the qualitative section was a questionnaire and in the quantitative section, a questionnaire from the qualitative section was used. After theoretical saturation, a factor analysis was confirmed and media impact questionnaire on the development of sport tourism with the AIDAR advertising framework, consisting of 5 components and 41 items, was obtained and reliability was 0. 89 by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. K-S, exploratory factor analysis and Friedman test were used to analyze the data. Structural equation analysis method was used to model the model. All statistical operations were performed using SPSS version 22 and Amos software. The results of the study showed that there is a significant difference between the factors affecting the development of sport tourism with the AIDAR advertising framework and through the media from the viewpoint of the research samples, so that from the perspective of the research sample, the "informed roles" have the highest rank and "role" Action Plans (Buying) "ranked the lowest in the factors influencing the development of sports tourism with the AIDAR advertising framework and through the media.

The purpose of this study was to study the effect of organizational climate on organizational enthusiasm and silence with the role of glass cluster mediation among female employees. The research method is descriptive-survey. The sample consisted of 110 female employees. Organizational climate was assessed by Organizational Climate Questionnaire (SUSMAN), Organizational Silence with Harlow's Questionnaire (2001) and Saloon's Eagerness (2001). The Rock Climat Questionnaire, which was developed by Babaei Zakliki (2006), was used. The findings show the effect of organizational climate on increasing organizational eagerness and reducing organization silence and glass rocks. The Ali coefficients of the paths between the three main research structures show the indirect effect of organizational climate (through the glass mediator) on increasing the enthusiasm and reducing organizational silence. According to the results of the research, glass cliffs can negatively affect occupation. In other words, the more women of the society in their working environment feel the glass of glass, their desire and desire for work decreases.

The purpose of this study was establishing a knowledge-based company in the field of sports science. This study was Practical with mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative). The Sample in the qualitative section was including the members of the faculty of sports management (7 people), the text and film related to Knowledge Foundation (7 documents). Sampling method was purposeful and Due to its unpredictable approach, it proceeded to a point where we reached a theoretical saturation. In the quantitative section, the statistical society included graduate students in sport science and Purposefully 110 people were selected as samples. in the qualitative section we are using the Grounded Theory Strategy with MAXQDA software in three sections: open coding, axial encoding and selective encoding. We are using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the approach of partial least square method (PLS) and Smart PLS software. The results showed that the saturation point varies in the qualitative sample of 63 initial codes, 6 dimensions (barriers, drivers, sports industry capacities, sports entrepreneurship sectors, knowledge-based sports entrepreneurship, outcomes), and one core code (establishing a sports knowledge-based company) and There are 127 total abundances and 106 abnormalities of interviewing. Also the hypotheses identified in the qualitative section were quantitatively confirmed. The model of this research will be used by sports entrepreneurs to enter the establishing a knowledge-based company.

The aim of this research is indentification of entrepreneurial opportunities in sport tourism of Dezful city. In this matter, we used Morrison model to scanning of trends in this industry. After identifying opportunities, we calculate the importance of each opportunity by using Ulwick’ s standard questionaire. These opportunities were categorized in defferent groups which are presented as below: Accommodation, adventure sports, event management, Food, transportation & Marian sport. In each groups, we identified some subtitles too. Finally and according to our findings, we offered some suggestions for future researches in order to planning better in sport tourism in regard to Dezful city.
