Introduction: Hospitalized patients with substance use disorders are known as one of the biggest challenges in the health system. In this regard, there is strong evidence that nurses face challenges in caring for these patients. The present study has been conducted with the aim of reviewing these challenges and Strategies. Methods: This research was done by systematic review method. Search with keywords comorbidities, nursing care, Dual diagnosis, Substance-Related Disorders, substance use disorders, substance abuse, drug abuse, multimorbidity, concurrent disorders, and co-existing disorders have been performed in electronic databases Sid, Magiran, Civilica, google scholar, and pub med from 1998 to 2022. Articles in English and Persian containing challenges or solutions related to the problems of nursing care of patients with co-morbidities with substance use disorders, qualitative, quantitative, Mixed, and review studies, and articles with access to their full text were included in the study. Location restrictions were not considered. Results: The results of 23 studies show that nurses in the nursing care of patients with substance use disorders, in four areas of Emotional (48% Studies), caring (39%), educational (48%), and supportive (43%) with challenges such as feelings of burnout, risk, lack of knowledge, lack of skills and ambiguity of role Etc. are encountered. Conclusions: According to the results of the study, nurses need additional training and support to care for these patients. Applied training along with at least a moderate level of role support and emotional support by improving qualifications, knowledge, and skills can be effective in solving the problems related to the care of these patients. The development of guidelines, policies, and specific government policies, to care for these patients, can prevent the confusion and inability of nurses to care. In addition, close communication and links between health service providers and experts in the field, the promotion of interdisciplinary partnerships, and working alliances can be used to solve care challenges and obstacles.

Introduction: Mental health and perceived social support are important variables in preventing marital boredom in infertile women. The aim of this study was to predict marital boredom based on perceived social support and mental health in infertile women. Methods: The present study was a correlational study. The statistical population included infertile women referring to the infertility ward of Khatam Al-Anbia Hospital in Tehran in 2019-2020. By available sampling method, 361 people were selected to participate in the study by considering the inclusion criteria including infertile women, having a minimum cycle education, age 20-45 years and having at least two years of primary or secondary infertility history. Questionnaires of marital boredom, perceived social support and general health were used to collect data. Pearson correlation coefficient and regression methods were used to analyze the data using SPSS software version 22. Results: According to the results, mental health (Mean= 55. 31), total social support score (Mean= 41. 69), had a significant negative correlation coefficient with marital boredom (Mean=103. 71) (P<0. 01). The results of regression in predicting marital boredom through the dimensions of social support and mental health show that among the predictor variables, mental health had a significant role in predicting marital boredom (p <0. 05) and the ability to explain 21% of The variance of marital boredom (P<0. 001). Conclusions: In infertile women, marital boredom can be predicted through social support and mental health, and higher social support and mental health help reduce marital boredom in these people.

Abstract:

Introduction: One of the important conditions for maintaining a skilled workforce is to create a healthy and safe work environment through which the negative job consequences are reduced and the positive job results of skilled manpower of organizations and institutions are increased. Therefore, the present study aimed to predict the relationship between job role stressors and stress arousal mediation on nurses' job outcomes. Methods: Descriptive correlational research was performed by structural equations method. Also, in terms of purpose, this study was applied. The statistical population of the present study was all nurses working in hospitals in the west of Mazandaran province (1878 people in 1398) from which 352 people were selected by stratified random sampling. In this study, Rizzo and Lust (1970) job stress questionnaire, Linz employee job satisfaction questionnaire (2003), Lango and Marrow (2011) standard job quest questionnaire, Metavildo and Scooter employee job performance questionnaire (1994), and scale Stress arousal was used by Smith et al. (2012). Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis through SPSS-24 and Amos-24 software programs. Results: The results of path analysis showed that fitting the desired model is appropriate. The results also showed that stressors of job role and mental well-being have a direct and significant relationship with job outcomes. Stress arousal also has an indirect and significant effect on job results. Conclusions: Considering the important role of stress arousal on nurses' job outcomes, it seems necessary for managers and officials of health centers to pay attention to this matter, so it is recommended to study the causes and appropriate strategies to reduce job stress. Holding training workshops on teaching coping strategies can be effective in improving the job performance of nurses.
