The main purpose of this research is to present a model for usage of knowledge management capacities in knowledge creation and policing innovations. This paper employes a descriptive-suryvey research method. The research population the connoisseurs of I.R.I police and questionnaire were used as the means of data collection. The overall results of the survey revealed that knowledge management capacities, including the processes and the infrastructure, have  influenced policing innovations.

In Language teaching and learning context, English Language for Law Enforcement purposes may be considered as a great challenge. This challenge is mostly related to the specific context within which police officers are working and the needs emerging from this specific environment. Therefore, English for Policing Purposes requires its own teaching methods, learning materials, and language teachers, specifically intended for this setting. To this end, the current study attempted to evaluate a communicative-based approach in language teaching and learning implemented in the context of policing in Iran via observation, journal writings, an openended questionnaire, and semi-structured interviews. The results of the study illustrated some unique characteristics or elements for cooperative language teaching (as a technique in communicative approach) in the context of EPP that might be peculiar to the police language environment in Iran. As the study suggested, communicative approach principles can be implemented in EPP context only if language teachers pay attention to these context-based elements.

Present study aims to investigate police education form Quran and Nahj AlBalagha perspectives. Due to their special position and key role in establishing order and security in every country and their special features in close communication with people, it is necessary to focus on police education. The research question for this study was: Do Islamic texts present particular doctrines and methods in police education or has this been neglected by Islam? The goal of this research, thus, is to illustrate the Islamic views, as the main approach in Islamic society, towards police education. The employed methodology of this research was descriptive-analytical. Research findings indicated that Islam emphasizes on utilizing particular doctrines and methods for police education.

Police officers are usually exposed to many negative emotions. Therefore, the existence of effective methods for measuring such emotional regulations Is necessary. The main objective is to investigate police officers’ emotional conditions in Iran and to compare it with police officers’ emotional conditions in Germany. Intelligence questionnaires are distributed among the participants who are 98 police officers in Iran and are then compared with police officers in Germany. The overall results showed that there aren’t emotional differences between two groups. Some weaknesses including self-feeling, emotional physical and sensory perception were observed in both groups.

The purpose of the present research is to investigate the effect of hardiness training on the adjustment and responsibility taking of I.R.I Police University students. Therefore, cluster sampling is used to select 40 male students randomly who have been divided into two groups (experimental and control groups).The number of every group is 20 students. After experimental and control groups were distinguished, BAL adjustment scale which has 160 questions and Goff responsibility which has 42 questions were used as pre-tests. Then, the experimental group received training for 10 sessions. Finally, 2 scales were reanalyzed by SPSS. The results showed that hardiness training had effects on students’ adjustment and responsibility taking.

This research investigates the effective factors of I.R.I police personnel participation in public sports. It measures the importance of increasing participation criteria and also classifies them by CSM method to provide a proper pattern. This study is an applicable research and the data collection method is carried out by analyticaldescriptive technique. The statistical population included the managers and experts in I.R.I police headquarter. The samples of the survey were concluded of 351 personnel (29% women and 70.9% men). a questionnaire form was designed to collect the data, based on the five values Likert scale. The result presents that there is a technique for measuring customer satisfaction. This method can be applied to classify the managers and experts needs in physical education of the personnel in I.R.I police headquarter. It leads to have effective sports programs.
