The level of awareness & attitude before & after of the workshop was evaluated & the results from the study were analyzed by the software SPSS v (18), pair t-test.Results: The findings showed the primary level of nurse’s awareness of low back pain is 15.5 as weak, 68.2 as moderate and 16.3 as good. After participating in back school work shop, nurse’s awareness of back pain was 3.8 as weak, 48.9 as moderate, and 47.3 as good. The difference of awareness level before and after attending back school, significantly increased (P<0.001). Also the results showed 20.6 of nurses before attending the back school had positive attitude, 65.7 had neutral attitude and 13.7 had negative attitude to low back pain. After attending back school 45.6 of them had positive attitude, 49.9 had neutral attitude and 4.5 had negative attitude. The difference of attitude before and after of attending back school is statistically significant (P<0.001).Conclusion: Participation in training courses on prevention and treatment of low back pain increase nurse’s awareness of back pain. Also increase positive attitude and decrease negative and neutral attitude. The use of training methods will be effective in increasing of back pain prevention behavior.

Abstract:

Introduction: this study has been prevalence and antibiotic resistance profiles of the clinically significant coagulase negative staphylococcal (CNS) isolates found in health care workers (HCWs) of a military hospital. Methods: The cross-sectional study was carried out on 118 male and female HCWs during December 2014 to March 2015 in Kermanshah, Iran. Samples were taken from the anterior region nose of HCWs by Sterile cotton swabs and were cultured on Blood agar. KB004 Histaph Kit was performed for differentiation of Staphylococcus species. Results: A total of 118 HCWs, 62 (73) carried CNS and the mean age of the individuals was 27.56 years, 39.8 (47) were women and 60.2 (71) were men. Among CNS isolates Staphylococcus epidermidis (63) and saprophyticus (26.5) showed the most frequency and CNS isolates were the most susceptibility to mupirocin and vancomycin. Conclusion: HCWs act as a potential source of infection to their patients, causing nosocomial infection in the hospital. Our study suggests which can be used for control spread of CNS especially in hospitals are regular screening of the HCWs.

The study population included all patients with a diagnosis of generalized anxiety disorder referring to is the one of the military hospitals, among them, 24 people using the random sampling method were selected. The instruments used in this study were the Meta-worry Questionnaire (MWQ), Thought Fusion Inventory (TFI) and meta-cognitive Therapy package and data were analyzed with univariate analysis of covariance (ANCOVA).Results: The findings suggest that meta-cognitive therapy is effective for metaworry and thought fusion in patients with generalized anxiety disorder. Based on the analysis results, the 0.546 of variance Reduction meta-worry and also 0.362 of variance Reduction thought fusion In the post-test Explained by meta-cognitive therapy And significant effect of the experimental group is confirmed. Conclusion: Cognitive techniques reduce automatic negative thoughts and dysfunctional attitudes that provide reducing metaworry. Meta-cognitive therapy also improves cognitive biases that may lead to a reduction in the thought fusion. Abstract:

Introduction: Escherichia coli (E. coli), is the most common bacteria that cause urinary tract infections in women. Nowaday, many strains of E.coli have been resistant to beta-lactam antibiotics and bacterial Beta-lactamases, have an important role. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of thyme alcoholic extract on Extended-spectrum betalactamase (ESBL) producing strains of E.coli.Methods: After preparing the alcoholic extract of Zataria multiflora, concentrations 200, 100, 50, 25 and 400 mg/ml of this extract on ESBL-producing isolates of E.Coli was investigated, by agar disk diffusion method. Results: The results showed that the inhibitory effect of Zataria multiflora alcoholic extract on the growth of ESBL-producing strains of E. coli in concentrations 100 and 400 mg /ml, was significantly increased. (P<0.05).Conclusion: Based on this study results, the alcoholic extract of Zataria multiflora has considerable inhibitory effects on ESBLproducing E. coli strains, in vitro.
